質素不錯，但燒物不太好吃

情人節嘅時候，
同男朋友第一次去食「千両」，
諗住「千両」嘅食材比「元氣壽司」高級啲，多樣化啲，
因為連海膽壽司都有分等級，感覺都算pro，
諗住情人節食好啲，
不過就有一個好不愉快嘅經歷。?
我地係突然間想食嘅，
所以18:30左右先去攞飛等位，
不過可能情人節嘅關係，
當日都有好多人等位，
所以我地等左一個鐘，等到19:30左右先入座。
第1個?嬲位：
唔明白點解咁遲先入座！
因為當我地入座嘅時候其實見到仲有好多迴轉枱位置
第2個?嬲位：
叫乜無乜，都仲咁慢！??♂
我地19:47先落第一個order（成功order三樣嘢食）
1. 千兩特盛壽司拼盤（$360/20件壽司）
2. 炙黑松露珍寶帶子壽司
3. 特製厚燒甜蛋（明太子）
（其實一開始我哋想order五樣嘢食，
不過無海膽、牛油果、牛舌等嘅關係，
我地乜都order唔到。?）
第3個?嬲位：
佢地上菜真係超級宇宙無敵慢！
眼見隔離左右嘅枱其實都等到燥，
所以我地都無特別出聲，
我地等左成個鐘，
食得兩樣嘢食—炙黑松露珍寶帶子壽司和特製厚燒甜蛋（明太子），
之後我地先開始第一次問店員有無漏單，
好，係無漏單嘅，
於是我地繼續等，
同叫下第二啲嘢食，
所以我地再叫多個日本松葉蟹迷你壽司飯同西京燒，
之後目擊隔離枱嘅人都等到嬲到唔等自己走咗，?
我地先再追第二次問壽司拼盤要等幾耐，個時已經係22:00，
店員話「等多段時間，五至十分鐘。」
第4個?嬲位：
等左兩個半鐘嘅壽司都仲未到！?（有相為証）
已經過左10分鐘，然後22:15，
壽司飯同西京燒都分別上枱啦，
連遲order嘅嘢食都到晒食埋，
仲要問我last order有無其他嘢加，
我話我連第一輪order嘅壽司拼盤都未見蹤影！?????
最後我地決定走啦，唔等啦，
因為唔知仲要等幾耐，好似仲要等埋佢地收工咁。
我走嘅時候仲見到我地嘅壽司拼盤係未整好，
仲差一半，
兩個半鐘都整唔到嗰20件壽司！
從來未食過一間「千両」嘅服務係咁差！

Sen-Ryo（千兩）我最喜歡的日本餐廳！
It’s as decent as any other sen-ryo. The lunch set (set B) features a nice combination of sushi, udon, and tempura, so you can eat a little of each. The tempura is always kind of oily in all the sen-ryos, but not that bad.

裡面超大冷氣。早晨正常標準，環境衛生情況有待改善。
Well, the Japanese food is average and the servers seem like zombies.
Come here for the afternoon tea on Sunday. Not crowded and the services is good.

The food served here are promising, prices are comparatively friendly if you are looking for some decent Japanese dishes. Food selection is wide, they serve sashimi, sushi, hot dishes, salad, yakitori and fried food. And most of all, they would have seasonal picks and dishes of the month which they promote as straight from Japan fish markets. Not to mention that they alao have decent Japanese sake and draught beer. Staff are ok friendly and attentive.
The restaurant is nice and clean. The staffs are very polite and friendly. The food is with their usual standard.

A real nice restaurant to eat Japanese quality food. I visited different Sen-Ryo in HK & they never disappointed me, which included their services. The al carte price seemed reasonable & acceptable.
Highly recommend guests to join their membership because they offers many discount coupons.
