McCafè(McDonald's)

McCafe offers a wide range of premium coffees. These coffees are made from coffee beans and have a rich aroma. Good drinks, I sometimes come to enjoy coffee. The environment is good and there is free WiFi. Sitting here and drinking coffee, I feel relaxed.
In addition to coffee, McCafe also serves sandwiches, cheesecakes, muffins and desserts. The quality is quite good. I believe this is the best place for high tea.

I have been to McDonalds in different cities yet never been treated so lowly like here. I went at about 11 plus last night to get snack and wanted to get the ltd edition big mac gift set. We walked in to the counter to order. At first I didn’t know someone was actually at the counter. Turns out someone (who wore the manager uniform) was sitting behind the counter. As we looked at the menu, she was clearing her nose with tissue and threw the used tissue into a Happy Meal box placed on her left (Wow, I was surprised! ). Told her I wanted to buy the Big Mac gift set, somehow she didn’t get it and thought we wanted a Big Mac. I said no, and pointed to a placard board of the BigMac gift set. Apparently she didn’t know what was put there and despite our effort to point and say it is the limited edition set, she still didn’t know. Then she sighed, and stood up (finally) and. Forcely took out the board and finally understood what I want. We paid and waited for our food. We saw her continue serving other customers while blowing her nose too.

We left the place in disbelief of the level of customer service at this particular outlet. I have never seen mcd staff who sits at the counter before. I have never seen mcd staff who is unwell obviously, but still blew her nose in front of customers and threw the used tissue into a Happy Meal Box! I am wondering whether other McDonalds in Hong-Kong are like this too?

What more can you ask for, McDonald’s, lots of seating area, upper floor and ground floor, has dessert station, the service is alright, could be quicker. Quality of food is McDonald’s quality.

Such a nice location ruined by awful service. I’ve had 2 delivery orders missing items and just got home with a pick up order missing an entire meal. I don’t get why this McDonald’s in particular is so bad. The McDonald’s app is also useless when it comes to this, at least with deliveroo you have a chance of getting a refund. Literally have to raise a ticket and wait for them to reply. Still no reply one day later
