Food and service are ok. Soy sauce brush and the wooden spoon are kinda useless.

First visit on a Friday early dinner hours. Unlike the more popular 回転すしchain restaurants like Sushi Hiro, Ganko is a more traditional format and priced as such. You won’t see conveyer belts and your server will pour you tea. Sushi was served on a proper dish rather than plastic dishes. The Ganko quality reflects that especially on the rice which is slightly warm and didn’t shape with a robot. Having said that, this may not be sufficient to differentiate Ganko from sushi hiro especially for the mass market.
Worth a try with your special someone.
在大阪食過一次, 印象中是平價迴轉壽司, 香港店就乾淨企理, 所選用的食具都比較高級。
海鮮丼定食 $228, 魚生片新鮮, 醋飯酸味適中, 但以這個價錢, 在尖沙咀區有更好選擇。

食物質素不錯，只是有位服務員（身形較為肥胖那位）身體發出強烈的體味，是臭狐的味道，體驗真的不太好

The tuna sashimi was alright, the portion is quite small given they charge over $250 for the set (inclusive of 10% service fee). The interior design is quite nice, rather spacious seats. The service isn’t too good though, the waiter that served our table spoke at a really fast pace and was a bit impolite, even though he only had one other table to serve.
