第一次食立食壽司,成間鋪頭唔係好大,大約得12個企位,不過感覺都幾有趣,師傅係你面前即叫即整,而且每次都係放兩件喺碟,保證新鮮。
枱面有兩種茶,綠茶同焙茶。
⭐️三文魚腩壽司
食三文魚一定要食三文魚腩先正,咁先會充滿魚油香,完全兩種層次。
⭐️炙三文魚壽司
面頭有少少梅子醬,正好可以中和到魚油既膩。
⭐️炙帆立貝壽司
面頭塗左啲醬油同黑松露醬再燒,味道更濃。
⭐️炙右口魚邊壽司
人生第一次食右口魚,同左口魚邊一樣,一定要食有炙過既,咁先可以逼到油脂出嚟,做到入口即溶嘅效果,最鍾意呢種滿口魚油香既味道。
⭐️深海池魚壽司
池魚平時真係比較少食,肥美,肉厚。
⭐️蔥吞拿魚腩軍艦
普通一大舊吞拿魚我平時就好少食,但係又偏好吞拿魚蓉,因為撈埋蔥同芝麻好滋味。
⭐️明太子帆立貝沙律軍艦
將帆立貝切粒,再加埋明太子醬,超級夾。
⭐️油甘魚手卷
人生第一次食到手卷嘅紫菜係咁脆,一舊油甘魚壽司都要$25,所以覺得手卷好似抵啲,一個手卷兩片油甘魚都係$30。

Back to the basics sushi place. No avocado, no mango, only plain sushi and sashimi. Try their tuna platter. Friendly staff, and chefs with a good memory. I will definitely be back.

今日一班女友到鮨廷,太豐富的壽司,與别不同,新鮮,好味!!!
Amazing tuna here. I like their Bluefin Tuna bowls here. Roughly $330 HKD with service charge for a bowl. Fish has been fresh every time I came in. The soy sauce they use is good with sushi. Rice is good as well here but their tea is not so good and neither is their Salmon Roe. Charging port is conveniently located at the bar for charging while you eat. Stand up only here with no seating. Some times they put too much vinegar in their sushi rice (a little less vinegar in rice would be better). One last thing is that they have no avocados here. The sushi shop next door has them if you want some avocados with your sushi.
Very good sushi at a reasonable price …was pleasantly surprised. Started by the daughter of an acclaimed restauranteur who wanted a sushi solution that was high quality and did not require someone to sit for an hour – the standing sushi bar is the Millenial and. Gen Z sushi fix of choice while they charge their phones into the power sockets at the counter and socialize with their phones. The decor is simple and uncomplicated and the chefs are efficient and are used to be being ignored for social media

Great hand made sushi. The texture of the rice is just right. The seafood on top is fresh, probably flown in. IMO I think it’s better then some I’ve tasted in Ginza Tokyo. Will repeat.

An excellent stand up sushi bar, serving very fresh quality fish with some innovative sushi. A cut above your usual sushi joint. Be prepared to pay a bit more.

Amazing sushi here. All sushi here are made to order in front of you. Fish here are fresh everytime.There are a few different range of sushi here from budge salmon sushi ($9) to Hokkaido Sea Urchin Temaki ($100).
Special note here, there is no seats here, stand up only. It is very common in Japan but not so much in other country.
The staff are very helpful and nice, feel free to ask them where each fish are from.
The store is located about 5min from the Tsim Sha Tsui station. Take the B2 exit and just walk straight ahead.
They normally have lunch special so, if you are shopping near Tsim Sha Tsui, can always come to give it a go.
Highly recommended and will definitely be back very soon.
Fresh, yummy. Filled up my tummy with 250hkd. Be reminded that there is limited seats, the restaurant only can serve around 10 pp at once.

You stand and have your sushi. Once ordered, they prepare it in front of you and serve immediately. Sushi is really fresh and good!

但坐左成日Office有個藉口比你企下有咩所謂呀。
其實立食早就係日本好流行,講求快靚正,
完全迎合香港人風格。今日就同左個朋友黎到
尖沙咀核心地段既金馬倫道其中一間人氣立食店
「Sushi Sooshi」,可以企既空間唔算好大,
我諗企到10個人左右,師傅就係我地面前即叫即做。
而佢地每日都會由日本直送優質食材,確保每樣
野都新鮮。Staff會第一時間同你介紹兩款熱茶,
包括茶包同埋茶粉,各有特色,非常細心!?

▫ 三文魚正常水準,入口夠肥美,唔洗額外
點醬汁都夠鮮甜。呢款帶子配鵝肝壽司幾有驚喜,
層次多變,入口無腥味,加埋帶子刺身,
口感好爽甜。加埋鵝肝香味,黑醋就有
錦上添花既功效,非常夾!

▫ 聽Staff講佢地既壽司飯係用北海道米,
用上特製壽司醋,所以飯粒咬落口感特別好食,
呢個油甘魚不過不失,色澤剔透夠嫩滑。
除左海膽之外,大拖羅就必點咖啦,油脂豐富,
入口充滿拖羅既油香,絕對回味無窮,價錢唔算貴,
絕對可以接受,埋單都係每人HK$200左右,
就算唔食連鎖品牌,都一樣有更好既選擇呀!
真心製造,老細是黃絲,請不要再話係藍店

Sushi in good quality, and they got all u can drink sake HKD60 free flow for an hour. I didn’t try but order bottle sake.
Anyway, if u can’t stand for a long time to drink and eat, don’t come here. However, the sushi and service are in high quality.

口感比其他刺身更有咬勁 唔會有油脂香氣 為防有食客唔鍾意佢陣腥味 師傅更特意加左青檸汁癖走腥味 食落更鮮甜爽口
*金目鯛刺身
賣相呈淺粉紅色 肌理緊實 非常鮮甜 師傅亦喺刺身表面沈左啲梅子碎 令口感更有層次 跟人認為點左豉油會更好食
*右口魚肝醬卷
第一次試右口魚 以為佢同左口魚不相伯仲 原來好唔同 口感非常滑溜 味道偏淡 所以配合肝醬一齊進食就perfect
*拖羅卷
紫菜卷入面夾住左拖羅、紫蘇葉同梅醬 好有層次 但梅醬同紫蘇葉嘅味道比較強烈 稍微蓋過左魚油脂嘅甘香 同微微碳酸感~
*拖羅鮫
當日師傅送俾我地試嘅 拖羅就食過啦拖羅鮫真係第一次試!因為係燒熟左所以將啲魚油香氣迫晒出嚟 食落完全係入口即溶而且肥而不膩!
*麵豉湯
顏色偏深 飲落唔會好濃味 頗清新 唔錯唔錯~
*海膽配紫蘇葉天婦羅
天婦羅仲係暖暖地 海膽一半偏橙一半偏黃 食落好新鮮 口感奶滑 味道甘甜 一啖食晒完全唔夠喉!
*生北寄貝壽司
正常發揮 北寄貝處理手法同赤貝相若 加左青檸汁
*深海池魚壽司
深海池魚俾人稱為「王」唔係冇原因 比起其他魚厚切 肉質緊實爽口 油脂分布完美 配合柚子皮 鮮味更突出~
*火炙拖羅壽司
哩件壽司選用左蛇腹 係吞拿魚腹部嘅底端 睇落好似好多筋咁 食落卻好有驚喜 成晚鮮味最飽滿+超級多油脂嘅一舊 肥Glor最愛!
*牡丹蝦配蝦膏汁壽司
估唔到牡丹蝦都好有驚艷 師傅利用牡丹蝦濃郁嘅蝦膏做汁 成件牡丹蝦壽司放入口 口感爽口 冇霉爛口感 蝦膏甘香 突顯牡丹蝦原有嘅鮮甜肉汁!

唔駛下下都咁濃味嘅~最後以口感最滑 香而不膩口嘅壽司作結 簡直係大滿足啊~

尋找日本的味道??
上次試左一次omakase之後念念不忘,所以專登上網搵下有無其他日本餐廳可以一解思鄉之愁,上網見到哩間餐廳既評價唔錯,所以專登去尖沙咀試下。
餐廳感覺有啲似之前去大阪黑門市場既壽司店,座位呈L型,數量唔多,夜晚去食嘅話記得早啲book位,座位同樣可以見到師傅製作壽司既過程,而我最鍾意係餐桌有叉電位?
座位有玄米茶同麥菜可以選擇,而且用嚟放豉油嘅玻璃瓶好靚,點都要影返張扮斟茶既相?
餐廳嘅壽司同刺身選擇唔少,而今次我就叫左一個丼飯,另外加左幾款壽司同刺身。
?餐廳全部壽司飯都係用赤醋調味,所以米飯上面會呈現淡淡既啡紅色,酸度更柔和,味道會更香醇。
?炙三色壽司盛合(大拖羅、三文魚、右口魚邊) $88
配料有酸薑片,日本豆芽及少許Wasabi 。
三文魚經過炙燒後,有豐富既魚油香,口感嫩滑,大拖羅肉質較結實,魚味重,亦香口嫩滑,右口魚邊超好味❗️勁重魚油,以上三樣都係入口即溶,推薦??而帶子肉質較結實,新鮮好味,米飯上灑有芝麻,食落有芝麻香。

刺身係厚切,非常新鮮,而且肥美厚實,味道鮮甜。
?赤蝦壽司 $18
赤蝦大隻,肉質彈牙,已經澆上少許醬油。
?鰻魚壽司 $15
鰻魚經過炙燒,燒得香口,滲出魚油,帶有少少脆邊,一件壽司上面仲有兩件鰻魚,係划算之選??
?帆立貝壽司 $20
帆立貝係厚切,上面亦掃上自家調製既醬油,食落新鮮味甜。
?焦糖玉子 $12
玉子上放上焦糖,再炙燒,焦糖香脆,玉子有炙燒既味道,兩種食材味道非常夾,值得一試。
整體黎講,哩間餐廳既食材質素高,食物有日本既味道,值得推介。
