今晚同老公再次嚟到我哋位於九龍酒店嘅飯堂——千両。第一次食晚市,無set menu,要叫a la carte。
1️⃣ 日式海鮮茶壺湯$38
第一次試,鄉下妹表示非常新奇得意?,外型十分討好。湯好鮮甜,海鮮有蝦?,帶子同蜆,新鮮可口。
2️⃣ 加州手卷$22
我老公好鍾意,佢裡面有蟹柳、蟹籽同牛油果,味道鮮甜,紫菜好脆好好食?。
3️⃣ 三文魚腩壽司$22
我同老公嘅至愛❤️!三文魚油超香,入口即化,真係感動味蕾?!我一向浮誇嘅老公食到拍晒手掌??。(真叫人滴汗?⋯⋯)
4️⃣ 極上刺身拼盤$324
如果我無數錯,佢一共有九款魚生,每款兩件。特別鍾意吞拿魚腩,肉質肥美,魚油味香。帶子同蝦都好鮮甜,口感彈牙。其他魚生都好新鮮清甜,正!

第二次光顧,感覺有如重回北海道,正!
今天我作為顧客, 到九龍酒店地庫千襾進餐,點選了C餐。
很快已上了,當我吃到大半才發現與menu 相片不符,少了炸物,於是向職員查詢。職員很快就補回。很明顯根本廚房是比漏了卻完全無意立即主動補發給客人,當客人查詢後才立即補上,意味著本身其實已經煮好,若客人沒有察覺是否當沒一回事算了罷?
客人是付足夠金錢去用餐,不要求求其其是是旦旦就以為過了骨!
