Amazing tuna, be prepared to wait because this place is pretty small and very popular and for good reason! The tuna is fresh and portions are generous for the price so I would say it’s worth the wait! I recommend the bluefin tuna steak and the minced fatty tuna ! Very legit place

蔥吞拿魚腩碎蛋丼套餐好好食,吞拿魚腩食到魚油香,蔥花同吞拿魚腩好夾,連埋個蛋真係好好送飯。
雜錦天婦羅,天婦羅蝦好新鮮,有蝦味。但其他既雜菜天婦羅好一般,無蔬菜甜味。建議可以淨係叫蝦天婦羅就ok。
鹽燒三文魚胶,魚皮燒到好香脆,但魚肉唔算太滑,我覺得叫油甘魚胶會更好食。
叫左個tomato sour,好濃既蕃茄味,幾甜幾好飲。可以試下。
整體黎講,係香港少數好食既定食屋,如果大家想食魚生飯可以試呢間,唔會點樣伏
食物品質大不如前,已不是從前般的高質素日本料理

睽違十年,仍然保持水準,十年價格如一十分難得。
一定!一定!一定要加錢轉蜆湯,3粒蜆味濃肉滑又彈牙(雖然湯偏鹹)。
一定會再次成為飯堂,加油。
魚刺身較新鮮,蝦刺身稍遜色,清酒煮蜆一般,三文魚魚鮫不錯。
好食,份量多, 服務態度好
We were visiting from Vancouver and we still dream of the meal we had at Doraya. It was the absolute best donburi I’ve ever had.
Understanding that North American style sushi is all about elaborate and non-traditional rolls crudely lathered in sauces, we wanted a meal that was authentically Japanese; a simple meal with high quality fish as the main focus.
We definitely got what we were looking for, and the taste was beyond our expectations. The way the mouthwatering fat from the O-toro melts into every bite of rice. The way the minced bluefin tuna perfectly mixes with the rice in your mouth. It was such an explosion of happiness in my mouth that I felt compelled to write this review 2 months after our visit.
I got the Tuna Quartet (4 kinds: O-toro, seared O-toro, minced bluefin tuna, and regular bluefin tuna) and my wife got the Tuna Duo (2 kinds: O-toro and minced bluefin). In my opinion, if you’re getting a don, go for the O-toro/Minced Tuna Combo. What makes a Don great is how well the topping blends with the rice. The beautiful slices of O-toro simply melt and the minced tuna is mechanically engineered for greatness. The regular bluefin tuna cut is too stiff to be enjoyed on rice in the same fashion, and is better off eaten as sashimi as you can enjoy its texture and flavour better that way. On paper you might think the seared O-toro would melt even better, but O-toro is so fatty with a low melting point that searing it only reduced the fat content in the fish, making it stiffer and somehow less flavourful. I imagine a seared O-toro nigiri eaten immediately would achieve the right effect, but on a donburi the fish needs to maintain its integrity for longer making the searing ineffective.
We also ordered sashimi with Hamachi, Salmon, and more bluefin tuna. We wanted to try salmon on the other side of the pacific and it was okay… we’re spoiled with Vancouver salmon which was better imo. Hamachi was very fragrant and fatty, and would probably also be wonderful on rice. The block of bluefin tuna was delicious, thick, and firm and I think this is the best way to enjoy this cut of the tuna.
Price was higher but not unaffordable and well worth the money.
This is the longest and most heartfelt review I’ve ever written, not only about the restaurant but on the nature of the food in general. 叫左佢個藍鰭吞拿魚扒定食,加左$30加大份量,食落啖啖肉,又夠味;一個定食加埋加大份量,大約每個$180。我地除左叫左2個定食之外,仲叫左5件炸雞同雜錦天婦羅;都炸得唔錯。夾埋埋單人均$271。
第一次嚟到就係試佢既丼飯啦,但係嚟到見到魚蓉有少少灰色,真係有點失望,但味道算唔錯,好在沙律菜還新鮮·
感覺已失去了當年的味覺沖擊,現只算是一般。唯價位尚算抵食,長期等位,環境舒適。

其實中腩油膩感已經足夠 仲會食到魚本身既鮮味 ?

長期飯堂,水準穩定價錢又抵,魚生好新鮮又厚切,成日留意有乜時令野,永無失望!
今天是第三次來到這間店,還記得第一次朋友介紹的時候吃到真的是驚為天人,第二次是請朋友吃這間店,第三次這一次終於知道他的大拖羅刺身,彷彿進到了另外一個世界,以前吃爭鮮的時候覺得,拖羅沒有很好吃啊,直到今天,入口即化,大拖羅的油脂在嘴中化開,是淡香濃而不膩,和三文魚的油脂相比,三文魚的油脂略顯突出,會破壞整口的和諧,也會搶過本身三文魚的風采。
今天我發現了一個很不錯的吃法,就是點一個108的Doraya午市定食配上228的大拖羅刺身,既能享受到大拖羅的高級感,又能品味炸雞炸生蠔以及三點刺身盛的組合,值得一試!
In general, the foods are great. We ordered clams, chicken wings and of course 2 sets of sashimi rice, rice wine, whiskey soda, around hkd 300 per person at the end. Check out the photos for details.

性價比相當高,食品質素味道不差,壽司刺身質素新鮮,食店環境比銅鑼灣更好,妹妹仔服務態度良好!咁嘅價錢有咁嘅食物質素,仲想點先?食得過!
點零鐘去Lunch等左10分鐘左右可以入座。
叫set lunch,有沙律,吞拿魚刺身飯連蕎麥麵。
另外加多份油甘魚刺身。
魚翻方面咁多年黎水準無咩點變,keep到唔錯,醋飯方面都正常發揮,茶碗蒸我個份唔係好夠熱,味道係正常既。
蕎麥麵則基本貨式,但好彩無淋到一點。
沙律的話基本唔使食…. 除非好想食菜既話。
埋單百零蚊,係尖沙咀黎講算係咁。
魚肉新鮮。魚鮫燒得很好無腥味。
