Nice fish and chips
Good food, a bit pricey!
The chicken is surprisingly good despite the emphasis on the fish and chips here; it comes with thin crispy skin and is cooked moist and tender. For the fish, the nice thick batter is quite enjoyable and there’s plenty of fish options to choose from.
What I don’t like is the very cramped seating space here. Luckily, ceilings are high and the doors are usually open, which airs out the space a bit. Prices are also a bit on the high end given the type of food it’s serving.
Usually packed during dinner; reserve, come early or buy food to go to avoid disappointment.
I agree it is pricy, but my food was excellent. The fish was fresh and the batter nice and thick with a good crunch. Fries were great too.
Used to be good, now it’s about cutting cost. Smaller portions, less fresh fish and a 0.5cm slice of cake.
A decent place to get your fish and chip fix, but not the best in town!

Does what it says on the tin! Limited menu but does what it does very well
No frills place with a good offering of roasted chicken, which is tender, juicy and flavorful. Remember to get the roasted buttery sweet corn as a side.
Fish and chicken was not up to standard.

A Very very unfriendly Asian lady serving us that day! The restaurant was almost set but their shop clock was two minutes shy and we were not allowed to sit in. Actually that clock was slow coz all ours were pointed at 12:00 exact! Even thought it was drizzling a bit buy the short hair lady with glasses didnt seem to care if we would get wet in the rain. I must say that I would have left to other place to justify but we have waited too long for it.
Nothing changed about the menu..we all know that they ain’t as nice as the ones on menu but then again, I decided to go cheap This time coz I’m so fed up with that lady attitude.
Seriously I will not ever go back and I will make sure none of us will ever as long as we see that short hair Asian lady with glassses on duty.
her face was so long and hard as if we came in to give her trouble and the way she spoke to us was short and blunt… asking our order in incomplete sentence!

Fresh fish, good fries
Food was excellent with good service. Has an excellent view of the bay to boot. Will definitely come back here again.
The food quality is okay. I had a good time there with my friends. I love the lemon cake ^^.

Great food. The fish was absolutely delicious. Only one disappointment, I saw them using the microwave oven for the mashed potatoes and the green beans……
Great for fish and chips, even though it is out of the way to get to.
Chips was good and fish also fried with decent batter, not oily and did just right. Let down by the monkfish which really lacks any chewiness of a monkfish. Suggest try other kind of fish, they have plenty, sole, barramundi…
