三文魚親子丼
整碗鋪滿魚籽和三文魚,好吸睛。
魚籽爆漿,鹹香甘味。
三文魚夠曬肥美,啖啖有口感。
壽司飯採用了醋飯,非常開胃。
套餐包沙律和麵豉湯。
沙律清新。
麵豉湯不過鹹,濃厚。

10/10 ! I almost never have given full points. Never. But holy, at this price point they were offering an omakase that is on par with the $2000 omakse I last had. They were also super innovative with their sushi, and all of their combinations were very impressive. 14 dishes plus miso soup plus a salad at $3xx pp. The only draw back is that you have to stand eating, but it’s probably a good thing when you are pigging out. You need that exercise.

鮨店一向比人貴價既感覺,想平食高質素壽司,食午餐就最好不過
呢間以前係立食壽司,不過而家都有安排high chair,檯上有兩款茶包,玄米/麥茶。我揀左甘香既麥茶。
我倆都點了自選壽司定食8貫($148)
用上赤醋飯味道香醇,飯粒圓潤有彈性,醋飯已經夠味所以每一件壽司都不用另外沾上醬油。
第一件必定由白身魚開始
油甘魚係每次必點既白身魚。
厚切既油甘魚肉,其魚油豐富入口鮮滑,極具彈性

深海池魚肉質爽口,
赤身魚肌色澤紅潤,肉味濃厚。
鯖魚肉質實淨帶油香,飯與魚肉中間加上香蔥添上一點芳香
帆立貝極具彈性,令人齒頰留香
穴子肉質唔似鰻魚既肥美,油分不多但口感輕盈軟滑。

三文魚子軍艦每一粒三文魚籽都漲卜卜,入口每粒魚子喺齒間爆開,口腔充滿魚油香味
辣吞拿魚軍艦大大件,幾乎一啖食唔哂,拌上辣味沙律醬,但無蓋過吞拿本身既魚香
明太子帆立貝軍艦
同樣係加左沙律醬,配上帶咸香既明太子,突顯帆立貝幼滑既鮮味
最後送上熱騰騰既味噌湯暖暖胃
Service and food quality went downhill. For example, sushi rice quality, no wasabi inside the sushi, serving the Chu toro before tuna sushi, and serving multiple pieces of sushi in one go. Chefs use to introduce each piece of sushi and have sauce already on top of the sushi ( no extra soy sauce was needed). Too bad as this was a very good restaurant with good value.

每年年尾/年頭都一定同好多朋友仔約食飯約聚會,要搵間好味又抵食嘅Sushi Omakase唔容易~
今次我同朋友仔揀咗呢間 鮨廷SushiSooshi,餐廳細細,大概只可以坐倒8位客人,座位全部係吧檯形式,俾食客欣賞壽司師傅製作菜式。
佢嘅?????? ????有三個選擇,我哋揀咗最豐富嘅《??????? ℙ??????》,套餐內包括前菜、 5款刺身、揚げ物、 5款壽司同埋湯,都只係$??? ??? ???????
落?????之後,師傅會貼心咁問一問食客,有啲乜嘢唔食先至開始製作你嘅套餐?
?首先登場嘅前菜有水母絲(海蜇)同埋汁煮東風螺? 熟咗嘅水母絲撈一撈勻醬汁,入口爽脆清新;汁煮東風螺,味道甜甜帶有微辣,好味?
之後出場嘅係5款刺身~ 食完兩個小清新嘅前菜,我嘅味蕾已經ℝ????迎接一系列嘅衝擊?
?日本宮城縣生蠔,配特製柚子醬汁+蟹子,
鮮甜肥美嘅生蠔? 肉質飽滿光澤,加上清新嘅醬汁同埋蟹子,好Match !
?左口魚他他,師傅解釋左口魚又名平目魚,撈埋有少少芥末味道嘅醬汁、芝麻、海苔碎等等,依然食得出魚嘅鮮味。
?沙甸魚卷,第一次食沙甸魚刺身,口感都唔錯。
?煙薰咗嘅大油甘魚刺身,呢個菜式上枱嘅時候絕對係打卡專用? 透明嘅半圓罩入面佈滿仙氣白煙,隱隱約約見到中間嘅主角-油甘魚刺身,好靚? 側邊嘅魚皮用柚子胡椒調味再火炙至微焦,油甘魚肥美甘甜,加上柚子胡椒味嘅衝擊,舌尖上嘅享受。
‼️天然嘅大拖羅刺身 (師傅話即係野生拖羅) 傳說中入口味蕾會爆炸嘅刺身‼️?
上面加咗魚子醬金箔,師傅提醒食嘅時候可以加少少Wasabi,但係唔好點豉油,因為魚子醬本身已經有鹹味,唔好掩蓋佢嘅鮮味?
呢粒大拖羅刺身嘅脂肪分佈好似雪花咁,入口即溶,魚油味道濃厚??? 食入口感觀真係會爆炸? 好掛住日本???

?今次我哋嘅炸物有 金鯛天婦羅(馬頭魚)同埋炸蕃薯?(蕃薯妹又食自己喇?)
金鯛天婦羅上面係濃郁嘅海膽醬~ 連魚皮都炸到香脆可口,好味到不得了。下面嘅炸麵條都可以食㗎,口感好似食緊兒時最愛嘅 媽咪麵~ 海膽醬媽咪麵你食過未??
天婦羅蕃薯,師傅教路首先要沾滿Wisky,再沾滿糖粉,沾得越多越好食? 甜甜嘅炸蕃薯配搭濃烈嘅酒味~ 醉蕃薯?果然好正?
食完揚げ物,
就嚟到今晚最後嘅高潮-壽司?
值得一提嘅係,呢度嘅壽司飯已經加咗少少鼓油同埋Wasabi,基本上唔使再另外沾點豉油已經好夠味,亦唔會掩蓋左主角嘅鮮味?
?赤貝壽司,配搭新鮮檸檬汁&柚子皮,肉質爽脆鮮甜。
?真鯛+北海道赤海膽壽司,鯛魚同海膽配合嘅味道都非常唔錯。
?炙左口魚邊壽司,呢度嘅左口魚邊比較厚身,夾起唔會散開,表面火炙完有少少溶化嘅魚油口感,但係入面依然係爽口,好好味?
?中拖羅壽司,中拖羅雖然未至於入口即化,但係油脂都唔少,口感都非常好,魚油脂味都非常濃厚?
??牡丹蝦+蝦膏醬壽司‼️ 師傅話呢個係必殺技?? 所以要最後先使出嚟?
新鮮嘅大大隻特丹蝦,上面舖滿蝦膏醬,我見到師傅響蝦膏上面再搽咗一層薄薄嘅黑醬油,原來呢個黑醬油工序非常費時,黑豉油加入蝦殼,一大煲醬油熬製7-8日或以上日子,熬成一碗仔? 再加上蝦油同其他材料,先有咁嘅味道。
呢件壽司一放入口嗰種鮮甜味,難以用文字言喻??? 食完返唔倒轉頭?
最後仲有一碗熱辣辣嘅麵豉蜆湯,為今次嘅舌尖旅程畫上完美句號⭕️
鮨廷從服務到味道再到視覺都一流,性價比非常高? 懷念鄉下(日本)嘅你一定唔可以錯過?

吃的不太自在,過程中師傅們不停在竊竊私語, 讓人不好受。
300多元一個lunch omakase , 有五件魚生、五件壽司和一份手卷。魚生部份有點驚喜。飲完湯後,還有優惠價追加壽司、手卷,而我加追加了壽司和手卷。實在很喜歡手卷,大小適中、新鮮,不錯??整體性格比算很高! …

Serious pain 1-2 hrs after having lunch here – didn’t expect that at all after all the positive reviews here (seriously clean and fresh food isn’t too much to ask when one is paying 400+ hkd for a lunch)

More restaurants now apply the term “omakase” on any sushi sets to mark a higher price, but quality is far from authentic japanese standard, very disappointing.
There are around 8 seats inside, the tattoo waiter lands bowl of soup with a “bang”. The so called omakase actually provides customer a paper to choose what sushi they want, choice is repetitive (such as salmon/shrimp..), and some needs additional top up fee. The local chefs don’t seem very serious. Shrimp is awfully fishy. The sashimi on rice is poorly cut (thin and uneven). Rice is too salty filled with soy sauce.
Cheap and excellent omakase available for lunch– all the nigiri are executed to the highest standards. Highlights include the o-toro, saltwater eel, and 油甘魚
However, despite the relative cheap price for an omakase ($38x per person before service charge), the portions are relatively stingy, with only 5 sashimi and 5 nigiri. I highly double this is enough to satisfy anyone’s appetite, even which it’s just lunch. Hence while the food is excellent, unlike other reviewers I don’t believe the price performance ratio of this place is really that good.
GREAT FIND! Had their $598 omakase lunch. Excellent quality and warm service. Price is extremely reasonable for HK. Tempura is done the proper way..light and not greasy. We will be back for dinner!
