My friend recommended this Japanese restaurant – we didn’t have a reservation on Friday night so we walked-in instead. There was a long line we waited for around an hour for a 4 people table. Great quality of sushi as well as the other cooked food. It best to make reservation before you come.
I love it! I’m not an expert on sushi but the fresh seafood literally melted in my mouth and the aromas lingered on, while waiting for the chef to freshly prepared our next order. This was also the first time I had sea urchin and Sushi Tokumi did not disappoint us.
Do note that minimum spend per person is HKD 120.

Fairly price and good food. Definitely a place to try.
Took a while to get seated (~25mins) and the staff seemed quite disinterested in making us feel welcome. However the food was exceptional and extremely tasty. Very good value, too. I had the Tokumi bento and struggled to finish the whole thing; but everything was so delicious I just had to! Definitely worth a visit.

午市一般啦，味道不叫出色，新鮮度還可以。
海膽刺身飯，$96無加一，海膽夠新鮮但偏淡味，油甘不錯外，其他魚生片也一般，飯更加是可以叫做唔太好味，太乾太粘但不夠醋，有些許菇和紫菜混雜進飯內，但完全乾身無味，入口不佳。熟蝦反而出色，夠大隻，而且吃出瞭如中式白烚海蝦那種蝦味，蝦肉爽彈。裝飾的翡翠苗太生，帶辣口和青味，跟刺身夾不來。唯獨價錢實在不貴，包沙律，又有湯，又有蒸蛋，甜品。給我這個質素我也還是沒怨言了。
定食便當的燒魚和炸豬扒都處理得不錯，刺身則不是上好貨色，午市套餐也整體合格。
環境光猛舒服，即使枱較迫仍感覺可以。服務則只是一般，午市衝衝，他們也有點緊張了。

為聽日係假期，所以非常多人，多人到差d 連?都出唔到?，餐廳既裝修幾有日本居酒屋feel，包括少少嘈雜既環境?，由日本仔乾杯嘅聲音變左女仔既傾計聲?，可想而知係有幾熱鬧。
餐廳仲有吧枱座位提供，等大家可以睇住師傅炮製大家將會食到嘅刺身?！吧枱上方仲有是日推介既新鮮時令刺身寫係黑板上面～
今晚我叫咗個魚生飯，寶寶就叫咗個鰻魚飯，另外仲加咗個牛油果軟殼蟹卷。
麵豉湯 （丼飯免費送沙律及湯）
味道唔濃，但好多配料，除咗豆腐、紫菜等一般都有嘅配料，竟然仲有隻蜆?。
沙律夠涼菜夠新鮮，沙律醬亦好夠，酸酸地幾開胃。
德美海膽魚生飯 $158
魚生種類好多好豐富丫！有海膽、三文魚、油甘魚、帶子、熟蝦、蟹柳、蟹籽、三文魚籽、甜蛋及青瓜絲。海膽雖然唔算高級，但好新鮮冇臭味(試過食過放題有變質嘅臭味?)，帶子好鮮甜，三文魚肥美，油甘魚有啲入口即溶feel?，樣樣都唔錯，一碗入面有齊咁多種刺身，真係好抵食！
活鰻魚朴葉飯 $97
鰻魚肉質好嫩滑，完全冇鞋既感覺☺️，細骨好軟唔吉嘴，軟到可以吞得落肚咁。鰻魚汁香甜但唔會太鹹，岩岩好，冇蓋過鰻魚既味道，絕對冇功高蓋主之嫌??。雞蛋絲切得好細好香蛋味，撈埋少少鰻魚汁同鰻魚一齊食，真係口感+味覺大滿足呀?！鍾意食鰻魚飯既你一定要黎試吓丫！
牛油果軟殼蟹卷 $77
牛油果好靚完全冇爛，而且切得好均勻唔會太厚，軟殼蟹亦炸得脆卜卜，香脆可口?！卷得幾實淨，唔會一夾就散晒??！
嗌完埋單，仲有甜品送添！
Nice sushi! You might need to queue for a while because the place is quite popular. You can only dine in for 60m during lunch hour and 90m during dinner hour. Overall the food quality is good – we are happy with every food we ordered – but I would say it won’t be hard to find some cheaper place for sushi of similar quality.

Come where the local get their Sushi fix. Price is average and so is the food. However, expect long que during peak. Not too bad if you want Japanese in TST.

Many choices of lunch set including both raw and cooked food. The food are tasty and the prices are acceptable. May need to wait for seats during lunch time.
幾年沒來，lunch的壽司set 水準下降了不少。新鮮度不夠，服務也很港式，即係得個快字。
服務和食物都很好。烏冬很滑、軟身。鰻魚飯也得香。
