好食但少貴
Quality of sushi is not good. The tamago (egg) for example, portion is generous but cold and not soft, just like directly from fridge. The sushi is below par in general. The price is rather high consider the low food quality. Service is okay though.

之前一直都要排隊，諗住會好食，點之超伏???垃圾中嘅垃圾，以後唔會食???
1. 特盛手握壽司盛合?$188 – 真心好失望☹️☹️☹️，食軍艦最緊要啲紫菜卜卜脆，不過林到好似包定擺喺度??♂️??♂️??♂️，食壽司個精粹應該係個飯，缺乏醋嘅酸味，飯太熱???影響晒全部魚嘅鮮感，因為全部暖晒???我食爭鮮都好過佢。價錢同質素唔成正比?
2. 一人手握壽司盛合?$138 – 同上???失望
環境其實坐得到舒服，價錢都唔平，食物質素差，所以請都唔食，伏到一個點???，簡直係呃錢☹️☹️回水???
我係午市趁佢岩岩開門食既，用餐環境好舒服，服務亦好好，不過味道我就覺得一般唔係驚艷，價錢亦偏貴。
日本親民價錢食既餐廳黎到香港定位似乎高左。我會覺得呢個價錢選擇可以好多，亦都有好多性價比更高既日本餐廳。
The sushi quality itself is actually very good. This place has been our regular place since opening. However this review solely reflects on one incident last night.
We were seated at the sushi bar right in front of the sushi chef. From the beginning my husband has noticed the sushi chef was coughing and sneezing. I hadn’t noticed until almost the end of the meal.
He repeated sneezed and cough and blew his nose at the sushi. Granted he tried to do it out of sights but we were right in front of him. He was not wearing gloves nor he washed his hands with soap or hand sanitizer.
COVID aside an employee is sick, whether if it’s a common cold or something more serious, they should not be handling food!!!! This is super unhygienic, problemátic and DISGUSTING! I had raised this issue to one of the front of the house staff.
All 3 chefs were wearing surgical face masks but they were constantly touching their nose and face whiling handling raw fish.
I hope management would enforce stricter policy in this regards. This is so disgusting and disappointing.
又一個經驗！

Pricey considering the menu variety and food quality
The sashimi Don was not that impressive or justified for the price of around $280 they charged. One time visit was enough. Still preferred the one we tried in Japan.
Terrible service. They reject you into their restaurant even if they are fully complied with government COVID requirements. They added an extra layer of their restrictions so you can see their restaurant is very empty. Definitely not worth going for their ignorance. Shame for their Japanese branches. Not for Hong Konger.
壽司很好吃，但總的來說，旺角分店更好。
儘管如此，女經理聲音很大，還以為我聽不懂粵語，大聲問店員，“XX位的客人還沒點餐嗎？”。讓他們學習日語服務不是更好嗎？
感覺能理解尖沙咀店的低評價。
Taste matches the price.
The eel and tempura was great but the udon a little under satisfactory.
If you are not ordering bentos, remember what are included in your set. Non-bento sets dishes come one by one.
Overall is good.

#天婦羅烏冬御膳
一份有齊蟹肉帶子丼飯，湯烏冬，茶碗蒸同天婦羅盛盒?
紫蘇好爆濃，勁正?
帶子，辣椒，白身魚要講下，成個天婦羅好脆又唔濕，個皮又唔厚??
蟹肉帶子丼飯好鮮，魚子都新鮮唔魚腥，一啖入邊有滿滿嘅加埋蟹肉?
茶碗蒸就實左少少，所以蛋香會重d，但我個人口味中意滑d。入面都有蝦帶子粒。
成個定食勁大份勁豐富?

打得好爛無根，侍應都會提你一黎就要即食
但就無咁多油香。
#三文魚三貫
呢個就正正常常，三文魚夠大件，好油好香
要提一提呢間勁好services，侍應好主動加茶收碟重好好禮貌。

兩個人食九百幾蚊（加一樽朝日啤酒），唔算平，食材非常新鮮，最推介係平成卷同牡丹蝦壽司。
最緊要係方便就腳，晚市唔駛等，坐又舒服。
個場唔太嘈，同朋友見面食飯可以輕鬆傾解。
