好重鹼水味
今天排了約20分鐘(平日下午一點)，99元一人餐以價錢來說蠻划算的，但我應該不會再來吃一次??
麵體是我最討厭那種，有點類似台灣鹼水味過重的油麵，我喜歡拉麵是一蘭那種吃的到小麥味的麵粉麵體；我點鹽味蝦湯，整碗湯都非常濃郁、蝦味真的如大家所說，吃完整口蝦味，可是太濃、太油、太膩、太鹹，可能札幌很冷這樣的口味很正常，但在香港這麼濕熱的天氣，實在沒有辦法好好的吃完這碗麵?
麵附的配菜部分，半熟蛋，不過不失，沒什麼特別；叉燒x2，很薄，所以無感，半肥瘦，勉強可以；附贈一碟筍絲，筍絲有點太甜；點套餐加點叉燒，半價。
結論，價錢有競爭力，但吃完很有負擔感，桌面上的水杯每一個杯底都不是很乾淨，有喝水需求的要注意，還有其它更好的選擇，不用特地排隊吃。

Good food and nice harbor view if you got your table by the window
Service is the selling point and I enjoy waiter Tom’s service who is incredibly kind, polite and patiently to customers. I went there with my friends 6 people. He was so kind to us. He explained to us patiently about the menu and options. He even helped us to take photos. I want to thank him particularly. Food and price are decent. I have been there twice and only Tom can impress me. Thanks Tom and I will come again! I recommend to go there only if Tom is servicing as Tom is amazing

近排海港城每個週末都十分熱鬧，位於海運大廈地下的餐廳，基本上小妹未見過週末唔洗排隊，所以想試下呢間拉麵有咩「龍撩」?加上望住呢個海景食飯（見圖三），即刻心情豁然開朗?

– 幼麵
– 溏心蛋（+$10）
湯底濃郁，蝦味亦都非常突出，同醬油混合之後，香氣再一度提升！雖然我選擇幼麵，但係佢並唔係一蘭果種幼麵，而係比較粗身既麵條，而且好香蛋味??所以掛湯能力毋庸置疑?作為肥妹仔既我，都唔算細食，但係食完個面都飽左八成，好滿足。

Although this is not amongst the best Ramen shops as far as taste is concerned, its convenient location within the busy Harbour City Mall is a big plus. Noodles are above average & totally acceptable, prices reasonable too.
很喜歡的拉麵！湯底濃郁，拉麵夠彈牙，如果用Eatigo早上訂位更會有折，十分抵吃！

拉麵店本身已彌漫蝦鮮味，自然拉麵上枱也香氣四溢充滿蝦香
喝一口湯底，濃濃的蝦味在口中爆發，值得一讚
拉麵的靈魂 – 湯底 做得好已經贏左大半，唔會中伏
麵選左粗麵，掛湯力唔錯，彈性也ok，唯不知何解麵的長度很短，夾起像散開一樣，要扣分
配料方面叉燒正常發揮，醣心蛋入口仍有酒味不錯，紅薑天婦羅脆脆與湯底十分配合，增加了層次，一定要加
另外的小食味荀不是大路貨，作為荀控來說合格有餘，可再戰
另外加錢的餃子也比其他大手拉麵店做得好，有驚喜
總體嚟講，水準中上，喺香港來說絕對值得再食
好懷念日本拉麵的味道……
The spicy miso shrimp ramen was a little too salty for my tastes and I feel that the spicy flavor overwhelmed and masked the taste of the soup. If I go again, I might try the original to see if I can taste the shrimp/pork broth better. I’d give 3 stars for the taste but because of the location and pricing, I gave 4 overall.

Nice ramen restaurant in the Harbour City mall in Tsim Sha Tsui.
We didn’t get a seat by the window (with its harbour view), but the restaurant is tastefully decorated, airy and clean, so we didn’t mind.
Ordered a couple of bowls of ramen – one with soup and one dry.
The soup ramen was miso based and was ok. Wasn’t too salty but didn’t really have any real depth of flavour either. The included onsen egg was just as it should be: soft, delicate and with a creamy yoke.
The dry ramen was similar but with a few more accompaniments and no broth. Both bowls of ramen were slightly oily.
Service was good. Food arrived quickly and serving staff polite.
All in all, not bad but not great either.
3.5 stars.
The ramen is so tasty!
The shrimp flavor of soup is very rich and it is so creamy. The bbq pork is very soft and tender. The soft boiled egg is melting into the mouth. And the ramen noodle is so bouncy, it is really delicious, love it!
