If I could give 6 stars I would. Easily the best Pizza I have had in HK. The Staff are great and Service speedy. The crust is gorgeous and never burnt. I wish I could rent an apartment on the second floor.

I love dough bros pizza! The crust is so soft and flavourful and service is great. They mixed up my order and sent me the right pizza and extra doughnuts and also included a bunch of free drinks. Now that’s what I call excellent service!

不過味道略嫌單調 因為冇肉食😂
松露味道亦不算太重😜

Not even one star. I am absolutely furious with the delivery service of Dough Bros. I ordered our pizza for 6.30pm. The expected delivery was 7.15pm and since then it keeps getting pushed back. It is now 8.20pm, nearly 2 hours since ordering and still no pizza has arrived. I have a 6 year old who is waiting for dinner and it’s a complete no show. Don’t know what the pizza tastes like but won’t be ordering again.

I am a Dough Bro fan and have been ordering pizza from them when I found out they offer vegan cheese pizza as I am lactose intolerant.
I was in Kennedy Town on Saturday afternoon and decided to get a Parma ham pizza with vegan cheese. One of the male staff was going to hand me the pizza when it was ready and the other female staff asked him, if it’s vegan cheese. That’s the moment they found out they made a mistake and almost gave me regular cheese pizza and I will have a big problem if I eat it. It took another 10 minutes to make a new pizza. When my friend and I finally got our pizza, we took it to the waterfront. And after we arrived, I realized the staff forgot to give us parma ham, which is usually packed in another box. We won’t walk back to get the parma ham as it’s 10 minutes walk. So we ended up eating a plain pizza while paying for extra.
I had quite a good experience with Dough Bro in two of their Central branches. But I was quite disappointed with this Dough Bro in Kennedy Town. And it was not even a busy time when we were there!!! I feel the staff is not paying attention at all to the orders and customers’ allergies.
When someone orders vegan pizza, it’s clearly a dietary restriction and if the restaurant offers this option, the staff should be trained to be very cautious on this type of order. Anyway, I will definitely avoid ordering from there in the future.
Donut is great, hope to try their pizza next time.

餅底係我最鍾意嘅燒烤醬底，上面配料有水牛芝士、豬肉丸、辣肉腸、西班牙香腸、燒烤香腸、墨西哥胡椒同埋牛至草，有少少辣辣地，超足料。連餅邊都一樣咁好食，集香脆及煙韌於一身😋仲配有幾款唔同嘅醬汁，我就最鍾意黑松露醬！
THE CARBONARA$168
試咗呢款新嘢，採用卡邦尼醬底，配料有水牛芝士、意大利煙肉、黃金蛋黃、巴爾馬乾酪、黑胡椒同埋新鮮歐芹，芝士味香濃，加埋三款唔同嘅醬汁，味道更有層次！
冬甩我就揀咗Nutella 同埋焦糖兩款口味，免頭可以選擇白糖又或者肉桂糖，我就選擇咗後者，味道好特別啊～咬落去爆曬漿！終極邪惡，必食之選❤️
Love the super delicious pizzas! I always order online and use the store pick up option and it’s ready when I get there. Just one thing on online payment – I need to get my credit card and input details etc. it would be much more convenient if we can pay by Octopus, Alipay etc using the respective apps on our phone without having to grab our credit cards!
Delicious pizza. Good to take away and enjoy near the sea.
The pizza was made after ordering so it was still hot and crispy. I like their signature garlic sauce which matched the pizza very much.
Worst order management ever. Regularly 20min late for pick up. Buy via Deliveroo if you really need to then you can complain to them. Food is then not yummy when cold or at best lukewarm.

Hands down best “American style” pizza in Ktown. Their sauces are the secret ingredient. Typically quite fast delivery as well (under 20min). Only thing is that they occasionally break down from the sheer number of orders and mix up stuff. For Italian style pizza you may want to go somewhere else though.

Had their pizzas many times but was pretty grossed out by their hygiene this time.
Staff taking orders was not wearing their mask properly the whole time. They forgot our donuts order and I saw the cook go from washing pans to drying his hands on his pants, and then dropping donuts in the fryer wearing the same gloves. He also started replacing some bin liners, all without changing his gloves.
I did get food poisoning once after having the pizza here, but my companion didn’t and so I thought nothing of it. But witnessing their hygiene standards this time makes me really wonder if the food is super safe for consumption.
