環境比較小，食物選擇比較小！沒有pizza,只有pasta,不過麵條彈牙，好味，份量好少！
Everything is so GOOD here . The food is definitely delicious , cheese-lovers would definite love the lasagna !!!! Really recommend yall to come !!!! ❤️❤️
Pici is definitely one of the best place to have pasta (Authentic Italian food). Our server (rzane) made our experience special with his passionate service. Highly recommended.

We were served by Kaye, she was a wonderful host and we had tuna tatare which was great and we both had a pasta each. The pasta here really is better than most other restaurants I’ve tried. Would love to come again!
Second time coming back to Pici~ simply love it’s food, service, and the vibe. A decent but cosy place for besties or couples!
Special recommendation: tagliolini truffle, tiramisu
PS. Don’t forget the crostini (it’s a free appetiser) with black vinegar and olive oil. Perfect!

It was my second time going for dinner and we got the tasting menu. Our server, Aliza, was extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks to her we were able to try a range of starters and different pastas. Would definitely be going back for more. The food was just so good we forgot to take pictures until our dessert!

Had the tuna tartare as starter and the gnocchi plus lasagne as main.. cannot describe in words. Go spoil yourself and have lunch there! Service is on point. Enjoy!

Had a great time. The food was great, the place was comfy, and the waiters (including Nezz who served our table) were very friendly and had a great sense of humor. Highly recommend this place.
Always a big fan of the restaurant, therefore was elated knowing that they’re opening up in Kennedy town close to where I live. The staff here are super friendly and are amazing with faces. Opposed to the branches in Wan Chai and Central, there are always seats here 🙂 Comparatively chiller and less crowded!

This is probably the fourth(?) time I came to Pici for meals and they never let you down. I came between lessons today and it’s probably the most relax time I’ve had in whole day. I ordered the Andrea’s cold cuts and also the panderella(i forgot the spelling Imao) and it’s a stunner. The Parma ham is just very tasty and it’s an absolute match with the mozzarella. And for the mains, the texture of the pasta is just right and the cream hit me right on spot. The most amazing part of the meal has got to be the panna cotta. That is the best panna cotta I’ve ever eaten in Hong Kong. Just wanna say thank you Kaye for the service and we enjoy the meal very very much. This place is so legit and is so highly recommended! Most suitable place for friend gatherings and nice food!
Their pasta are outstanding as always, al dente at the point. Sauce are perfectly matched. Desserts are good as well. Just the appetizers are little bit salty, but overall the standard remains far beyond average.

We went there to PICI Restaurant (Kennedy Town) to have a simple lunch birthday celebration for our friend and considering it was our first time. Yet it was a great, delightful and enjoyable experience. Of course one of the main reason for these experienced is the extraordinary and exceptional food! For a good price for the lunch set it was incredible and worth it! For the price of HKD 158 they really make sure the amount of food from the starters, main course and dessert is more than enough for the customers. That they will leave with a full & satisfied tummy.
Besides the food, what mostly made our experience worthwhile was because of the STAFF! When we arrived one of the staff “Maya” was already very friendly and welcoming. Then “Emman” came to assist us and make sure that we are all settled in and comfortable before we took our order. He is very approachable and dedicated to make sure we are all taken care of from the start.
Then come to the best part was “Nezz” who was the one who mostly assist us. It felt like we already know each other for too long because he is very easy to get along with and excellent on connecting with the customers. He always makes sure that we are entertained (small talks) while serving us. He was on top of everything! Making sure we have the best dining experience. Outstanding Nezz!

Staff were not cleaning properly, I watched them cleaning the table next to me and bread crumbs remained after they had ‘finished’; likewise there were a lot of bread crumbs on the chair that were not removed. Not cleaning a table efficiently is a little concerning, particularly during a pandemic.
Looking around the restaurant generally, the floor was not clean – there were pieces of bread under many tables.
As I came in well after the lunch peak, there isn’t really the excuse of being too busy to ensure the tables and floor were clean.
The burrata was good, can’t fault that however the black truffle shavings on the Tagliolini were completely tasteless; better not to use at all.
Finally, the bread I was given I was stale.
I wouldn’t recommend, Pici definitely isn’t as good as it used to be a few years ago
Good vibes and good pasta
The food and service was great， the best one was the lasagna
Went in at 5pm on a Saturday, wishing to get something light and something to drink before dinner. Vibe and decor were nice. Receptionist was nice. Food was mediocre though, not as special as the critics said. Ordered one truffle pasta, one tiramisu and a strawberry soda and were all okay. Towards the end of the dining, one waitress came and put a large bucket of mopping water just next to us and started mopping the floor where it accidentally spilled the chlorox water to my shoes! My husband and I were all shocked by this scene as there were only 3 tables at that time 5:20pm ish and the waitress put the dirty water bucket no where but just next to us. Appetite was completely destroyed and we had to ask the waitress to take away the water bucket. The restaurant manager “apologised” by waiving us the service charge of the bill HKD$24…Probably the worst dining experience ever and would definitely not coming back!
I come here from time to time. The restaurant is always busy which shows how popular it is. The food is great and the staff are always helpful and friendly. I would like make some suggestions though. The bread always come cold and the crust is really hard. Also need to fix the coffee machine. Once the machine was completely broken down and no coffee could be served. Then another time the steamer was broken so couldn’t have cappuccino and other milk drinks. Hope the coffee machine can be fixed once and for all. Don’t get me wrong I enjoyed all my visits there and will go back. Just hope my suggestions will be taken on board.
