呢間火鍋店真係好高質🤤🤤本來見到佢人少少而且裝修幾靚就入咗去食,冇乜特別期望,點知食嗰陣發現勁有驚喜!今次我哋叫咗牛骨髓、羊肉卷、京燕餃、豬腩片,黃鱔片和烏冬。🥳🥳每樣都好新鮮,值得一提的是鍋底大骨湯好濃郁,湯料咬落新鮮😋羊肉卷食落羊味好濃郁,唔會有騷味。而朋友就好喜歡五花肉,識落肥瘦分明,咬落油香重。黃鱔片都好值得叫,煮3分鐘啱啱好食得,油香係囗中四溢🥰🥰好滿足

Food is quite overpriced compared to haidilao. The half portion of beef is only finger size. We spent 700 hkd for two persons lunch meal. Not worth it.

從距香港三千里外搬來,川渝特色!人說川渝味偏辣,我說經改良正好適合港人可口,在乎您的選擇。正如民初廣州西關「雞公福』賣白欖唱賣:「和咪甘草欖有辣有唔辣,幫襯試下啦喂!亅,服務員靚女多,勤快熱情周到,極樂意為之辣味调校,但凢特别喜辣或尋求刺激者,辣度調校到您滿意為止,包您餐畢刺激到「手舞足蹈扎扎跳,面紅耳赤鼻喷煙」,勁呀!稍嫌不足的是館設二樓,三曲四彎踩樓梯,輪椅客止步,只方便後生仔女練腳力,美中不足。

They have qr code order, it is also available in English so hassle free order.
I came alone and also 2 and bigger group. I was able to order for any size of crowd.
Most importantly, the food is great. Loved clean presentation and a great taste.

午間的一人火焗好抵食,有辣有唔辣。份量足,食物新鲜,價錢相宜。

Overall, I think this is definitely a to-go place for spicy lovers. However, I do feel it’s overpriced. I personally think that the spicy hotpot is too hot for my taste. So I would recommend anyone who would like to try yet couldn’t tolerate a lot of spiciness to go for the hot pot with two different broths.

And I love it so much.
They also offer half portion, which is very convenient for smaller parties (1-2 person). Therefore even though only 2 of us, we were able to try various menu.
My favorite is from seasonal menu, clams ❤️.

Great flavour for soup base, the seafood and meat was very fresh. The only issue I had was with the tender beef, the texture of the meat after cooking was very rubbery and too tender. I’m sure they added some sort of tenderising agent to it. In fact one piece was unintentionally left in there for an hour and it came out like mush at the end. The razor clams had lots of sand and it made an unpleasant experience eating. 2 things to stay away from, the beef and the razor clams. The highlight was the chicken and fish maw soup and their seafood, really recommend that.
It is pricey for what it is but service was exceptional, maybe because it was 6:30pm on a week night with only 3 other tables seated besides us.
