稻乙係寶勒巷相當容易搵到,電梯上2樓就到。驟眼看店內既枱唔多,有2間房,幾張枱,一排卡位同埋bar枱。老闆兼經理服務超好,見我地十五十六,就介紹我地食特上刺身盛另加其他自選食品,會比Omakase更抵食。咁喜歡食刺身既我地當然好啦!
刺身盛好正,貝類爽甜,蝦新鮮唔黏口(蝦頭更甜),魚鮮,海膽鮮甜,吞拿魚腩肥美鮮甜。另加左枝豆、日本真蠔(大大隻,幾甜,無海水味,有少少汁同蔥係面)、芝麻雞翼(炸得非常香口,嫩滑)、天婦羅盛(皮脆,蔬菜鮮甜)、魚湯烏冬(魚湯白滑順口)、燒活鰻魚(油多,香味留係口中),另送左生粟米(甜,有點似生馬蹄)同埋柚子雪芭(解膩開胃)! 其實比起廚師發辦,自己點可能更岩口味。有機會會再去!

太太生日飯就選左“稻乙”,感受到出品用心有誠意,而且食材每日由日本或各地飛到,再經由大廚一雙魔術之手調合,服務態度及笑容更勝好多餐廳,我地真幸運原來傾左好耐的服務員就係呢度老闆之一(被我識破?) …. 就此食得滿足又窩心的一晚,真係要好多謝“稻乙日本料理”? …
Food was good, but they really need to think about the smoking issue. We made reservation a few days prior to the date and arrived early that day, we were advised to sit near the entrance and sharing a table with another couples. We were told that that’s the only table available (I actually highly doubted it). That’s ok, but the cigarette smoke from outside of the restaurant really frustrated us the whole time while we are eating, and all they said was they could do nothing about it. With restaurants at this price range, I can only say it’s an unpleasant dining experience.

午市正推廣做八折,更吸引去食。
上菜次序有點亂,也有點做不及的情況, 先來個麵豉湯,味道不錯,不會過咸,豆腐和昆布也足夠吃到最後。
主食,試了 北海道雜錦飯 和 雜錦魚生飯, 價錢差二十元,分別也不少。簡單來說就是,北海道雜錦飯物值高。海膽一整塊,新鮮結實,入口甜美,無乜海水味沖淡那澎湃的鮮甜,夠厚夠大塊,一流。蝦,2隻,新鮮,沒有粘口感,但溫度冷一點會好些,吃下感覺不夠爽口快感,溫度令蝦本身少了蝦味。蟹膏和蟹肉絲也是美味可口,蟹膏肥美多了份鹹香。其餘三文魚,比較切得大塊,追求口感的會略嫌大塊了,但肥肉比例均勻。飯也不是只有紫菜,還伴了漬過的香菇碎,令成件事豐富不單調。
蒸蛋,夠滑,有蛋香之餘有夾雜雞粒帶出的雞油香。
結論,即使無八折,如果日後佢能保持呢個質素,無疑係超值而且好味的。
唯獨午市人不少,人手有點不足,長型格局,幸好每枱位已有呼叫的按鈕,方便客人和侍應。
整體都唔差,另一次去食係鰻魚飯唔好,反正就係食左一半無再食落去。
今次黎到公司附近位於寶勒巷既稻乙覓食,餐牌有散點,仲有omakase,價錢以omakase 黎講唔貴~ 我地點左稻乙套餐,店員介紹今期會用初春做主題~ 先黎和風櫻鯛薄切 櫻鯛魚即係真鯛,因其身如櫻花般粉紅色,櫻花季節又正值產卵期,故此有呢個別名~ 配上酸醋醬汁蘿蔔泥,卷埋入口帶蔥香又微辣。薄切肉質幼細,彈牙爽口,味道清甜。
大大隻既北海道真蠔,肉厚爽口,餘韻鮮味細膩。 金屬、海水味唔重,更突顯真蠔既鮮甜~ 刺身都試到d特別野~
初嘗即開既活鳥貝刺身,爽彈清甜,味道如果要形容,我覺得有一絲鮮海底椰既甜。
平時食煎銀鱈魚多,原來火炙過既銀鱈魚係更滑溜,魚油豐富甘香~
厚切既深海池魚,肉質細緻爽口帶油分,味道肥美~
天婦羅就好有驚喜啦~ 用左原條針魚做天婦羅,薄薄既炸漿包住針魚,針魚本身味道偏淡,但又不失鮮味~
磯燒過既新鮮鮑魚,入口有味醂甜甜地既味道~肉質柔嫩彈牙有嚼勁,好鮮嫩~
牛肋肉串帶油花肉質細嫩,燒香更突出肉汁既味道。 一串2件既燒活鰻,時間掌握得好好~皮香肉嫩肥美,外脆內軟。
白蝦蟹膏壽司 晶瑩通透既富山灣白蝦,唔好睇佢細細隻,鮮甜度相當高,三層多既白蝦一啖入口,上面濃郁既蟹膏更提升海洋既鹹鮮味~整體口感爽彈
不錯??建議擴充營業 …
Very friendly staff and the food is really good. Can be just a little bit pricy and the restaurant can be fully booked sometimes
前菜沙律,可以再乾身D,食完個碗有水剩,比較小遇到。其他食物不是差,但份量感覺偏小,同樣價錢附近有其他選擇。
This is a small store so it can get busy very quickly since there is only space for one chef to make all the sushi.
Good sushi. Packaged wasabi but it’s not horseradish, so it’s likely real stuff. Staff were ok considering situation.
Unfortunately they ran out of certain ingredients, which I completely understand. They had a full private room.
Had lunch here for a couple of times, there are lots of food choice whether it raw or cooked dishes and their prices are very reasonable. There sashimi & sushi is very fresh in quality. Not to miss is their fish soup udon which is warm and hearty!

近期開了不少的Omakase全由廚師發辦,因為可以吃到最時令的食材嘛。
來到稻乙只需要跟店員說明有什麼不吃的便可, 店員記錄後會交給廚師看著發辦。
餐廳設有獨立房間、卡位、方形桌子及吧枱,迎合不同人士的需要。
吧枱可清楚看到師傅精湛的刀工。
他們更很貼心的設有小鐘按鈕,如有需要可按下,便有店員來到為你服務。
日本粟米
日本白粟米平常比較少看到,吃起上來味道清甜,粟米粒粒飽滿多汁,真的要小心吃,一不小心便會把汁彈到別人身上。
特上刺身拼盤 – $788
特上刺身拼盤中有8款刺身,款款新鮮且厚切。店員更提醒我們要由淡味食至濃味。
石垣貝肉質鮮甜,厚肉彈牙。
北海道鮮帶子肉質鮮甜,豐厚富彈性。
赤牡丹蝦黏口,蝦味濃郁而甘甜。
鮫鰈魚爽脆、魚邊緊實有嚼勁,添上香蔥更能帶出其鮮味。
北海道海膽十分鮮味,海膽味濃郁,口感豐腴,入口即溶。
火炙銀雪魚,經火炙後把入口特別嫩滑,口感彈滑,份外好味。
深海池魚王肉質細嫩,入口清新、鮮甜、質感爽脆,比平常吃到的池魚更鮮味。
大拖羅入口即溶,滿口油香、而油香在口中濃得久久不散。
濱燒北寄貝
以清酒活煮北寄貝,吃起來爽口彈牙,鮮甜無比,鮮味大爆發。
鹽燒海活鰻
鰻魚烤得焦香,肉質嫩滑,口感細膩甘香,油香無比。
大婦羅盛合炸至金黃色,入口鬆脆,但一點都不會感得油膩,油溫度/時間控制得非常好,難怪食到唔停得口。
一打開便聞到陣陣的魚湯香味,而且其奶白色的情度可想而知,真的落足料,貨真價實,香滑濃厚,
入口鮮甜,鮮味令人欲罷不能。
綠茶味雪糕口感幼滑,不會出現太甜的情況,滲透著香醇濃厚綠茶味,回甘後勁很強,味道跟直接食綠茶粉差不多。
Very fresh sashimi. The fish soup was also great. Skewers were OK not stunning.

呈奶白色澤嘅魚湯,不但魚鮮味十足而且還營養豐富呢,

綠茶的輕微苦澀而甘香,雪糕質地柔滑~

First visit with two Omakase set and some side orders. We ordered some toro and oyster after tasted during the set menu. Tempura was great, the fish soup was amazing. We had some great time. The wittress gave us a complimetary refill of our draft beer which made us happy. A happy dinning time.
Good food and reasonable price. Will go again definitely.

白色粟米真的很少見,不用煮熟,直接食用。味道清甜,粟米顆顆飽滿且粟米汁豐富。吃的時候要小心,咬下去時粟米汁很容易噴出來。

時令魚生,款款新鮮厚切,令人垂涎。店員提醒按味道淡至濃開始品嚐。

蝦肉較黏口,甘甜濃郁,餘味悠長。

顏色偏白,大拖羅脂肪分佈如雪花,吃得滿口甘香。
濱燒北寄貝
清酒煮活北寄貝,嚐到淡淡的清酒味道,肉質飽滿肥美,有口感。
鹽燒海活鰻
鰻魚燒得金黃焦香,香脆可口。肉質肥美綿滑,鬆軟爽彈,口感細膩甘香,味道豐腴,美味無比。
一打開蓋,魚湯即冒出熱呼呼的白煙,奶白色的魚湯熱騰騰,香氣誘人,鮮味十足,美味至極。
芝麻雪糕呈炭黑色,口感幼滑,不會太甜,滲透著香醇濃厚芝麻味,像食芝麻糊一樣。
Service is good – we were greeted politely and the waiter and waitresses explained the omakase in details.
The omakase started with Hokkaido greenhouse raw corn – very sweet and juicy! One of the best corn I have ever tried.
Followed by this ginormous oyster – dressed with yuzu juice and lime, as big as the size of half of my palm
Grilled freshly eel – it is not common to enjoy fresh eel in Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong. This fresh eel is thick, pleasantly firm, seared skin that is slightly burned, while maintaining an inside that is juicy and plump, adding it a rich flavor and aroma by its sauce
Assorted sashimi – we were presented with Penshell Clam/平貝/ Tairagi and Turbot/鰈魚/Karei. Penshell clam is a clam that resembles scallops, but is oblong and larger. It is particularly delicious as sashimi or salt-grilled and is very similar to scallops, although distinctly different in shape. Turbot is crisp in texture but its seared version is heavenly delicious – the lovely grease from the turbot is spread evenly on its surface.
Stir-fried scallop with mushroom – this stir-fried is bursting with flavor – freshness and sweetness from scallop and the earthiness of the mushroom are perfect combination
Grilled Wagyu skirt steak – very juicy, thick sliced of wagyu filled that is medium-rare. It is tender and flavorful
Deep-fried white shrimp – crispy and easy dish to paired with an Orion beer, funny how it was not served as an appetizer
Udon in fish soup – the delicious white broth is cooked for hours with loads of fish to make a thick, sweet broth. Perfect finish to our meal

最近迷上omakase,鍾意咗用錢解決食飯諗食咩嘅問題,今次試嘅係尖沙嘴嘅餐廳。
真蠔 望落漲卜卜,味道鮮甜,而且肉厚,配上香蔥蘿蔔蓉提鮮,好正。
針魚乾 針魚刺身就食過,針魚乾真係第一次,刺身咁食好淡味,估唔到整做魚乾後,更添魚香。
刺身 有平貝同鮫鰈魚,平貝同帆立貝個樣都幾似吓,但係肉質好大分別,帆立貝係肥騰騰嘅,而平貝就係肌肉型嘅,肉質實淨。鮫鰈魚薄切,點上酸汁後食落好清爽。
燒活鰻 新鮮嘅鰻魚唔駛蒲燒,就咁簡簡單單地燒已經好好食,呢到真係做到皮脆肉嫩,唔點醬汁咁食仲可品嘗到魚本身嘅美味。
黑豚肉西京燒 呢個就比較普通,豚肉燒得乾身,同埋食唔出平時西京燒嗰份甜甜哋嘅味。
炸物 有天婦羅同蟹仔,天婦羅炸粉唔厚,唔錯。
魚湯烏冬 烏冬彈牙,魚湯濃郁。
綠茶雪糕 甘香幼滑,作為結尾一流。

Very good food. Especially the fish udon and the mushroom.
食物好新鮮
Was turned off at first by the interior (we had one of the four cubicles) and the relatively high prices on the menu. However the food quality was surprisingly high, especially the sushi set had very generous portions on the seafood pieces, and everything was very fresh. They also offered an amuse bouche which was unique for places like this. Most of all, the service attitude was remarkably good. They are very attentive which is really outstanding in HK where Cantonese waiters are always “black mouth black face”. I would come back again. Well done!!
Sashimi-wise, it is fresh, yet there are not many varieties. The other cooked food is decent. We reserved a room which provided a great sense of privacy and the soundproof was quite good!
