I come with my family (7 person) for a lunch at around 14:00.
We have made a reservation at 14:00 and we arrive by 14:10. We have wait few minutes before we have our seats. But the restaurant is only 1/10 full.
The speed of the staff is extremely slow.
We have out seat at 14:10 and we ordered our food at 14:40? Why? Because all the staff is not around. By that time, only 5 tables are serving by 4 person ONLY..
Then, we have to wait for another 15 minutes before we could have our soup…. 30 mins pass by… our salad….
At the end we can only leave around 16:00.
Its really disappointed in the TGI Friday Group. I will never go to this restaurant again. I will copy this post to all the travel forum in the world. I don’t want people to experience this again.
