Top five Chiu Chow style goose
Absolutely fantastic spiced goose, love it. Nice people, friendly staffs.
Delicious spiced goose in Chiu Chow(Chinese) style, it is one of the best in HK, suggested to also try all the internal parts, including intestines, kidney … etc. Tofu is good too. Be advised that the shop is serving take away as majority, not many tables inside so don’t expect it as a normal restaurant. There is always a queue outside during evening so do expect a 15-20 mins waiting time.

Very good
Had tried this famous Chinese styled soured meat restaurant. The price for a soured pork rice dish is very reasonable and a super good service. The decoration here can make you feel the traditional Chinese restaurant style as well.
Unfortunately, the food quality is also a key factor to rate a restaurant. Personally I felt that the taste of the soured meat here is not as good as I expected – i.e. not super tasty. Probably my expectation is too high. But it is still worth to give it a try.
Tried takeaway for the first time. The goose meat quality is good but the marinated source is just way too salty.

Around 50 hkd for a lunch set with soup, the duck is tasty well worth a try. The price is reasonable and you can get a seat easily. Shop can sit for 5-10 ppl.

滷鵝食材新鮮，也有很多小菜超好吃，店員老闆每個都很用心對待客人。

A good place to try out the local delicacy of goose meat. Good food and rather inexpensive, but sometimes server can be slightly abrupt (i.e. rude). They only speak Cantonese or mandarin (no English at all). Downside is there’s no English menu either. So you’ll have to either do your research first of what you want or google translate them (I’ve attached the photos of their menus for reference in case anyone wants to research first before going there). I usually go for their boneless goose meat rice (鵝片飯) with braised eggs and tofu.
我們買了鹵鵝肉飯和鹵水雜飯，外賣，行2分鐘到海邊，見到有樹蔭長凳，吹著海風食飯，不算太熱，看無敵海景嘆鹵味飯，很好味，幾正斗，而且價錢合理經濟

Decent quality. Definitely worth trying considering its cheap price.

The geese here are a little larger than at most places. The chef skillfully prepares the bird by de-boning it and slicing the meat very thinly.
If you want the bones or the head (to make soup) then you should ask in advance.
