I keep it short. Not worth your money. Not worth your time. Find a better sushi restaurant . The cost is not equal to the quality. And look at my pic.. you won’t wanna eat there. Doesn’t look fresh at all.. and the size is definitely smaller than other. Anyway, I don’t think this restaurant will hold the business long if the owner wanna keep it like this . Good luck .

跟x氣壽司餐單差不多的店，裝璜不錯，但明顯是港式的日本料理，用料普通，最基本來做壽司的飯，檔次也很便宜。
生啤酒的杯子沒有冷藏，而啤酒也不夠冷。
師傅跟待應的不專業表現跟充滿日本風格有莫大的反差，原本用平板電腦點菜是方便雙方的主意，但程式不停當掉的，令客人做成困擾。
最後，價錢非常貴，是給觀光客用餐的店。

It’s not my first time to be in here. Their sushi set is so fresh and price is also reasonable. Also if you are solo like me, they will ask you to take the seat of the bar table which is quite good though as you can see the chief preparing the sushi for you.
Tasty sushi in Tsim Sha Tsui area. Queued for 30 min but well worth it.

This was the worst sushi I have had – period. The unagi was dry and flakey, the roll ingredients uncreative, and everything tasted super bland and not very fresh. We didn’t finish our meal. Many options simply were not available. This would be forgivable if not for the premium pricing. You can go to Genki Sushi, pay half the price, and get a much better selection and quality with the same service experience. Not the place to go for a premiere sushi experience.

今日一起身，朋友仔就打電話來，說出去食飯，所以我們便即興相約到尖沙咀食午餐，順便我可以去尖沙咀的化妝城買護膚品。我們去到尖沙咀的十和田總本店食午餐。
一坐下來，就覺得地方幾大，光源充足。侍應先生更走過來跟我們說可以用平板電腦下單叫菜。
之前食過屯門有一間放題餐廳都是用平板電腦下單的。估不到原來食日本餐廳都有用平板電腦下單，感覺好amazing……哈哈。
我見到平板電腦有好多款食物項目可以選擇，有壽司拼盤，三味壽司，火炙壽司，軍艦壽司，貝類壽司，素菜壽司，活壽司，刺身，沙律，細卷/卷物，燒物/小食，丼，飲品/甜品，午市套餐…………
wow，實在太多選擇了，最後我和朋友仔揀選了午市套餐裏面的兩個套餐。分別是香蔥吞拿魚腩丼（配湯，蒸蛋），以及午市壽司套餐（配味噌湯）。
香蔥吞拿魚腩丼（配湯，蒸蛋），108元。到菜時眼前一亮，香蔥吞拿魚比飯還要多！吞拿魚腩好軟滑，配上蔥花帶出魚的鮮味，價格又平民化，我在香港甚少見到，所以我覺得這間十和田總本店，性價比首選??
午市壽司套餐（配味噌湯），98元。有火炙左口魚壽司，海膽壽司，三文魚壽司，牡丹蝦壽司，蟹子軍艦壽司，吞拿魚壽司，小貝柱軍艦壽司，原條穴子壽司，芝麻香䓤碎吞拿魚小卷。款款壽司都覺得好好味。尤其比較喜歡三文魚壽司 : 因為厚身，而且脂肪分佈平均。牡丹蝦壽司 : 因為好大隻多肉，一試難忘。吞拿魚壽司：因為厚身，吞下時有陣濃濃的吞拿魚味。小貝柱軍艦壽司：因為小貝柱數量多，一點也不吝嗇。哈哈。好好味。啊…………….還有原條穴子壽司都好喜歡，一整條穴子壽司，除了賣相吸引，燒汁惹味，肉質好嫩滑，真是吃得好滋味。
賣單連加一服務費，227元兩個人，平均每人113.5元。
We went there at 12:15 lunch, not many people, order by tablet, toilets are clean. Overall A grade for the hygiene of the environment.
I ordered 豚肉生姜燒 and my friend ordered 䓤吞拿魚蓉飯. Portion is large, the set come with soup and 茶碗蒸蛋. However, the 茶碗蒸蛋 is over-steamed (see picture), the soup is not special, no ginger taste in the 生姜豚肉飯 as well as the sauce, I was chewing the pork slices a long time before swallow. The onion can cook much longer, as I love soft one.
The green tea powder has no green tea taste, it just like a green colour water.
Finally we paid $205 for two including 10% surcharge. Also I saw many people cannot finish the whole bowl of rice. If they want to have customer return, they should see our comments.

Very fresh sushi. But the quality fluctuates a bit. Sometimes it’s as good as ones I have in japan. Other times, not so.
Fresh sushi and sashimi, good variety and selection. They use iPads for ordering your items and the menu is in both Chinese and English. Reasonably priced.
