The soup is great, so as the noodle. Shop is clean, but not the kitchen. However, the are using non recyclable chopsticks, how is that acceptable?

點評: 這店賣的是博多拉麵。雖然不是拉麵達人，但自問都食過不小食店。拉麵吸不吸引我的最主要要素係湯頭。。。。，我點了這家店的別天神套餐，除了小 龍蝦蟹籽沙律讓我感到有驚喜之外，他的湯頭讓我感到猶如味千拉麵一般。。。。。正常，幸好同行隊友點了蝦味噌套餐。 試了一點點湯後才挽回一點點信心。總算過得去。

Yummy noodle with traditional Japanese style.
職員服務非常差劣。自以為是的態度卻是水準以下。賣的麵條是快餐水準。俗稱港式拉麵。真的沒下次。
The soup is a total failure
店舖很迷你，獨個兒來就只好坐bar枱，兩款拉麵可供選擇，味道不過不失。
soup is not as thick as others, which is ok to me. if they can get rid of disposable chopsticks, I will visit more.

In Hong Kong, there are so many Ramen or Japanese restaurant.
In my view, their ramen is not good and not bad. There is no taste of the soup… so normal…just like the fast food…
How things have changed over the year since I last visited. Had to edit my review from 4 stars. Shame really.
麵比較軟，湯底味精感，還好。
超好食 湯底超濃鬱豬骨同奶味 但又唔確喉 只是價錢略貴
Had the Hakata ramen and gyoza set. Ramen was in creamy pork broth; flavourful but not too salty. There were 2 slices of pork, seaweed, the egg (ajitsuke tamago) which was soft and nicely marinated.
The gyoza had thin skin and was delicious; a good complement to the ramen.
To order, just use the machine. It had both Chinese and English language plus photos of the dishes. No cash accepted but you can use credit card or other forms of mobile phone payment.
Overall it was a good and economical meal.
湯好香,拉麵是幼身的,冰麥茶也好喝,玉子流心又入味
朋友介紹稱日本人開湯底好味，但個人覺得比較罐頭，食拉麵種類很少，用幼條面，湯瀧，但不太特色。不是我杯茶。
好吃
平時很好吃。在日本沒吃過，不過湯和麵跟日本的博多拉麵一樣。嘴上沒說還囂張是好事。叉燒有點像粵菜。可惜味覺球不是軟煮的。但是，我認為它比迄今為止在香港的拉麵店更高。上桌的時候，覺得海苔放在你面前不太對勁，不過反正我先吃了，沒關係。一杯75港元，楓玉10港元。
那是一家拉麵店，上面寫著正確的日語，所以我去了那裡。味道也不錯。我很驚訝拉麵在訂購後很快就出來了。
簡單好吃的拉麵。
呢間拉麵店我食過好多次，每次拉麵嘅水準都好穩定。所以俾客人用嘅嘢都好高水準，例如用tempo紙巾、備長炭水、好靚嘅木快子等。

叉燒乾硬，湯底味道單調
Wow what an awesome find. From the outside it looks like a little cafe ad it had fabric over the doorway. But inside its a very nice Japanese ramen restaurant. Order from the touch screen kiosk and its delivered to you. Fantastic simple and tasty menu
有良知嘅食肆，齊上齊落！尖沙咀遊客區內性價比算高，以點餐顯示屏落單非常方便，醬料、配料、冰凍玄米茶免費自助取用。

可能好多人都不知道，在尖沙咀海防道中間穿過一條小巷，就能到達亞士厘道，入面餐廳林立絕對是覓食的好選擇

今天涼涼地於是就選了這家拉麵，想好好溫暖地飲一碗湯

很有日本拉麵的氣氛，有一個長吧枱就見證着師父在煮拉麵。

我們點了兩個拉麵套餐，這間店竟然送上一包兩隻口罩，為我們抗疾打打氣，絕對是良心小店！

拉麵就只有兩款做得十分專注，包括豚骨及蝦味。單買拉麵是$75/$85，轉套餐加$30。

轉成套餐會有多一個溫泉蛋，用的是日本雞蛋呢。另外可選小龍蝦蟹子沙律或者煎餃子。

食拉麵最重要的是湯底，豚骨湯麵的湯底是奶白色！香濃幼滑，應該用了很多豬骨熬製了很久，用的是幼麵，掛湯力更強！

而蝦味拉麵味道就有點似龍蝦湯，呈橙紅色的很吸引。

另外還有其他配料包括辣豆芽，任加唔嬲。

多謝小店的兩個口罩，在這個時間真的覺得十分窩心。你們也要加油努力！

Really good ramen and tasty soup!!
Very authentic Japanese Ramen – you have to try! White soup is very rich and it mixes with the noodles very well. Love the options of side dishes a lot ! Don’t waste your time at Ippuido which is getting worse these days.. Try Betsutenjin and you won’t get disappointed !
