Excellent Japanese food. Love the wagyu yakitori, ebi tempura, burdock a d sushi. Great view of the harbour.

Food very delicious. Great cocktails. Great service. Pricey, yes, but if you want that view, you need to pay. A little too noisy (-1 star) = not suitable if you want a quiet romantic dinner.
Sashimi in the flamed sushi set surprisingly tastes better than that in the deluxe sashimi set. Every piece is outstanding. Food is reasonably priced and the habour view elevates the entire dining experience. The passionfruit drink is especially good.
The location is perfect, with both indoor and outdoor dining, the quality of food are exceptional, services were also great. It’s a bit on the expensive side for a chain restaurant however the quality is well worth it
Love the food here. Sashimi and sushi is very fresh and yummy. Service can be improved. There are a few waitresses here but they are not that tentative. We need to ask them for refilled of tea.
Their mocktails are lovely and worth a try. I loved the tile fish.
Views of the harbour is lovely and the toilet here is quiet modern and clean.
If you have not booked a table, the best thing is to start queuing at 4.30pm and get onto the first seating at 5pm.
Worth a try.

The tamago is so unique I had to order more. My main dish was the veggie udon, which tasted really good! Friends had the other fish-based dishes, which they said were really delicious as well. The location is really nice with an amazing view. The only problem is that it takes forever to book and you may take chances with walk-ins (if you don’t mind sitting at the bar area). Would definitely come again!
My husband and I have been to this restaurant for a few times. The food is alright, and the view is great. That’s why we took our parents there before our departure from HK last December. But the experience was rather disappointing.
It all started with a female receptionist who showed a lack of humanity when I asked if she could offered a chair for my elderly Parkinson’s-stricken father while we were waiting to be seated. She refused right away without any sympathy. It is understandable that the restaurant has its constraint – but you would have expected the request would be turned down nicely, as it was asked nicely. However, the receptionist’s expression was just blank and cold. Pretty odd for someone without a touch of warmth and service-minded attitude to be standing at the entrance?
In the middle of our meal, we gave our underaged kids some home-made drinks. There are just 2 small bottles and when the kids were slurping them through the straws someone came over to remind us that no outside drinks are allowed. To say Ana Ten is a children-unfriendly restaurant is to put it mildly – not only children tablewares were not offered to the kids – there is not even one thing in the drink list that is suitable for the kids. We spoke to someone who appeared to be a manager – he suggested to give us two cups to pour the home-made drinks in. After a long wait, they eventually brought us two tins which looked really out of place on the dining table, more like those that pour in the hot water at a local cafe (cha-chan-ten). They are hardly any cups for the children to be used. As we are complied and not complained type of customers, we didn’t make a protest. However, we hope the restaurant could have offered some children cups in the future for other young little ones.
As said we have been to Ana Ten for a few times, what striked us most about this restaurant is that the managers’ attitude is in big contrast to the frontline waiters and waitresses. A couple of them who served our table were most pleasant and helpful, for example in passing on our request to cook the Kinki fish in soup rather then the sauce as in the menu. Whereas the managers looked aloof and rather complacent. The frontline service workers are the saving grace for this place.
意外驚喜!和朋友慶生!三人一行,難得有位!(岀席時12月尾)生蠔,鮟鱇魚肝十二分美味!可見厨司有加入日本特色!恢復晚市,必定再來!

Serves food of a higher price range but worth it imho
Stunning harbour view in the whole restaurant. Great service and food quality. Suggest advanced reservation or you will need to queue up on the day before the opening hours to get a seat for lunch.
Honestly, the food itself is great, however I believe it was over priced. I actually love the location and window seat view of the harbour.
Nevertheless, staff need to be trained better, just because we didn’t order the most expensive dishes from the menu, the staff gave us a bad attitude when we were paying the bill (we still paid around $2300 for 4people), she did not say a single word of thank you and she did not stand next the person who had the bill, instead she shout across the table and say “over here” to the payer, with a straight face. We believe this was not professional at all. (bare in mind the service fee was charged at 10% of the bill)
Additionally, staff was chatting to each other loudly and laughing when we were asking for assistance. Overall if you are looking for a high end experience, there are plenty other options with less the price and better customer service.

25週年銀婚記念日撞正8號風球, 原本訂了灣仔嘅法國餐廳提早關門。估唔到這是相當特別的銀婚記念日。 臨急臨忙之中想起這店也是不錯的選擇。 先來燒雞泡魚乾$88 物有所值因為魚乾質素高。肉厚身而且味濃。質地口感似一夜乾而非魚乾。魚乾肉內還鎖住大量魚鮮味及汁液。
原條秋刀魚刺身配柚子酢啫喱$268
呢個係好多日式餐廳秋天嘅”旬料理”用火炙一下令魚油稍稍溶化, 唔知係邊個師傅研發出來嘅方法但這樣的做法就已經被廣泛利用。

鯛魚白湯$108同中式白魚湯分別在有否薑嘅味道, 而內裡包含日式高湯底令口感順和。沒油膩感。
舞茸土瓶蒸湯$88第一口感覺是鹽嘅咸味跟著來的是舞茸的香。無色透明的”旨み”
目光魚天扶良兩條$116目光魚皮呈灰黑色, 肉嘅質感有點似九肚魚肉嘅滑溜但有魚嘅鮮味。
沙尖魚天扶良兩條$96魚肉比目光魚結實有咬口肉味偏濃。 有飽肚感。
冬菇釀蝦膠$58 蝦膠很飽滿但無蝦鮮味!
串燒牛舌兩支$116 牛吞有點硬但有牛味
串燒免治雞肉$90 比較貴但內裡充滿雞軟骨有咬口調味到位。串燒的每一品都付上蛋黃&醬油。令客人感覺同其他店的不一樣。
銀鱈魚西京燒$208 第一口會覺得較甜口, 魚的質素好高, 有油分但不會食到成口油
天穴風田樂茄子$98 茄子係用上半個肥粗的日本茄子, 面頭嘅類似味噌調味料味道不太咸同茄子肉很匹配。廚師的味道設定十分適中。貴但值得一試這”田樂茄子”!
晴天06/Feb./2021 來這店純是coupons 驅使下才會來的, 但望真佢亦有部份是相對貼近一般人嘅價位定食, 由於有coupons 墊底, 就叫咗一些較為中價嘅定食套餐,
豪華三色飯$378 鋪面嘅用上吞拿魚茸, 海膽及大量嘅三文魚籽, 以本傷人嘅陣勢沒法輸,雖然其他配菜只是一般但主菜無論外觀同質素都係交足功課, 水準以上完成,
佐賀產照燒牛扒御膳$388 牛扒雖不算超厚肉但也完全拿捏準確半生概念, 有油脂但非只有肥還帶濃濃牛肉的騷香, 簡易而直接擊倒我們,
還有不得不提的是最尾上嘅跟餐甜品- 蕨餅, 係好少有的食得出做嘅師傅做這舊粉糰用上一些特別技巧令這件粉糰不只是似一件糯米糕嘅口感, 平凡的外表而充滿內涵可惜又有幾多人會停下細味慢嚐呢? 反而個人而言這個跟餐甜品才是真正的主角! 下次再來也一定要食這個甜品啊!
