Super tasty pasta with chill ambience and really great service! Perfect for a meal with friends after work 🙂 We were served by both Kaye and Rashmi who were really friendly and helpful! 10/10 would highly recommend!

A nice Italian restaurant which a number of appearances in various district in Hong Kong. The home made pasta are really good. Prices are reasonable at these qualities. Worth for a trial and repeated patronage.
Great atmosphere. Eliza is very warm hearted. Food is good. But the best part is Panna Cotta— always my favorite!

The pasta here is really delicious, they are exceptionally chewy! Eliza was the person serving us and she is really friendly. Would definitely come again if I have the chance to.

I actually went first time just a week ago, they blew me away. And today I had to bring my boyfriend, and they blew him away.
Chill, cool vibes, food was amazing… Freshly made pasta, portions are nice. Very, very well made. But gosh the staff!! They’re just so nice!
They always made sure we were being served quickly (even if it means jogging over from the other side of the restaurant), they were fun, they made just the right amount of small talk (this makes a difference!!!! Too much, it’s awkward, too little, you seem distant…), and left our table at the perfect moment for us to enjoy ourselves! The manager (?), especially, seemed like he really loved his job and was quite passionate about it. The other servers, too, seemed to care a lot about making our experience a nice one.

I had lunch there two times and the food was excellent. Lovely to meet Christal (hope I spell it right!) during my two visits and she has been more than helpful! This sweet girl recommended some very nice dishes to me and my friend and she is super friendly and observant to what we need while serving in a very subtle and non-intrusive way – what I should call professional indeed. She made my every visit experience perfect and for sure I will recommend to friends and come back, thank you Christal!

The 2nd time to visit Pici. The weekend brunch is pretty good. $258 you can order one appetizer, two pasta and a dessert. Food is authentic and delicious. Really like the rocket and pear salad😄 …

Second time trying to eat gluten free at Pici and got dissapointed again.
I go here because I want to stuff my face with wonderful food without looking like a watermelon afterwards.
Both times the pasta was not gluten free, while I explicitly asked for it. The gluten free spaghetti was excellent, but the penne was undercooked and not a good choice for the sauce.
There are so many ways to do this right. Offer another menu or give me a few good options. Or just don’t put on the menu you’re offering gluten free. Probably the best choice.
Staff has been trying their best to fix afterwards, but won’t to come back and be dissapointed again. :,-(

The tasting menu is good. Lots of options, all dishes are delightful. Staffs are helpful, passionate and nice. Already re-visit many times and enjoy our evening very often after its open.
