Staff not attentive enough and got my abalone burnt. But seafood is huuuge.
難得同朋友聚會,遇到不一的體驗。入到鋪
頭,大家點菜,職員推介日本空運到港嘅毛蟹。職員仲話六個人,細嘅應該唔夠食,不如點隻大,HKD780. 大家見咁高興就點了。點知黎到,發覺肉身黴黴地,味道又腥. 我地就問職員:”唔好意思,我地少食,d味係咪咁嫁?你可以試下。如果係咁嘅味就算啦。”職員無試就話幫我地換。隔左一陣,另一職員黎講返:”其實隻蟹無問題,d味係正常,不過我地都會換返隻比你。”我地成班人就覺得奇怪,點解你唔試下先就換蟹比我地。
跟著黎第二隻蟹啦,結果真係無咁黴。職員就解釋大廚可能第一隻蒸耐左,所以講。
如是者,朋友們就蟹來蟹去了一晚。
總結:性價比唔高。
好好味,好新鮮,氣氛又好!正!

The seafood is great tbh but it kept us waiting for an hr to get a table. When we get in the shop, we discovered that there were a few tables empty. A bit wordless.
Actually we tried to call to get a table, but no one listen to our call. The shop we visited is the TST branch.
Authentic Japanese atmosphere, nice staff, good food but mouth was quite dry after dinner.
If you love grilled seafood, you must come here. Friendly staff and good service! It also opens till late night, and you may enjoy beer and sake with your friend!
Seafood are quite fresh and delicious!claimed all are directly imported from Japan.
They have a big water tank for keeping the abalone, shrimp and crab fresh. Actually maybe same way as local seafood restaurants, but because the seafood are freshly grilled in front of you, the cooking method makes the seafood taste more rich!
Shop atmosphere is good but air con definitely not enough and quite hot inside. If they can serve free cold water will be a good complement for hot environment.

小弟生日飯。店內裝修好日式,雖然好多客人,但氣氛好好,燒海鮮最正,又新鮮又好味又好玩!多謝老婆仔!

Good service and the sea food are so fresh that you can’t stop eating. Remember to reserve a table before you come next time.

我總係抗拒唔到魚旦 x 芝士呢個配搭
平時呢個配搭多數都係用炸的方式處理
不過今次係用燒, 睇住啲芝士慢慢走出嚟, 一方面覺得好過癮, 另一方面又芝士?流曬出嚟心情好矛盾

松葉蟹膏、海膽 、帆立貝 – 將呢3款不能抗拒的食材放埋一齊燒, 究竟邊個配搭正啲呢!
店員加了少少清酒?落帆立貝作調味, 一邊燒一邊聞到酒香?
松葉蟹膏就會鮮甜啲, 帆立貝就酒味會比較濃鬱, 兩款帆立貝燒的配搭都係有輕微唔同嘅

店員喺你面前燒既好處就係清楚見到食物的新鮮程度, 可以專心同朋友傾計?, 又唔怕自己燒會熟 / 過熟
好似燒鮑魚 & 蝦蝦咁, 相信如果我自己燒, 好難將鮑魚燒至有彈牙口感, 隻蝦可能變咗蝦乾都仲燒緊??
焱丸蟹噌甲羅燒 – $68 | 南瓜蟹肉甲羅燒
我留意到每個到焱丸水產的客人都必定會點選一份甲羅燒, 前者為”初代”…而後者為”二代目”, 唔執輸心態就係叫曬兩款喇!
甲羅燒有最愛的蟹?膏、蟹?籽、蟹?肉、味噌、鵪鶉蛋, 二代目則加入南瓜
燒好的甲羅燒賣相已無原來的咁靚, 全部變成蟹膏的顏色, 但味道真係好香, 蟹膏濃鬱的香氣、一絲絲蟹肉的鮮甜、爽脆的蟹籽, 唔怪得知咁多人食啦! 至於加入南瓜既甲羅燒味道就會帶甜, 口感會較竹稠身
Like!如果無時限就更好了!
音樂大聲, 地方淺窄,
空氣吾流通,焗到出曬汗,
食物質素尚可,服務態度一般,
慶生會播生日歌,但無執枱上蛋糕,
吾再加單就追買單,事實有點似食快餐,,
如果想同朋友傾計,慢慢享受食物品質,
建議可以考慮其他餐廳

呢到嘅刺身全部都係厚切,
三文魚同埋拖羅嘅脂肪分佈好平均,
所以?每一啖都食到油脂嘅甘香?
尤其係拖羅,入口即溶,而且質感細膩?
油甘魚都幾肥美,比較爽口,算係合格啦!
2️⃣味道 6.5/10
刺身全部都好新鮮,尤其係甜蝦同帶子,非常鮮味?海膽就唔腥亦唔苦,帶些少海水鹹味,不過不失!
不過所有刺身既魚味都比較淡
連三文魚魚味都唔太突出,
算係鮮味搭夠啦

七款刺身其實每樣得三件,
我地四個人分完全分唔勻?
不過由於刺身係當日由日本送黎,
而且每一件都好厚切,呢個價錢合理啦!
唔算特別抵食,不過值呢個價錢既
雖然知道在港吃日本食物貴及面積狹窄但此地方真廹夾食物也一般但價錢太貴不值
Great atmosphere, great food, BBQ abalone was slightly overcooked and charred because the waiter was not paying attention but otherwise it was very fresh. The crab shell with tomalley was delightful as well. Bonus points for ambiance, feels like I am in Japan.

I’ve tried the TST shop twice as the food is really good although quite expensive. But this time I am really disappointing about the service of the reception staff. I came here two weeks ago having dinner with cousins and reserved directly with the staff for today’s night. I came here and found out that my booking disappeared. The reception staff apologized for the missing and asked us to wait outside that he will arrange for that. 20 minutes later, I noticed that a table of 4 kept vacant during my waiting. I then asked again how’s the arrangement, but he kept asking me to wait and the arrangement was making. That’s ridiculous to keep customer waiting without any true explanation. I just felt that he thought that I was lying and tried to treated me as a walk-in customer. I don’t mind you tell me the truth that my booking was missing and can’t arrange a table as a pre-booking customer, but tried not to fool me like I will keep waiting until further notice. That’s not a way to keep your customer to come again. I may come to visit this shop again but not the TST branch.

蟹蓋真心推介!還有燒鯖魚不可不試
水產都很鮮味很甜,價錢不算很便宜,但覺得很值!
食物都是新鮮上桌,然後服務員當客人面前燒的。最有名是那個會跳舞的鮑魚,因為是活的放上爐燒,所以鮑魚還會動,就叫做會跳舞的鮑魚。
而家想食魚生,壽司可以選擇既地方真係唔多,焱丸水產係我其中一個會間唔時去下既日美景本居酒屋,好食啦,新鮮啦,d特飲不時有唔同款,唔會話次次黎都係個d野。
Seafood is fresh and they waiters will help with the cooking. Quite a lovely experience.
最近Daddy光榮退休,所以我同媽咪決定同Daddy食餐好,以報答佢一直以來晚辛勞。其實Daddy食咩菜冇咩所謂,不過佢知媽咪鍾意食日本菜,所以就話去食日本菜喇。以作為乖乖女既我,當然係做足research,搵間好野同兩老食個happy dinner啦!
焱丸水產之前同公司同事去過銅鑼灣店一次,覺得d料好新鮮,價錢唔算係好平,屬中間價位,不過既不係賀Daddy榮休,錢係其次,最緊要好食同食得滿足!

手握壽司,一共有十件加一條細卷壽司,大小剛好,壽司飯軟綿,魚生刺的厚薄適中,味道很好
左口魚 $158
之前係韓國食過左水魚刺身,但焱丸就刺得比較薄身,應該係文化差異 XD 同一般三文魚刺身軟滑既質感有d唔同,左口魚比較有口感同少少爽

淨係睇個樣都知肥美,食完第一啖直頭想飛上天。因為真係好新鮮,Daddy食到耳仔豎起埋
醬汁焗原雙魷浜燒 $70 BBQ sauce
Daddy最鍾意食魷魚,於是點左呢個BBQ汁燒魷魚,火喉剛好
焱丸蟹噌甲羅燒$68/1pc
而媽咪睇完餐牌就指明要既蟹膏(佢唔叫我都會叫XD)好鮮味,唔太咸,中間加左蔥花,海膽,三文魚子,勁有口感。
日本餐廳裝橫,猶如置身真正在日居酒屋。魚生鮮味十足,猶如置身東京築地市場。天婦羅香脆可口,一食就知即叫即炸,冇欺場。
Food quite good. 98hkd for this lunch set + 20hkd for coffee + green tea ice cream.
Surely will come back next time.
食物新鮮,服務也不錯
佈置很海風,濱燒那種海邊木屋的佈置。齊全的。但音樂好像在播Twice 韓文歌, 有點搞笑。
味道謹合格,價錢唔係特別貴。午市食個有海鮮的丼都係$120-150咁上下,但味道就一般。
唯一佢好嘅就係佢準備好全個套餐才上枱的架勢,不是逐樣來,一人一盤的來。
午市套餐有沙律,湯,前菜,蒸蛋,同主食。
沙律不過不失, 份量適中。麵豉湯也是不過不失,沒有過咸,但沒太多料在湯內,海帶也微弱。
前菜為芝麻醬豆腐,沒特別差的味道。
蒸蛋筤滑,有些許滲水,但同時蛋味也不太有, 很滑剛剛好。
北海丼,海膽有些不新鮮。其他配料味道還可以,對得起價錢。
焱丼,四分一係蛋絲,四分一係蟹柳沙律, 這兩部份感覺有點騙錢,其餘的魚味也沒有太多。魚蓉沒有特別鮮甜,三文魚籽則味道不錯,但有點少。
兩個丼也是有個心思手捲插在飯中。整體只能說對得起價錢。但算不上cp值好。
Pretty good Japanese food, with some unique and interesting fired dishes. The restaurant was is very tiny and packed, even by Hong Kong standards, but it worked, mostly. Food quality was high, but service (the order the dishes came out, etc) was a little confusing

同閨密食飯當然要食好野,今次係擺左係eat list好耐既焱丸水產,佢個蟹膏差唔多個個黎都會叫,我地一行四姊妹又點可以錯過?仲一人叫左一粒帆立磯燒,佢有好多味可在揀的,我地勁貪心,每樣味叫左隻,松葉蟹膏,海膽、三文魚子同和風木魚帆立磯燒…再包剪揼睇下邊個食邊隻,勁白痴~不過我地個個都話好味。
另外仲叫左海鮮龍蝦鍋,睇返相先知今晚唔覺意變左做seafood night!d蜆同龍蝦好新鮮,所以個湯都好鮮甜。最後我地仲追加左個炒飯,究竟呢幾個女人個胃係咪黑洞,竟然可以食咁多野!不過今餐確係好滿足,都幾抵食!
係香港真係好難食到好晚海膽,所以每次想食海膽或者刺身,就會去焱丸水產,同出面差唔多價錢,但係係焱丸就食到更好既質素。同埋香港唔係到到有得食日本磯燒,今次叫左鮑魚殼燒($68/隻),帆立殼燒,佢有幾隻唔同味,(我地揀左海膽、松葉蟹膏同三文魚子,around $80/ 隻),海膽就$188/2隻,唔算好大隻,不過勝在鮮甜,冇咸水味,讚!
