拉麵湯底選擇算多，味道都算得上日式。當然價錢也算略貴。都係當去左日本，又唔駛俾機票錢咁囉。

Neat and tidy
I will not rank the ramen here as good or very good. I have their seasonal ramen with mixed vegetable, however, the curry meal was icy cold and the corn core was unexpectedly taste sour. I personally love sour quite much but the corn core I taste was not my favourite. Just compare with other ramen restaurants in HK I may even rank here 2 stars or even lower.
I had ‘Earth 1’ with regular noodle. This is a great ramen joint with an impressive decor and outstanding customer service. The broth in the ramen was thick and flavorful. The noodle was on the dry side but it had pretty good texture. The portion was not huge compared to regular American bowl size. For that the price may seem on the higher end. But given that it is a Michelin starred place and I did not had to line up to get in, I’m a happy customer.

Big portions with great taste, amazing noodles. A bit on the expensive side. Service was good and the interior was amazing.
湯底好黏，麵質麻麻，加蛋要$15 比其他拉麵店更貴
Good taste of Japanese noodle in the area. Not many options and a bit pricey….. But reasonable for the quality. Since many restaurants in the same district offer Japanese noodle, just a very few’s taste being OK.

This ramen shop is delicious. The atmosphere and the food quality makes me feel that I’m actually eating Ramen in Japan!
Has a good choice of Ramen – got the Wood one. Really good service. A little pricey with Ramen ranging from 80-130 HKD.

Fire was good. Don’t think I got a spicy meatball bomb as described, but adding the spiced egg is what saved the meal! The egg was delicious!

It’s hard to find a ramen place in Hong Kong with beer. Something which is quintessential to ramen in Japan. This place delivers ten fold. They have an English menu to help those that need it. (Think they have a Japanese menu too). The food was fantastic and reminded me of being back in Japan. The ‘fire’ ramen lives up to its name as well, I love spicy food and it was a real kick. A must go for ramen fans.
