Served me a wrong order but the manager refused to accept their mistake and forced me to accept the dish that I didn’t order. Terrible service, will never go there again.

Most horrendous dining experience ever….orders haven’t even all arrived then rushed you to pay the bill and asked you to leave…the whole dining experience was just terrible, kept reminding you that time is limited constantly, dissing you for not ordering more expensive items, manager was extremely rude kept wandering around our table impatiently then looked at his watch….all happened within an hour while our dining time was an hour and half….blamed the customers for not ready to leave when they brought the last order to us 5 mins before the time limit, then told us to leave when we tried to swallow what just arrived. Never again!

Horrible experience as a customer.
They play by the rulebook 100% and kick you out at 90 minutes. Within 60 minutes they say it’s last order, 80 minutes they give you the bill and at 90 minutes they kick you out.

Can’t say they are wrong but horrible experience qs a customer.

We had ala carte dinner.

Food is very decent, fresh ingredients used. Enjoyed the food taste and quality. I like that they clearly state in their menu if an item is not using Japanese ingredient, i.e. tempura using local prawn tempura vs japanese prawn.

Restaurant setting is cozy and comfortable. i.e. chairs, table top used, size and spacing and materials.

Warm lightings that’s not too overpowering yet bright enough to read the menu and see the food served to enjoy the visual. Tasteful music is played at the right volume.

Restaurant is clean and well kept. Service is prompt with initiative, eg refilling tea and water promptly, albeit slightly lacking some experience.

Price is not cheap, we spent HKD 3418 for 4 adults, and we had a full and fulfilling meal. The menu food varieties offered is a galore of items to select from salad, sushi, sashimi, to cooked food, to tempura, to yakimono, to dons, to udons, to soups, and dessert. Well covered.

Lastly, the view of Kowloon island is priceless, they have open air sitting for drinks, I bet the restaurant paid a lot of rent for this location, justifying the food prices supported with quality.

Will return.
