蟹拉麵好正,但唔係成日有,其他啲湯都算幾好味,但價錢有啲啲貴。
In Mk you don’t have lots of Ramen options. Ramen Kureha is somewhere I usually go in this area. My favourite is always the Shrimp one. Chicken broth is actually pretty good too!
美味拉麵小店,在旺角位置,都幾多客人幫襯。
選擇湯底都幾多,喜歡這裡手畫餐牌及懷舊可愛設計,好靚又有特別的風格!
選了自家製餃子:皮薄又滑、餡肉菜都有;湯底選了土:濃厚魚介豬骨湯拉麵(香濃魚味,火炙叉燒香口配上木耳、香蔥)及火:激辛豬骨湯拉麵(以多種辣的香料製成免治肉球、火辣辣野味之選);
裝潢很有特色,食物質素也好。
a great Japanese ramen shop like Ippudo. The interior decoration is like Japan in 1960. Price is on the high side but quality is great. Difficult for foreigners to place order though because you place your order on a reusable plastic card with no English translation.

Ordered uber eat and very disappointed with the outcome.
Portion was too small like leftover. All bowls are so small in size (diameter less than 12cm; even less than a regular iphone FYI; moreover, food was filled up to 1/3 of the bowl only!)
The salad which cost $48 was just like side vegetables.
Ordered two ramen but the total portion was less than a normal one.
Taste was soso, the one with pork bone base was fair; while the one with black garlic oil was totally tasteless!
Its just a disaster waited for so long and paying for such a disappointed dinner.

一入到餐廳,好似進入了台灣的小店,裝潢設計很有特色,有懷舊的味道,忍不住在店內不停打卡?
章魚小丸子
四粒大的小丸子,淋上自家製的醬汁,不是平時街外淋上沙律醬。醬汁有一種藥材味,但說不出口是甚麼,但很好吃,因為不會應到油膩。小九子內裏很軟熟,一夾起就已經扁了,在熱辣辣時吃是最好的!
炭燒雞翼拌薯仔沙律
這個是意想不到的口感,炭燒就以為外皮燒香脆,但原來不是,感覺是似鹵水雞翼,醬汁滲透雞肉內,而且肉質嫩,外皮軟霖。
海老拉麵
麵底是幼拉麵,湯底選了濃味,喝一口就完全感受到鮮蝦和龍蝦味在口腔湧上鼻孔,真是非常濃厚的味道,配上三隻鮮蝦,如果喜歡吃蝦的朋友,絕對值得一試。
裝修不俗,有特色。湯麵不錯,入味。湯底也不差,可以。可惜义燒比我還老,完全失敗。價錢也不便宜,俾咁嘅價錢,不應俾咁嘅义燒,好失望。
I would have 5 stars for the favour, the staff friendliness and the decor, but the price is on the higher side, but you get what you paid for.
I had the pork bone black garlic ramen lunch combo and the soup is hardy and flavorful. At first taste, it seems underseasoned but you realize that you can really taste that pork bone meatiness/sweetness without too much that kombu/dashi msg favour. The charsiu is favour, chucky and tender.
Because of price and food took too long to prepare. I gave it 4.5 stars.
如果坐位可以改做有背位好些,坐位非常不舒服,圓坐位仔只合小童同女士坐,拉面好食,因坐位不舒服所以唔會經常到!

味道不錯,可惜價錢太貴。
比大坑店闊落,裝修見心思。麵的選擇較多,今次試咗一個新嘅鰹魚拉麵,湯底清新,無味精很鮮味,其他配菜簡單,個人喜歡D荀,好香好甜。店職員說,佢哋各分店都有不同主打的麵。值得走訪每間試一試,另外所有分店由日本廚師輪流去主領教導徒弟,所以筆者感覺麵很正宗。價錢不平易,但是良心出品,高品質量。
今日經過黑布街見到一間好有feel的拉麵店。感覺就好似去了日本,既然冇得去旅行就來回味一下拉麵的味道吧。

木:白松露野菌豚骨湯
我覺得這間拉麵十分貼心,拉麵的硬度及湯的濃度可以因個人喜好而調節。
豚骨湯是很正宗日本的那一種,有相當的黏着度,是香濃的豚骨湯味,又帶有少少骨膠原的膠感,一食就知道用很多材料去熬煮的湯,與味精湯完全不一樣的味道!
想不到在這裏也吃得到名貴的白松露,令到整個拉麵都散播着松露的香,齒頰留香。
選用的麵是幼身的,令掛湯效果更佳顯著。

火:激辛火藥玉豚骨湯
喜歡食辣的人士的挑戰的拉麵!我自認非常能吃辣,什麼麻辣火鍋大辣米線都不是我的對手,不過這個拉麵就真令我佩服,真辣!
在香港很少餐廳會狠心地辣,這裏的火藥球真心好值得挑戰,我第一次吃到要狂飲水,不過我都挑戰成功把大部份的面都吃完了,留下一底紅色的湯。真心好像下次和喜歡吃辣的朋友再來挑戰。

炙叉燒2枚 – 我打算加配料,吃多兩塊叉燒,是分開上的,感覺加了的這兩塊比較厚身,而且加入了不同的調味方法。無論是拉麵的叉燒還是附加的叉燒,都卷得好靚,而且大大塊、肥瘦適中。

自家製餃子 – 一上碟見到煎到金黃已經很誘人,最重要是保持到熱度,一咬入邊的肉汁滲出,脆脆地又窩心的感覺。
嘴對嘴脆炸蒜香墨魚咀 – 這款小食很有特色,墨魚咀查一查爽脆又香酥。

蘋果soda、Zero可樂 – 飲品也有不同的種類,有些更是日本直送的,連可樂也是用玻璃樽裝,好似更加好飲了。

我們比較早吃晚餐,到離開的時候已經有很多人排隊,人氣高企!
Ramen Kureha was selected as a spot for meetup with friends and we were glad to have come here. The selection was very plentiful and the sides that accompanied were very thoughtful and delectable. The ramen was really tasty

溫湯頭食得出有花心思,不過比較重味,而且麵唔夠掛湯

有機豆乳擔擔冷麵
凍嘅拉麵真係比較少見,天氣咁熱、再加上係擔擔麵,所以吸引咗我叫依個麵。個湯唔辣,而且仲有陣陣麻醬嘅香味。青瓜絲、凍滑豆腐令個麵食落更加清新。可能因為冷麵嘅關係、麵亦陪感彈牙。
鮮鯛魚雞白湯拉麵
依個限定嘅拉麵,雞白湯配上鮮甜美味嘅鯛魚肉。鯛魚肉好似一球雪糕球咁係碗麵度。雞白湯湯味香濃,每一口麵都吸收哂湯嘅味道。兩塊豬肉叉燒大塊之餘仲肥瘦適中。另外再加埋隻味付玉子,整個鮮鯛魚雞白湯拉麵非常好完美。
雞皮春卷
雞皮薄薄無肥膏、絕對啱哂啲想食又怕肥嘅朋友,雞皮春卷嘅雞皮炸到脆卜卜,裏面嘅餡仍然鮮嫩多汁。再點埋店家調配嘅醬汁,好好味。
廣島吉列炸蠔配薯仔沙律
吉列炸蠔表面香脆,內裏嘅蠔保持鮮味。配角嘅薯仔沙律絕對唔比主角嘅炸蠔差。薯仔沙律味道好好,而且係薯蓉同薯仔粒伴勻,令薯仔沙律更有口感。
嘴對嘴脆炸蒜香墨魚咀
炸得好香口,軟硬適中,而且滲透住淡淡嘅蒜香。

I came here alone for lunch on Easter. There was no queue which was nice. The servers were very attentive and nice. I don’t think they felt comfortable with English though. I asked for a vegetarian option as I saw they had something in the past. Apparently, the vegetarian tofu ramen is only seasonal (winter) ramen. Therefore, the server recommended a “lo mien” ramen so not a broth based with an egg instead of the Cha Siu (an earth ramen). When the ramen arrived the server recommended me trying it with some condiments. I wished I had mixed the noodles up before adding condiments but either way the noodles tasted yummy with the poached egg helping it be “saucy.” There was a slight broth at the bottom with was soya sauce based and I had put a little bit of the sesame dressing. The reason for not 5 star was that the ramen was not consistent in the chewiness and because of not having a vegetarian option. You can see the thicker cut strands tasting slightly crunchy which possibly could be due to not having a broth too. I love the atmosphere and service here but for a trendy restaurant like this I feel like they should have an option for vegetarians. I would come back if Im in the area.
Tried the beef ramen this time. It’s not bad. Love the retro Japanese style decoration.

行懷舊路線既拉麵店,入到去真係好似去左日本咁,雞白湯拉麵連埋骨膠原,可惜揀左特濃湯底都偏淡,白松露豚骨湯麵都一樣偏淡,而且用左幼拉麵加上麵質偏淋,成件事好似食緊即食拉麵咁,好在佢去叉燒夠出色,用左半肥瘦豚肉,燒完之後逼哂啲油脂香出黎,入口軟稔鬆化豬味又濃,日本溏心蛋煮得岩岩好,口感順滑綿密又有醬油香!墨魚嘴即叫即炸,炸粉又唔厚,加埋椒鹽同大量炸蒜勁香口,餃子又係皮薄爆餡,感覺小食比拉麵更有驚喜~
Alrighty ramen but the dumplings were not recommended. The skin of them was too soft instead of crispy.

普通到一個點的拉麵,不過不失的湯底,少許柴的叉燒,咸到傻的蛋,只有辣沒有靈魂的醬。
Normal ramen to a point, but the soup base is not lost, a little char siu barbecued, salty to silly eggs, only spicy and soulless sauce.

Opened since 2014 and always on my list, serving quality of Japanese ramen and never disappointed. The price around HKD100 each and their staff nice and helpful.
豚骨湯底濃厚,拉麵軟硬適中,叉燒就一般,價錢貴扣一星。
疫情關係所以3個人要分枱坐,裝修好有日本感覺,麵普通
