花膠鷄湯真係好好味，一定要早book，但係佢哋電話成日打唔通，所以最好一早打.
非常旺場的火鍋店，價錢合理，食物好吃。適合多人一起打邊爐。

Lucky enough to get a table without reservation as someone cancelled theirs. Famous for their chicken soup base. The restaurant is decorated like local market with fish shop. There are some exotic seafood like giant shrimps and razor clams. The Chinese grass fish is also out of the world crispy but tender. Price is definitely on the higher side, but interesting hotpot experience.
一定要試他們的圍爐火鍋。他們的招牌湯底是花膠燉雞湯。
Soup was good. And they refill with the same kind of soup for your hot pot. However, you have to do your booking.
Hot pot restaurant, their fish maw chicken soup is a must order here. Vegetables and seafood dishes sell out pretty quickly here, if you must have anything it’s best to reserve first.

I was forced to leave the restaurant while I was eating due to someone else’s reservation. Quite unpleasant. The food was definitely overpriced as they taste not that fresh.
名過於實，食物價錢偏貴，需然食物很新鮮，但這個價錢到處都能找到好吃的火鍋店。而且超多內地遊客。坐位又很迫。

像在街市內打邊爐一樣，非常有趣，食材新鮮選擇多
一家非常受歡迎的火鍋店。好像不預約是吃不到的。我喝了濃稠的雞湯，但是當我用超級雞肉開始火鍋時，它很美味。通過添加各種成分，味道變得更加精緻。一個鍋周圍有很多7-8人一組。很熱鬧很熱鬧的一家店。

雞煲正! 雞湯濃郁雞有濃雞味, 牛都好正! 這裡適合一班人來, 可以試到不同食材。

每一次來這裡都坐滿客人，非常熱鬧，很地道的裝潢。
每次我們都會點花膠雞湯，蛋黃色的湯，充滿雞香，軟滑濃厚。不手軟，大約有4-6片花膠，咀唇都充滿膠質，次次都喝了一大半才肯收手。
必點的就一定是花竹蝦，非常大隻生猛，多數都有我的下臂那麼長，非常鮮甜厚肉，啖啖都爽口彈牙，大多數都會有豐滿的蝦膏，這才是真正的蝦！新鮮的種度可以用刺生的食法！但其實餐廳以前並沒有提供這服務，但我們仍然希望能夠試試刺身食法，果然不出所料，非常鮮甜彈牙又黏口！現在他們也有這個服務了，讚！
第二必點就是鮮竹笙並不是間間火鍋店都有新鮮，而且這裡的竹笙份量多又大隻，吸滿湯汁，很鮮味又爽口！
曾經我們也有嚐過隻活北寄的刺身食，一隻手都差點拿不住，肉實爽口，新鮮鮮甜，完全不用沾豉油，讚！
牛肉類的有牛胸爽(必點！白色薄薄一片，焯1秒就夠了，口感獨特又爽口，充滿油香)、本地手切牛(新鮮，個人偏愛本地牛，因為比較有口感和肉味濃)和雪花肥牛(脂肪分佈均勻，不油膩又新鮮)。
他們的海鮮就是主打，雖然價錢是偏高，但是物有所值。聽說他們的胡椒豬肚湯也很不錯，下次就來試試吧！
食物八九，招呼可以，裝修一般。
