Came here multiple times for dinner and lunch. In terms of the price here I would say its not the cheapest nor the priciest. But quality fluctuates quite a bit and sometimes you would feel like the meals worth it and sometimes not. I would recommend coming for lunch and ordering their 15/20 sushi set as I find that the most value for money.

The most bang-for-buck omakase you could ever get in Hong Kong. Lunch is offered at an incredible reasonable price, quality is amazing as all ingredients are freshly shipped from Japan. It’s so good I come here on an almost weekly basis.
I don’t even know why I’m writing this review, if anything it’s only been getting harder to score a reservation here. But damn I sure love this place.
I visit there at lunch without any booking. When I walk in side at 12:06pm, the waitress just told me: no seat available today ‘ with a rude tone and just walk away.
Looks like they are quite famous for the food in this area but get prepared for their service level. I don’t think customer had to expect such service when you talked to someone politely.
Having Omakase Lunch with my beloved one for birthday celebration. We have ordered 2 different set in which all food are fresh & tasty! The chef was very attentive and has introduced each dishes when serving. The interior design is classic Japanese style which is cozy and comfortable. Will definitely come to visit again for the Omakase Dinner for next time.

每逢到了結婚週年前後,都會安排慶祝一下,今晚便來到以廚師發板為主的鮨文。
廚師發板$1980
茶碗蒸,內有三文魚籽,魚籽已經處理過,混合蒸蛋吃更加好味。
目鯛魚,味道清甜,加了岩鹽,令到鮮味更好。
海藻草,酸酸甜甜,味道爽口,不像海草,反而像髮菜。
池魚細切,加上了芝麻、姜蓉、紫蘇葉,芝麻和姜蓉帶起了魚的鮮味。
秋刀魚,魚味濃郁,最肥美的時候就是十月份,不時不食果然是廚師發板的精髓。
深海池魚,有些煙燻的香味,味道鮮美。
海膽吞拿魚腩三文治?,三文治焗得很香脆,海膽和吞拿魚腩,味道鮮甜,配合香脆三文治,是一個驚喜。
香箱蟹,旁邊的啫喱以蟹籽的高湯而成,廚師已將成隻松葉蟹起肉,混合蟹籽,雖然是凍的,不過鮮甜味道仍然不變。
吉列帆立貝,炸過的帶子,又香又脆,配合他他醬和紫菜,味道層次豐富。
野生吞拿魚,以薄切三片,油脂豐富,味道比飼養的吞拿魚更鮮甜。
左口魚,又是野生的,當然味道是好。
白蝦,由日本富山灣來的十幾隻白蝦 ,鮮到了一個點。
梳子魚以火炙過,帶出了鮮味。
鰤魚是油甘魚的同一類,味道香甜,魚味十足。
湯是白身魚湯,是用吃過壽司的魚頭魚骨煲成的魚湯,味道清甜。
櫻煮八爪魚?,肉質軟腍,第一次吃到這麼美味的八爪魚。
紫海膽,是海膽的極品,味道香甜到一個點。
赤身肉質軟腍,魚味香甜。
吞拿魚手卷,採用了全條吞拿魚的部伆,味道層次豐富。
果物是靜岡蜜瓜和巨峰提子?的混合版,先吃提子?,再吃蜜瓜,就不會搶走蜜瓜甜味。
高質素食店

台上1分鐘,台下10年功。望著師傅一刀一刀將羗切成均等的一片片,又輕巧又薄,看得我眼定定,絕對放心將今晚的食材任由他發辨!
金箔黑松露蒸蛋
高雅的一個前菜!蒸蛋滑溜細緻,混入黑松露的芡汁,味道好夾。
五小碟:
海葡萄加入了酸醋啫喱,爽口開胃。
日本蕃茄仔浸過梅汁,清甜可口。
冷麵汁菠菜,夏日炎炎最佳涼拌。
黑梅螺煮得夠軟腍,入味!
肉筋魚仔醃製入味,佐酒一流。
油坊主,呢種魚聽個名子就係可想言之充滿脂肪,面層塗上麵豉醬油,略為炙過,那油脂滿溢另口腔充滿驚喜。
真蠔是我的至愛。來自岩手縣真蠔,肉白肥美,豐腴得快要把它吃掉。爽甜,淡淡的海水味與及蠔味一擁而上,加添了紫蘇葉汁更有層次。
一向對八爪魚沒有好感,那種咬不到,吞不到的口感往往另我卻步。這個櫻煮八爪魚是師傅的大力推薦,放了不少時間和心血餚製出來。第一次食到八爪魚的質感是軟腍柔靭,少少的柚子胡椒調味,更顯出八爪魚的風味。
帆立貝炸得外脆內軟,中心位置剛熟透心,可見一絲一絲。配合自家炮製的他他醬,有青瓜和洋蒽原素,另到炸物減輕了油膩之感,好好味。
鰹魚採用稻草煙燻,啖啖散發出燻香。茗荷,白蔥,蒜蓉豉油和芝麻的配合,一流。原來鰹魚是象徵長壽的意思,真係唔講唔知,又增進知識了。
來自島根縣的黑鮑魚,採用清酒蒸,肉質細膩軟腍,有微微酒香,蘸少許鮑魚肝醬同吃,高雅又矜貴。
鱚魚是時令魚,夏季才有的,今晚有福了。炙過後,只皮熟,魚肉還保持生的,淡淡的魚味。
活粒貝爽口有嚼勁,鮮甜味美。
喉黑魚,魚脂十分豐富,甜味十足,口腔內油脂平衡,滋味!
來自鹿兒島奄仔美大島的吞拿魚大腩,肉的顏色比較深,因有肌肉,所以口感特別豐富。
秘製醬油三文魚籽粒粒晶瑩通透,入到口內慢慢爆汁,正。
紫海膽有著淡淡的甘香,滿足了味蕾。
利用了魚頭,魚骨,多種食材煲煮而成白魚湯,鮮甜暖胃。
來自函館的點紋牡円蝦好特別,蝦側身有四點,蝦頭有直紋,有光彩,新鮮。
入口好有漿口感,再加上炙過的蝦膏,那焦香味無比,勁惹味。
穴子又是我的至愛,利用了穴子頭骨餚製成醬汁伴吃,肉質綿滑柔軟得不可置信。
右口魚邊,赤貝邊,吞拿魚蓉混合成的手卷,口感複雜,好味。
最後是甜品的時令水果,貓眼提子和靜岡縣蜜瓜。
完美晚餐的句號!

這一餐其實我已經期待已久,因為近日各行各業經濟低迷,而我的地產好友曾經跟我說過,若他能在2月內|開單^就請我吃Omakase,以感謝我這位怨無悔的長期聆聽者。
放工後坐地鐵來到黃埔,准時入座,准備開餐。甫入店內,店員先為我們量度體溫,再給我們酒精搓手液消毒,感覺安全衛生。
這是我們點了貴的那一款享用,當然內容亦會豐富點。
鵝肝金箔茶碗蒸
茶碗蒸賣相精致,蒸蛋上有鵝肝及金箔,貴氣十足,吃時先將鵝肝壓碎,再與蒸蛋攪勻,這樣口感會更綿滑,每一口都充滿鵝肝的油潤感及獨有脂香。
4點先付
其實就是4款開胃小食,包括鰻魚苗、間八紫蘇葉刺身、螢光墨魚及太刀魚。
吃時應該從味道最淡的鰻魚苗開始,順時針方向吃下去,而師傅表示鰻魚苗在春天才可以吃到,賣相有點像海蜇,但以筷子將鰻魚苗夾起,就能清楚看到魚眼及魚骨,口感有點像蒟蒻,煙韌有彈性。
間八紫蘇葉刺身
間八其實就是鱆紅魚,師傅以網燒方法將魚皮位置略略燒香,入口有濃濃的炭香味,但又不失刺身鮮嫩感,還有淡淡紫蘇香。
螢光魷魚
螢光魷魚在3-4月才可以吃到,配上蛋黃醬,入口酸酸甜甜,而魷魚頭內肥美甘香,與蛋黃醬非常搭。
太刀魚
師傅將太刀魚燒香,魚皮軟滑,帶有炭香,而魚肉嫩滑,魚味濃郁。
毛蟹及沢蟹
師傅將肉質飽滿的毛蟹拆肉,再放3蟹肉上加上味道甘香濃郁的蟹膏,伴著炸香了的沢蟹bb,層次感豐富,口感十足,集鮮嫩、爽脆、甘香、清甜一身。
櫻煮八爪魚
這個八爪魚與平日吃到的有點不同,質地軟淋而非爽口脆身,味道甜甜的,又帶幾分辣意。
吉列帆立貝
帆立貝挺厚身,以吉列方式烹調,入口外脆內嫩,再加上沙律醬,酸酸甜甜,非常惹味。
春子鯛
春子鯛肉質的味道偏向清淡,味道甘甜,魚味不重,魚肉肉質帶點微黏勁。
金目鯛
金目鯛魚油油油分豐腴,魚肉嫩滑,口感細致軟淋。
真鯖
師傅以用火槍將鯖魚略略燒香,再加上點醬油來突出魚鮮味,入口帶有滿滿油脂香。
白鬆貝
原以為它的口感與帆立貝差不多,但入口才發現白鬆貝非常爽口香甜,味道濃郁。
牡丹蝦
牡丹蝦非常大隻,師傅在我們面前將蝦殼除掉,再將蝦頭內的蝦膏取出燒香,最後放回蝦肉刺身上,入口
鮮爽無比,鮮甜中帶點回甘味。
拖羅 (炭香)
拖羅口感超肥美,油脂豐腴,魚肉入口即,溶帶有濃郁的炭香。
魚湯
奶白色的魚湯,每一口都帶有濃醇的魚香,完全沒有魚腥味,既滋味又鮮美。
海膽
海膽是由日本魚市場競投回來,而號碼越細,代表海膽質量越好。海膽質地細致,口感柔滑,入口即化,味道肥美鮮甜。
穴子
穴子的另一名稱就是海鰻,肉質較單薄,緊實而鮮美。
手卷
手卷內容豐富,包括有右口魚、三文魚籽及海膽,而這裡的三文魚籽味道偏甜,隻帶有淡淡咸香,所以手卷入口時,層次感極重,外脆內鮮,帶有炙燒的香氣,口感油潤,滿分!
福崗士多啤梨及靜崗蜜瓜
這天的果物是福崗士多啤梨及靜崗蜜瓜,店員表示先吃士多啤梨,再吃蜜瓜,以免影響蜜瓜甜度,說實,士多啤梨味道甜美,而蜜瓜香甜多汁,感覺非常幸福。

晚餐omakase$1580,我覺得不值,這個價格可以去中環或尖沙咀日本壽司師傅的店了,但我在這裡吃不到香港師傅給我的驚喜,不是給一堆海膽,選高級食材、在外面買一些醬菜來拼拼湊湊就可以算omakase,我感覺不到師傅的烹飪技術,很「俗」

It is so famous that it attracted people who did not eat sushi to go.
They are so successful that they now have a branch in Hung Hom for almost a year now!!!
I finally tried it recently and not bad for a first visit.
從未試過如此不愉快的用餐經驗:
憑著對上兩次對鮨文的不錯評價,趁著紀念日跟另一半到紅磡店嚐嚐午餐,準時到達,入座前先量體溫,噴消毒洗手液,並被提醒食物未上桌前不要除口罩,心想防疫都算嚴謹,豈料。。。。
我倆被安排坐在轉角位,隔一坐位,靠牆坐了一位女士,相信是熟客,也是今日負責招呼我們的師傅Tarry Tang的朋友。事緣。。。
食物未到,Terry Tang正在此女士前面為我們準備食材,但與此同時,卻與這位~已除掉口罩~的女士大談美國選舉,此女士說得興起,想必以為餐廳眾人都願意聽她發表偉論,口沫橫飛,不知她有沒有留意我倆將要享用的魚生食材正正放在她面前。
於是,我帶笑善意提醒她和Tarry Tang,可否不要在食材前大聲說話,此時,這位女士都覺得不好意思,但精彩的是,Tarry Tang卻立時跟我說:「從此刻開始,我不會再說話。」
他果然做到,由上第一道魚生開始,一直都不開口介紹食材,完全零交流,是要教訓我的不是嗎?
$880的omakase午餐, 遇到一個不專業的壽司師傅,換來不禮貌的待遇,也掃了我們紀念日的興致。
Kin 師傅45分鐘上哂12件壽司,中途同其他客傾偈。
去壽司郎食都無咁趕!

其實在這間店吃過了很久,今天才來好好的打一篇食評,原因是直到最近我才把午餐的各個價位都吃過了一次,但我也在猶豫打與不打之間,因為現在已經很難訂位了。
580的套餐真的非常超值,相比於去吃千兩我更願意來這裡,除了有12件好吃的壽司,更多的廚師的技藝 講解 餐廳的氛圍 整體的服務 還有食材的新鮮,當然更多的食物細節還是見人見智,也需要親自來一趟才能明白。
980的套餐開始有了一些廚師的功夫菜 比如招牌的炸干貝佐沙律醬,也多了一些魚生的選擇 生蠔 更好的蝦,可以進一步認識這間餐廳
1380的套餐也是在經過了前兩次的經驗,覺得可以持續下去,決定吃一次看看,基本在這裡可以吃到廚師更多的想法,研發菜色的理念,為什麼如此的搭配,還有一些比較稀珍的食材比如聖子 大拖羅 海鰻苗等等。
接下來不知道還會不會繼續往晚餐去,可能可以試試看,但平日的話580的那個我覺得就足以滿足Omakase的心了
