First….I love this funky building which is basically a dining tower with a different restaurant on every floor! The sushi place is excellent and cheap. they give you a big picture menu with a hundred variations of tuna, salmon, scallop and shrimp (there’s other stuff including fab waygu beef and various noodles). Sashimi is ultra thick, fresh and delicious! Lots of young locals. nice selection of Asian brews and sake. Go!
High quality Japanese chain restaurant. Sushi is good. Recommended.

Horrific experience. Despite our reservation, they gave away our table because we were 5 minutes late. And they did not even apologize or seek to comfort us. We ended up at Espuma in the same building, where the staff is much nicer!

香港高質連鎖日本餐廳。大埔跟尖沙咀分店一樣人客多。價錢略貴，份量不多，但食材新鮮，一分錢一分貨。星期一至四有晚市有套餐會比較化算。

這個地方有點隱蔽……一旦你通過谷歌地圖到達這個地方，看看對講機，然後尋找餐廳。
美味的食物。晚餐結束時，女服務員建議我們去哪裡喝一杯。我們最終來到了摩天大樓之間的街道，那裡到處都是俱樂部，然後我們選擇了 Awtar Terrace。
Staffs were very busy, lack of effective communication between them. The lunch set include a small plate of salad with salmon, boil egg, miso soup and desert.
Nice food but only 60mins allowed.
Rather average taste, but come with soup, salad and desert. Overall, it is not something I would be really excited about.
Their portions is little large for female, but all are fresh in taste, you can also choose to sit just in front of the sushi chef, and have them to serve you the freshest sushi, but it must be more expensive.

This place is definitely the best affordable Sushi place in TST. Located in a funky building which has a Japanese restaurant on pretty much every floor, it has a great buzzing energy and of course the Sushi they make is top notch. I went two nights in a row.
Their staff is very courteous and they’ll also have some English-speaker running the floor at all times, so no language barrier problems.

11 Feb 19: lunch with my boss today, not many people at 12:25, staff are nice and responsive. Place is clean and cozy.
We ordered two lunch sets, both are sashimi rice, the sushi rice with sesames and seaweed, you don’t need to add soy sauce as the rice is salty enough, sashimis on top are fresh and thick, the sea urchin is ok (at least no urine taste), the salad is ok and the soup is no special, a milk pudding come after the meal is ok. The price is $96 per set without 10% surcharge.
I highly recommend here was because same menu will be used during holiday and weekend.
Around 12:50, many people wait outside and staff clean up our desk very quickly.
Most items are quite unique and delicious. Some items might be more pretentious than tasty. Overall, it’s good food and good service.
Nice small Japanese restaurant. Hand made sushi are tasty and yet not too expensive. The skewers are good. Even the chicken skin are not too oily but crispy. The roe salad is too big and very reasonable priced. The soba and the beef pot are average.
