Sushi Tokami

For ~$1400ish, the quality of sushi was very good. Medium saltiness and acidity of shari, tuna (137kg from Hokkaido) was sourced from Yamayuki which never disappoints.

Sushi Tokami – This is my favorite sushi ? restaurant. I visit every time to go back to Hong Kong. This is the best sushi place I ever have. All the fish ? captured in the early morning from Japan ?? and delivered to the store by the afternoon of the same day. Therefore, everything is super fresh. They only use onsen water from Kagoshima for all the dishes you can try and see if you can feel the difference ?. Services are very good, they can speak Japanese, English, and Cantonese and they can answer all the questions you ask about the sushi ? they have. Their seats are very limited so please remember make reservation before you go. When you finished and leave the restaurant, the sushi chef ?‍? and the server will walk you to the door and say goodbye to you. This restaurant I super recommend ??.
