Dishes were just alright and generic but pricey! You can get the same thing for lower price somewhere else!
雖然係來自築地，但師傅可能係本地人，Keep唔到水準，我叫一個角切魚生飯，上面嘅吞拿魚蓉仲有啲結冰，明顯未有足夠解凍，飯應該係微熱同濕潤，點知就有啲好似吹乾左嘅飯咁，但總括魚生係唔錯嘅，只係啲技術麻麻
今天午餐點了角切魚生丼$150，內有十款角切魚生加鮪魚蓉，魚生新鮮，份量十足。午市套餐還包前菜及面豉湯。日式裝潢，座位舒適，服務也不錯，極力推薦！另朋友點了鰻魚飯也不錯? …
Sushi here is fresh and of good quality. A nice variety of fish was on offered including freshly delivered fish direct from Japan.
Mmmmmmmm Meh. Don’t expect amazing food from this restaurant. Generic neighbourhood Japanese restaurant quality.
Really fresh sashimi at reasonable prices, especially given its in a high end mall in the city.

北海丼，足料，每樣食材都新鮮甜美，唯一要挑剔就是只有蟹肉，沒有蟹膏吧。

✍???Finally tried the first sushi restaurant from inner Tsukiji market in Hong Kong. The raw fish inside the donburi especially the tuna is as fresh as you could possibly hope for and the flavours of the dongburi are spot on! Slightly expensive thou.

新鮮好味道
位於尖沙咀價位當然不便宜，可惜質素平平。海老天丼的蝦沒有什麼味道，粉漿相當厚，天婦羅汁加得太多。Sushi的用料不錯和新鮮。

牛舌有筋，明太子雞翼炸得未夠熟，壽司的紫菜不夠脆。但總括嚟講都好食。
當然是貴食日本餐！

Quality sushi place. Wide selection of different fish. I ate mouth watering tuna set that just melted in my mouth. Highly recommended. Quite pricy, but so is everything in this shopping mall.

厚切牛舌雖然外表樣衰，但味道不錯！
食材新鮮，服務細心，限量10客的海鮮丼飯剛好吃到最後一客，龍蝦肉鮮甜，鮑魚煙韌? …
先上桌的是三文魚子，海膽，呑拿魚蓉丼。三文魚子咸鮮，算脆口，溫度好像偏室溫一點。海膽微甘甜，味道偏淡口。呑拿魚蓉美味而且分量十足，都不夠飯。

Pair of diners, we ordered 24 pieces of Sushi, and a tempura set. The waitress asks what we would like for our main course, so I guess sushi is only the starter. Even when the restaurant is named after sushi.
The service is questionable!

Overall the food is freshly made ? the most disappointing one goes to tuna sandwich, only mayonnaise in the middle can be tasted, it is too strong.
Frankly speaking it is overpriced.

下午茶時間首次光顧，柯打咗極上壽司拼盤，魚料幾新鮮，敗筆係壽司飯，飯粒口感粗糙亦唔飽滿，簡單講係千兩質素。
This place have tasty sushi.

Well… price is newly adjusted in 2020 and a bit over priced.
Quality is average to good but staffs are not so professional and enchantment on training is strongly recommended. Waitress moving the chairs with their leg instead of hand… really not a good sight during my dining.
唔好食! 只係一塊煎魚，完全唔知係食緊「西京燒」，冇味
