的野食好普通
看見評分高來試試，有點失望。
三個人點了牛雜，滷水拼盤，滷水豆腐淨食，崩沙腩撈麵，牛腩飯另加魚皮餃。
滷水唔係好夠入味，個人喜歡帶點花淑八角味，但這裡的味道食落好似差少少野，潮式的話定位有些尷尬。
崩沙腩食落冇乜特別，但撈麵鹼水味較重。
魚皮餃另加$15/兩隻，也是比較普通。
另希望駐店人員多洗洗抹枱布… 那個味道很影響食慾。
整餐最好的是有三隻辣椒醬揀 ！
Good food, nice staff, and a clean Chines bistro. The signature premium beef ball and cuttlefish ball are very delicious. The price is higher than those in traditional bistro. But it’s worth going as the place is clean, and staff are helpful and efficient.
很棒的魚丸和粉絲
Feels like a ramen bar but serve with Chaozhou style noodles. You can freely choose your favourite types of noodles, toppings and other ingredient. The beef ball is unexpectedly delicious.

牛丸超好味！
Good price for the area! We were a little nervous that there weren’t many people, but turned out to be a lovely dining experience, far different from the super crowded scene in Hong Kong. Modern twist on a local staple. Really clean and cozy. We went with pork knuckle noodle and the beef brisket combo noodle soup!

最喜歡手打牛丸和傳統擳魚蛋， 鹹檸七以外也可以選擇無糖的鹹檸梳打， 辣椒油以外又可以選擇冇油嘅辣汁。

the food was average, but the customer service is a nightmare, no greetings at all, i got that, we are in hong kong, the staff himself literally didnt look at us when we ordered or while we paid or even when we left. the place wasnt busy, it was only us and another table, I felt like he didnt want to work there at all, i will never go back to this place!!!!!!!
牛腩牛丸超正
Great marinate (滷水/滷味), tasty and soft. Beef ball texture is what the local expects, crisp yet al dente (爽口彈牙).
Ambience is young and fresh, unlike the usual locals noodles shop, and most importantly clean! Can tell that the young owner has putted in their heart and soul.
香港在地小吃，但裝潢和空間給我的感覺比起一般傳統茶餐廳略為舒適些，因為不是在地人，東西道不道地我不敢評論，但個人覺得是好吃的
除左地點方便外…食物真係好一般。牛三鮮飯還叫一般…潮州魚三鮮…個片頭好似浸左水好耐咁…鬆泡泡咁?? …

基本禮貌合格，但客人填餐紙時有問題，店員的對答，感覺有點不耐煩，可能店員覺得客人問的問題太笨吧 … ? …
Passed them by a few times, and finally got to try it out. Had a meatball with rice noodle, and the taste is decent. I liked their meatballs, but the soup is lacking something. The restaurant is clean and good serving. I would probably go there again in a slow day.
爽腩清湯河下午茶$53,嘢飲加$3-5。個湯冇乜味精但係唔清，個碗太細啲湯太少。河粉細滑可以，爽腩ok腍。配料任點。追加牛丸$15，OK爽。
服務都OK，平日下午茶時間沒什麼人，可以慢慢坐。牛腩不錯，牛筋更好吃，飯也很大碗。60蚊都幾抵食。

昨午在尖沙咀遊盪，肚開始有指示，所以就慢慢尋找合眼緣的食店。經過’潮丸’，被店內近門的地磚吸引，再看看餐牌，可以試試。要了一碗自家牛三寶(?)河粉，送飲品，一個字，”正”。真的無味精。$55，有這樣的水準，不易。一碗無乜特別的日本拉麵可以隨便賣八、九十元一碗，這碗本地薑，很值。
唔錯，幾好食，都算抵
您可以在狹窄但整潔的室內享用各種麵條和蓋飯。

牛腩的數量非常多
牛爽腩名副其實爽中帶軟
有筋位的位置還帶點嚼勁
牛腩的厚度也有一定的份量
大概吃了菜和4塊牛腩我就吃不下了
價錢也是平民價
作為早午晚是再適合不過
性價比非常高!

豬三鮮、魚三鮮及牛三鮮同招牌雲吞、墨丸等等，試了豬三鮮河粉（扎肉、豬肉丸、秘製腩肉）好香好有口感， 份量都幾大又正！
再試了它的滷水豆腐，好有口感又入味
