Bad service and the rice is not tasty, serving with strange sour and spicy sauce. Goose itself is quite good, but definitely not up to standard compared with branch in mainland China.

在香港的幾所分店, 鹵水的水準, 起碼有本店九成, 是我心中的本地三冠之一。
價錢公道, 雖然並非行高檔中菜方針, 但環境清潔舒適。
疫情期間, 是外賣回家的好選擇。

Goose breast meat was indeed tender & tasted quite fresh, but more like poached goose than authentic Chiuchow brine goose because not being properly marinated. The daily soup also tasted quite light but seemed no MSG was added which was good. 10% service charge adding to the bill which made it quite expensive & not that compelling.

Bright, spacious and clean.
Ordered their 3 choices rice with goose meat, intestine and liver. As they specialized in everything goose Chiu Chow style, this lunch at $98 did not disappoint. Addition of $9 for a house geese soup was a steal.
Overall better quality than an average goose store.
Goose sauce & minced garlic vinegar on the table goes well with food.

夾埋招牌滷水鵝肉飯就可以試哂咁多款鵝😆
呢道嘅滷水味偏向清香而且唔會膩☺
鵝片厚薄適中,油脂味甘香☺
鵝腸同鵝腎都十分爽脆,鵝肝軟腍
另外嘅鵝肉份量超足,肉質滑溜唔鞋口😋
每碗飯都落咗啲鹹酸菜,食落帶點微辣送飯一流
枱面仲有支滷水汁同食滷水鵝必點嘅蒜泥醋🧄
畀食客因應個人口味自己調配😋
套餐會跟咖啡/茶
我地叫咗凍檸茶同凍檸樂,分別加$3/$8
仲可以揀配燉湯或者滷汁時蔬🥬
不過食完個飯都已經好夠飽🤣

Good food.
I bought takeaway many times. The quality of food is good. But today I went for lunch. The waitress is really rude. When I told her problem in scanning the vaccination records, she blamed me of my hand not steady without even looking. Another young one came to help. Then I found out I have to line up for one single seat that I was not told. Then I left.
I won’t come again.

平日都係男朋友遷就我飲食喜好，今日星期日大家都唔洗返工，中午就落樓隨便搵間餐飯
佢係好喜歡食真材實料架碟頭飯同茶餐廳，因男人角度出發是要夠飽同經濟實惠，唔似女生買杯飲品都要靚同呃like 打卡
$78 老水雙拼飯，要了豬手同墨魚，豬手夠腍，墨魚片厚肉有咬口。
$85 滷水鵝片飯 都幾抵食架，因包埋飲品，中環來說好抵
門口掛住曬滷味，望到流口水。
好食 出色 對得住價錢 無投訴

Had some set lunch and dinner here. These are specialized in marinated & assorted pork and goose. The falvor or food quality was alright although the steamed soup was a bit overly salted.

Quite generous portion for lunch, with lots of different side dishes on the rice. However, the most important goose meat too cold and not soft enough. A bit disappointed.

Food is ok. But charge is dishonest. I was here for tea set and bill showed regular lunch price. I asked and got the discount.
Today I stopped for the tea set in the afternoon. They mentioned they don’t offer it anymore and charged regular price.

The recipe and the making of goose were traditional, and the quality of other food was fine. The skin of the marinated pork was quite tough. The set meals included a packaged drink. Price was average. There were not many tables inside the eatery. The staff were very active and were well enough to serve the few tables. Other than the marinated meat and soup, the shop did not have Chiu Chow style dishes, which lessened its attraction to clients. The goose liver was not soft, but other meats were up to standard. In my opinion, at least hot Chinese tea was better than iced drinks in the refrigerator.
