food was of good quality and price reasonable. seating spacious. great to have local craft beer on tap although it’s difficult to tell the characteristics of each from its tablet menu – which I hate. I always like to ask for recommendation as craft beer is an evolving scene and beers are usually constantly changing. don’t really appreciate electronic device ordering. cumbersome and cold. old-fashioned me still prefer the old mcq paper ordering.

Awful service – especially the female staff with pink hair… she made us feel unwelcome upon our arrival. But that’s okay, many people has RBF. What made me feel offended was the way she responded to our enquiries: not only unfriendly, but also quite cynical and I almost felt she was telling us off. We weren’t even asking weird questions.
Tbh the food was just mediocre. The size of the pot was much smaller than the ones you see from other hot pot places. The soup was so plain, not spicy at all. Not sure if these are the tactics to cut cost. Many of the typical hot pot ingredients were not even on the menu, so that is also out of expectation.
One star for the various cuts of beef and beef dipping sauce. But still, the overall experience sucks. Won’t come back, there are plenty of options for delicious hot pot out there and they don’t piss you off!
主打牛肉冇牛味、牛雜湯底亦冇味、一碟牛肉7小片48元、職員喜歡催促、全程限時一小時三十分、半小時前開始幫你熄細個火、加唔加野食、麻煩你埋左張單先、好彩同朋友有默契留肚去另一間食……仲有、醬料都可以唔好味才一絕!廢解仲有咁多年青人去排隊俾錢幫襯、期望香港能進步……
Spicy soup base is good. Food are ok just the portion is slightly less than I expected. $78 set lunch and no service charge.

I’m not sure is there any difference with other 616? But they seems to offer cheaper beef ($68 is the most expensive beef dish) but the quality is good!
8 persons shared 2 pots in 1 table, around $290/person. Quite full & is not AYCE, which is a pretty good deal.

first of all… my bad for not being able to take more photos, as i was too busy trying out on all those different beefs, and my apology on running out of words to praise them.
one of the best place for hotpot in Hong Kong, although this is somehow the 3rd or 4th shops i have been to with 616, and still counting !

2022年11月26日晚7點在這家餐廳就餐,在此嚴正投訴前台接待小哥(染了發,灰色或是黃色)的歧視行為。在確定預約的過程中,他一直使用粵語,我說“抱歉,我不會粵語,店裡是否有會普通話的店員與我溝通。”而後,他回復了一段話,其中我聽懂了“我們都不會普通話,這裡是香港”,這個回复的潛台詞充滿了歧視,讓我感到非常不適和氣憤。

牛肉火鍋店,喜歡吃牛的話這裡有許多選擇,而且質素不俗。可惜的是服務一般,坐的位置又逼又窄,吃火鍋的桌子真不能太細,又不是吃西餐逐碟上,吃火鍋通常成枱都係食物,明明隔離有張較大的枱又唔比我們,話係4人枱,但頭就比左我們之後的2人用,用餐感覺非常不良好。

超級耐無食過, 睇完戲突然心血來潮想食一於就衝!
又因為好耐無食過中式辣,癮起所以點左青花椒辣湯~ 如果鍾意食辣呢個係唔錯,辣係越食越有幾爽嘅, 係唔明點解叫一個湯會上左個鴛鴦鍋出嚟… LOL
616 嘅牛嘅玩法其實係幾好,佢細碟又多唔同部位揀,同埋佢都唔算好貴,今次就覺得 匙柄 最好食,相對地吊龍伴同封門柳 肉味就一般
上次嚟係幾年前, 當時佢地賣緊嘅香港手工啤唔係太新鮮,今次呢就明顯好好多,飲下飲下就飲左好幾杯,特別係「一代宗師」有驚喜~ 同牛邊爐好夾。

First meal when we landed Hong Kong. We visited for Sunday lunch and we were the only customers. Friendly staff and explained to us they were having 20% off for everything on the menu for lunch. And egg marinated beef is the best! And also liked the beef tender.
