朋友發現呢間比較穩秘新新地既OMAKASE想試. 見REVIEW都唔錯咁, 就去試下. 但皮膚關係, 最好唔好食生嘢, 朋友幫我預訂咗HOT OMAKASE (竟然有!). 真係第1次試熱食OMAKASE. 首先覺得酒杯好靚! 然後頭盤又係好靚 (有螢光墨魚!). 天婦羅真係超好味, 天婦羅海膽炸咗都食倒個鮮味. 蟹SET都好正, 另外竟然有龍蝦. 係充滿驚喜既一餐. 另外值得一讚既係服務, 店員都非常有善, 提供&解答食物既資訊 (朋友問得比較深入 LOL). 見到朋友既魚生流晒口水, 皮膚好番啲要嚟試..

After two months of booking in advance, we finally got a chance to try Omakase Iki! ??
The entrance of Omakase Iki was so difficult to find we had to call the restaurant for help ? There are 8 seats in a room. That’s the reason why it is difficult to book comparing to other Japanese restaurant!?
Of course, we tried 15pcs since we were very hungry on that day and we would like to take more sushi pics. All the ingredients were very fresh and decent. The whole experience took around 1.5 hours and we felt very satisfying after it. The sushi chef even ask us if we were full. He said we can order more sushi if we eat faster HAHA?
Very good deal for lunch and it’s definitely somewhere to go for a nice omakase experience if you’re at Kowloon side!??
The food and service are top notch! Have not had such great dining experience for long. My friends and I went there on April 1st – the night before the Easter and Ching Ming holidays. We certainly had an amazing night with such fresh and nice sashimi, sushi and etc. My friends and I had the Iki dinner set, and we all enjoyed it very well. We have already decided to go back again next month. Throughout the dinner, we never ran out of sake and tea. All the chef and staff are very professional and knowledgeable (in terms of knowledge of the food and sake they serve). The environment is very cozy too, and the rooms are very spacious.
The sushi is really really good! I tried lots of star sushi restaurants from Japan and hk, still considering this is a very good sushi place.
The environment is so stylish, service is good, sushi is really fresh together with a modern twist, I love it a lot! Like the toro with sea urchin , so tasty! The shrimp with liver paste sushi, yummy! And their price is very reasonable! The nine piece omakase is only $330! The 15 PCs is only $530, highly recommended! No wonder it is always full!
地方細,坐位不多,食品尚隹

Had lunch omakase with 3 friends at Omakase Iki yesterday. Made a reservation around a month in advance, as they are quite busy on the weekends. My another friend recommended this place to me as I was planning to celebrate my friend’s getting a new job. Got to say it’s the best omakase I’ve had in HK. The price is average but the food and service are really amazing. The other reviews and the food photos say it all. Definitely would dine at Omakase Iki again and recommend others to enjoy the omakase set there.
啱啱星期六同屋企人去食OMAKASE IKI, 揀咗LUNCH OMAKASE, 環境唔錯. 我哋早咗到, 喺出面好似一個天台咁既地方等陣. 入面裝修都簡單乾淨. 師傅話佢哋開咗4個幾月. 食物質素味道都好好, 魚生又新鮮, 自家製醬汁配合得好. 食食下只掛住食, 唔記得影相…同屋企人話有機會實會再嚟. 呢餐LUNCH 1個月前BOOK既, 偷聽倒經理喺出面同人BOOK梗6月中, 應該都要預早啲BOOK.整體很不錯, 推薦!

?餐廳只有兩邊bar台,提供8個座位,需提前預約。座位數量雖少,但服務員數量好多,每一個都好有禮貌,服務周全細緻得黎唔會有壓逼感,整個用餐過程感覺好舒服自在??
?餐廳內有兩位廚師主理,佢地經驗豐富,製作用心,仲會同客人傾計,了解客人口味,再customize both醬油&食物比客人,非常細心??
??♀️Omakase (Lunch) $880
整個set包括多項前菜,1項炸物,10貫壽司(1貫自選),1碗湯同1個甜品。因為廚師會嚴選日本唔同地區出產嘅季節時令食材製作,所以冇固定食材架?
前菜酸酸甜甜,清新得黎好開胃,最大驚喜係粒清酒煮番茄仔,一咬落去啲清酒味出曬黎?另外隻生蠔既大隻又肥美,食落淡淡肉,甜甜地之如唔會腥?海膽甜蝦亦都好鮮甜好creamy?
然後出場嘅係天婦羅炸物,外皮香酥鬆脆,沾鹽+檸檬汁食已經夠味,唔需要再另沾壽司醬油?
接著係主角嘅出場,全部壽司不論係握壽司,卷壽司定軍艦卷,塗上嘅醬汁雖濃,但鹹度恰到好處,啱曬我呢啲重口味嘅人?材料非常新鮮,每一款嘅魚味都非常濃郁,睇住師傅手持長刀係我地面前盡顯刀工切魚生,真係好有型呀?印象最深刻嘅係拖羅三文治,一塊脆卜卜嘅紫菜夾住塊中拖羅+大拖羅+炙燒拖羅,入口即溶,油脂感同外脆內軟嘅口感爆分?其次嘅係魚味超濃嘅鯖魚,入口即溶嘅左口魚同超鮮甜飽滿嘅海膽軍艦卷,非常滿足!!
最後係湯同甜品。湯嘅材料非常豐富,有蝦,蛋,秀珍菇等,非常入味?至於甜品係甜到入心嘅日本哈密瓜?好食到想瘋狂encore?
整體而言,壽司份量偏多,配搭十分充足,呢個價錢,坐係呢個環境下,食到呢個質素嘅食物,真係物有所值!此外,值得一提嘅係,每位廚師只會對2-4個客人,從而確保上菜速度,食物質素,同可以認真照顧到每一位客人嘅需要??????

這食店位置絕對不好找
在港鐵尖沙咀尖東P3站出口步出後,仍要走八至十分鐘才到達??♀️??♀️
而且食店位於小巷的商業大廈中,要花費時間才能找上
食店跟其他一般食omakase日本料理的店舖裝潢相似

最近工作忙碌疲憊,因而便獎勵自己午間時間與男朋友去吃頓好料以放鬆身心。
餐廳內部設計重點以木系、植物、日式掛布為主,整體裝潢皆走簡約路線,但同時亦不失高雅大氣的感覺。
進入店舖後率先看見位處左、右兩方的廚師發板空間,另外還特別貼心地設有私人房間,可提供於喜歡私隱度高的顧客們使用。而除了室內位置外,餐廳還設置有天台的花園平台可供客人放鬆,著實是用心的設計。
餐廳午膳的特性是將前一晚保留的食材再次運用製作予顧客食用,因而價格會較為經濟實惠,只需要 $880 便已即可享用我們當日的廚師發板套餐,而其新鮮程度雖然算不上是最為頂級,但味道質素仍是相當優質。
水雲醋物 磯煮花螺 梅酒番茄
前菜用上木架盛載,並加入幻彩花紙、葉子作點綴,令賣相呈現出矜貴的日式風味。
位於右上角的水雲醋物也就是海髮菜混合土佐醋,食用時入口即化,鮮美帶酸。
右下角的磯煮花螺特意使用牙籤串起,讓客人食用時只需把肉質拉出即可享用,是相當貼心的服務。口感煙韌鹹香,彈牙爽嫩。
左方的梅酒番茄顧名思義是使用梅酒浸製的蕃茄,入口汁豐酸甜,並帶有淡淡梅香。
富山灣白蝦 地金目鯛 鮫鰈魚裙邊 青檸啫喱
這款菜餚從左方開始分別是富山灣白蝦,其頂部配搭有馬糞海膽、山葵同食,口感鮮甜即化,爽滑微辛。
其後是燒灼過魚皮的地金目鯛,並配以紫蘇花食用,口感刺少肥美,柔軟清淡,甘香獨特。
而中間前方的鮫鰈魚裙邊是包裹上紫菜醬後,再燒製並塗抹上醬油而成,入口鮮香細嫩,緊實滑溜。
最後的青檸啫喱是自家製作的,其清香帶酸的味道甚是解膩。
岩手縣米崎真蠔
出產自岩手縣的米崎真蠔每隻皆飼養時間超過兩年,特色是肥大肉厚,為眾多日本蠔中最為爽身之一,將其配以土佐醋啫喱、紫蘇花食用,味道爽滑濃郁,獨特帶酸,並伴隨有陣陣海水氣味。
赤身 中拖羅 大拖羅
三款吞拿魚肉質均是已熟成一星期的,為的是可以達致存放更久,並令魚味更加濃郁出眾。赤身入口鮮嫩香濃,而中拖羅甘香鮮味,最後大拖羅則是魚香即化,能於一道菜餚中品嚐不同的味道層次,絕對是吞拿魚愛好者的必嚐菜式。
鮟鱇魚肝
由於此時的鮟鱇魚肝並不是屬於當做旺季,因而肉質相對較瘦,但亦絲毫不影響其味道。配搭上蘿蔔漬食用,整體口感結實帶爽,滑溜綿密。
A4和牛
A4和牛表層經過輕微燒灼,因而入口外層微焦甘香,而內裏的微生狀態則是鮮嫩帶汁,再配搭上香脆的意大利黃瓜、青瓜、無心蒜片食用,令層次甚是豐富。
北海道帆立貝壽司
師傅把帆立貝從中間對半切開並保留根部,隨後再包裹上醋飯,和塗沒上醬油調味,入口嫩爽帶甜,鮮味十足。
赤貝壽司
把拍打後的赤貝配搭壽司飯食用,口感清甜爽脆,並且毫無血腥氣味。
天草市石垣鯛
來自日本天草市的石垣鯛是屬白身魚的一種,將其配搭上醬油、酸汁蘿蔔、醋飯同食,口感彈滑柔韌,清脆甘甜。
北海道馬糞海膽壽司
用紫菜把醋飯包裹後再疊放上馬糞海膽製成壽司,味道鮮甜即化,並帶有微微的獨特腥香。
赤鯥壽司
赤鯥是日本的極品魚種,將其簡單配搭醋飯食用,入口鮮甜無比,細嫩油香。
地金目鯛壽司
經過燒灼的時令赤鯥肉質已溢出魚油,且魚皮微焦,配以醋飯入口肥美甘香,鮮嫩細膩。
吞拿魚蓉手卷
選用紫菜包裹上吞拿魚蓉,以防止散落方便食用,口感幼細香滑,軟綿油香,鮮甜即化。
麵豉湯
使用杯子盛載的麵豉湯賣相特別,飲用時味道鹹香濃郁,鮮味十足。
赤肉蜜瓜
果肉橙黃的赤肉蜜瓜皮薄肉多,食用口感細緻嫩滑,清甜多汁,果香馥郁,讓人吃後齒頰留香。
檸檬雪皅
作為飯後甜品的檸檬雪皅冰涼透心,味道酸香清新,綿密即化,且有陣陣出眾的檸檬氣味。
總結而言,店舖環境簡約舒適,菜餚優質味美,賣相精緻,價錢更是經濟合理,是一所高性價比的日本菜餐廳。

Having tried Omakase in different countries, I was blown away with the freshness and variety of the food offered at this establishment! It was my wife and my first omaskase experience in Hong Kong and we’ll surely come back again!
