就是新奇而已，沒有任何美味的element而且好貴

據說是當地人多來光顧的地方，自選配料後交給店員就好
選了牛肚牛腩和魚蛋，湯底要了滷汁的，再加杯凍檸茶，飲料就普通，我對冰飲的點就是滿滿冰塊+清爽，所以到位了就表示滿意
滷汁湯頭很香很鮮，配料都很入味，車仔麵分量略少但之前吃過蛋糕就覺得這點對我來說倒是正好，吃得很開心的一餐，簡單家常但美味
Decent car noodles in cwb! Portions are slightly small though.
You can find the local favor including curry fish ball, egg and chicken wings in soya sauce
咖哩魚丸Q彈入味，豬頸肉，通菜跟牛腩湯底搭在一起非常的好吃
Too much MSG
This is a nice hole in the wall noodle place popular with locals. You can pick what noodles , toppings, vegetables and other add ons you want. Tourists have to be aware that the entire menu is in non-simplified (fan ti) mandarin – I needed the help of a kind local sharing a table with me to figure out what I was ordering!

Very tasty noodles!

感覺就像台灣的滷水麻辣攤一樣，只是香港的滷法、作法都不同，
新記車仔麵的食材很多種，像粉腸、魚皮餃、咖哩魚蛋、起司腸、辣豬血、
魚丸、滷雞翅、冬菇、滷蘿蔔、豬大腸、貴花餃、牛腩、牛筋，琳瑯滿目的好料啊。
辣味的比較好吃！比較香！份量還好…
普通的車仔麵，得個貴字。

Reasonable cart noodles but you order by ticking boxes on a paper menu thing which means there is no English. So you either get surprises or you learn a few common characters of items you like!
This is quite unusual for Hongkong since even the most local-looking places usually have English menus hidden away in a drawer somewhere.

這店舖經營”地道車仔麵”已超過三四十年(同事話佢細細個已在此吃), 可能老闆易手了不知多少手, 但基本上他們一開門就有人來等食, 面低很齊有9種可選擇, 滷水雞翼好入味, 車仔麵來説, 現在很少有合格的味道, 當然如果要比較我小時候的街頭味道這還是不夠好, 但比較現在的真心覺得他的味道很好
另要注意他們說要中午十二時才開始有得食
有名的店, 口味不錯.
食物垃圾、服務衰格。絕對不要再幫襯，包你後悔莫及。
營業時間是12:15~23:00，在這之前是關上鐵門的，不要太早來以為沒開就哭著離開了。
香港難得的~ 平價美食~~
好吃，點餐方式特別，第一次去的觀光客通常都搞不懂，尤其要點辣味的湯底
