鐵板燒價錢合理，配頂級食材，一流！
我去吃午飯了。我得到了一個三色碗，但它們的味道都很一般。只有數量。不值 $330HKD=每人 ¥4,800JPY。兩顆星，因為只有服務好。

Very good Japanese food
Ok, not exactly like in Tokyo but I enjoyed and it is a nice place for any kind of dinner where you want to look good.
Become worst on good quality and services, the photo shown is the replacement of tempura dish. It because the prawn in first come is bad taste and not fresh. When this dish come, it also same bad taste . I refund finally. I wonder it happened in this famous restaurant. Also, I ask the sauces for tempura , the waitress tell me “there is no sauce for tempura, just eat it at raw” ?。

This restaurant has been in Hong Kong for a while but it’s my first time trying it. Feels very authentic. It’s not your typical fancy Japanese food but everything is very good. The chef and the manager in the restaurant are both Japanese. The service is very good as expected. We had the foie gras and scallops roll (HKD 180), sea urchin fried rice (HKD 300), and the grilled eel (HKD 350). Everything was great! Luckily we had some food coupons from shopping at Harbor City a few days ago so we only had to pay a total of HKD 500ish.

除了天婦蘿，茶碗蒸和鰻魚飯比較普通或遜色，整體這個便當很滿意，前菜，刺身，壽司，魚和水果都很不錯。另外套餐換了沖繩的烏冬，有驚喜，表面粗糙但整體滑溜，麵香十足。飯後的蘋果茶也好好喝，清香撲鼻。
In addition to tempura, steamed tea bowl and eel rice are more common or inferior, the overall lunch is very satisfactory, appetizer, sashimi, sushi, fish and fruit are very good. In addition, the package changed to Okinawa’s udon. There are surprises. The surface is rough but the whole is slippery and full of fragrance. The apple tea after the meal is also delicious, and the fragrance is tangy.

Nice food, but very difficult to get window seats.
The service is good- I guess it is because of the current social climate. However I must say it wasn’t bad at all before.
Dishes are up to standard. Sushis and Sashimis are tasty. The steamed egg is good as ever. The crab congee is a all time favourite.
Good spacious seating, bright day light from outside, decent service. A wide selection of Japanese food, hot pot, metal plate grill, bbq grill skewers, sushi, sashimi and sashimi rice bowl.
Pricing slightly on the high side for being a restaurant attached to the Marco polo hotel.
Lunch sets range from $380 to $800 before service charges, good portions for an average customer.

We have sushi sets for lunch. Tasty and reasonable price. Only thing missed here is the atmosphere of Japanese restaurant or other cozy restaurant
My brother bought my lunch and it’s was rather expensive. Good service and the beef is tender. Too much MSG though may be the chef lacks convection.
服務也可以維持一貫水準，但午市套餐已不復當年，壽司飯又凍又硬，Tempura皮林多油，雪魚和水果還可以。我朋友叫左12件自選壽司，D飯一樣咁差！如果因為用左Food coupon, 就將價就貨，這又何苦呢！請監控一下食物質數！

一間傳統嘅日本料理，啱啱過咗午飯時間， 1:30去到，唔使等位，仲咁啱可以坐到窗口位，裝修比較古舊，望到停車場仲有柔柔的陽光
叫咗10件壽司定食，除咗滿滿嗰10件壽司，雖然有少少一般，件件都唔係太特別，勝在新鮮，仲有個海膽蒸雞蛋，簡直就冇得頂，海膽味濃郁，配埋滑滑嘅蒸蛋，兩個醃菜，一個係醋魚另一個係辣魚，兩款都好好味，超開胃，一個生果，蜜瓜超甜，同埋一個蒸豆，仲加倍一個麵豉湯，同埋一碗烏冬
另外係好肉口前燒牛配韓國燒鮑魚，個鮑魚夠大隻非常彈牙，牛肉就一般啦，可能比較熟，好彩有脆蒜片，夾埋一齊食，配埋燒汁好味
另外仲有一個濃湯主菜，一般啲味道怪怪地
一樣，有麵豉湯，烏冬，一碗白飯，配個沙律菜
好彩有優惠券，差唔多有半價優惠，如果下次食，一定要睇清楚個價錢，就會再抵食啲

天婦羅好食，蝦好新鮮，好薄嘅炸漿，刺身全部都好鮮甜，一個定食滿足晒為食嘅我。燒牛肉，熟度剛剛好，日本京燒鱈魚被我秒清了。
炸豬扒定食$250
朋友點的炸豬扒，炸得出色，豬扒厚而鬆脆，實屬高質。
好滿足好飽的午餐，食完午餐再去繼續行街，完美的一天。
為好友慶祝生日，特別揀了一個較高級的餐廳食晚飯，這裡坐得舒適又有維港夜景，晚飯不會設時限，是與良朋知己食飯談天或慶祝特別日子的好地方。
看一看餐牌後發現單點食物確實有點貴，所以就每人點了一個定食。
定食有3個選擇 : 西村壽司膳、鰻御膳和天婦羅御膳。
我們點了壽司膳和天婦羅御膳、另外再單點了銀雪魚西京燒。
定食的份量多得驚人，壽司膳有前菜3品，刺身3款，鮑魚刺身幾特別，平時很少機會食到，吞拿魚腩入口即溶；主菜壽司6件，全部高質，還有細份天婦羅、燒銀雪魚、日式蒸蛋和味噌湯。
天婦羅御膳則有前菜3品、刺身3款、天婦羅、日式蒸蛋、白飯和味噌湯。天婦羅一共有3隻大蝦，粉漿薄而脆，蝦肉很新鮮。
相差$180 的價錢，個人認為壽司膳會較豐富，食物種類亦較多。
享用過這2份定食，再加上單點的銀雪魚西京燒後，我和朋友都吃到十二分飽，十分滿足呢!

多年老店, 位置非常方便, 海運大廈露天停車場酒店出口一出就到。 午市套餐, 自選寿司定食12貫 $480, 朋友選了西村特選魚生飯定食 $520。 先上碗烏冬麵, 鏗魚湯底, 細細碗要來濕吓口。 再上湯及茶碗蒸, 有蝦頭的麵豉湯, 既可物盡其用, 又可增添風味。
自選寿司, 都係一般常見品種, 點了: 大、中吞拿魚腩, 赤身, 油金魚, 伊佐木, 金目鯛, 立魚, 甜蝦, 帶子, 海膽, 八爪魚 及 鉄火卷。 寿司飯帶微温, 有淡淡醋香, 手握力度剛好, 唔會死死實實。 全部魚都新鮮, 油甘魚夠油潤, Otoro 都會入口溶化, 質素平均, 無邊件特別突出件。
特選魚生飯, 睇落非常豐富, 朋友都贊新鮮好食。

嚴重忽視衛生意識，尤其在此疫症期間！
作為一間鐵板燒餐廳，鐵板燒工作枱，係廚師嘅表現舞台，此行為絕對沒有尊重製作日式食物嘅專業！沒有尊重客人！沒有尊重食物！沒有尊重廚師自己嘅專業！
個人來講對呢間日式餐廳非常之失望?

價格合理，食物新鮮。
This restaurant is located inside hotel, the environment is rather comfortable and quiet.
We tried the signature don rice $520and the self selected sushi 12 PCs $480
Both taste quite good. The sashimi are of high quality, quite fresh and delicious. The UNi is really sweet and the toro is melting into the mouth, and the acidity of the rice is just right.
The sushi is nicely made and all of them are very tasty, very fresh. It is served at room temperature not too cold, and rice is loose and firm.
味道不錯? 環境也好

好好食的一餐,環境舒服、景觀一流,值得一贊,只是價錢稍貴一點,總括而言還是值得推薦
食物水準唔錯，但入面有啲殘舊感覺。
最大問題係服務水準，完全唔似去咗高級日本料理，感覺同和民差唔多，叫極都無人。。。果然係同其他廣東道嘅餐廳大同一個通病，就係Serve慣大陸遊客，已經唔記得乜野係service啦！
The set meal is unforgettable.The colorful set meal is very rich and increases my appetite. The sashimi are fresh, and each piece of sushi is exquisite.
The stream egg is added with sea urchin, so that the steamed egg is full of sea urchin flavor. The honeydew melon is fresh and sweet, and I will definitely come again.
The waitress at reception was unwilling to respond or even look at their customers despite not being on the phone or occupied with anything else. After kindly asking several times if there were seats available, the waitress finally decided to respond rudely, and obviously without making any eye contact.
Im guessing the food must be amazing since the restaurant was full, but any sane customer that walked in would have been extremely turned off by her manners.
