新開的食店。自稱手打意粉。座位不算多。都算可以，除了一些路中座位外。坐上好似幼稚園小朋友咁。食物種類以麵食為主。味道尚可，份量如多少少就好。一般男士一個餐可能不夠。咖啡就差少少。凍茶都可以。價錢在這類食店來說都可接受。最滿意是服務員的態度。未必是熟手。但態度滿分。4粒星有3粒是比服務員的

突破西環傳統
位於堅尼地城MTR附近一帶主要係住宅區, 今日黎一黎發現原來有好多美食, 而且大部分都係抵食街坊價, 睇下一個酥皮蛋撻只賣HKD3.5就知. 見到li間幾靚嘅餐廳, 啲poster寫住自家製手工意粉, 又有pizza同lunch set, 好吸引bor.

明太子忌廉意粉 (HKD74)
簡單幾頁menu有齊5大款料理方式嘅意粉, 揀個平時唔多食嘅和洋fusion明太子先. 見過明太子都知道味道好醎, 但li個忌廉汁調得非常balance, 每一口都食到明太子, 每一口意粉都索滿濃香忌廉汁, 味道溫和嘅醎香. 意粉口感截然不同: 驚喜地•超•煙•韌•彈•牙!!! 食哂意粉, 碟上無剩明太子忌廉, 因為d意粉非常掛汁🤤

飲品選擇貴精不貴多, 出面天氣咁熱, 整返杯菠蘿🍍果茶爽下, 真係有鮮菠蘿🍍, 唔係罐頭切粒菠蘿勁有誠意, 清新茶味refreshing.

四重芝味Pizza (HKD72)
同JM食飯梗係嗌兩個main開心share. 一個pasta一個pizza就perfect. 薄批pizza原來都係手製. 唔怪得食落如此煙韌, 食得出•彈彈•嘅筋性. 四種芝士焗起其實都熔在一起, 藍芝士Gorgonzola同Camemebert味道好明顯食得出, 身為芝士控嘅我地又點會食唔出其餘兩款拉絲Mozzarella同Gouda先🤩.

芝士蛋糕🍰 (HKD32)
距離接放學仲有好多時間, 而lunch hour嘅人潮亦走哂, 何不來一件芝士蛋糕嘆下？ 感覺上帶點日式甜點fusion嘅芝士蛋糕非常細滑, 零heavy感, 連餅底都好好味, 食埋件cake埋單每人都唔使90, 絕對係encore之選.
服務態度雖然好，但重點食物質素令人失望，以同等價位可以有更好的選擇

Japanese cafe style focusing on spaghetti (only, no other shapes) with a couple of 拉麵 options. Spaghetti texture ok. Clean, very reasonably priced, no surprise no disappointment though.
洋葱湯面浮油太膩，番茄德国腸意粉，D椰菜梗硬磞磞，整片難下咽，粟米雞肉意粉，芝仕味洟，意粉乾，唔会再去

The restaurant serves homemade spaghetti, which is delicious and of better quality than the traditional spaghetti. Today I came to the restaurant and ordered a cabbage & sausage spaghetti which tasted very good.The restaurant has other options that are delicious such as the 9-inch pizza, salad, snacks and Japanese ramen noodles. All the food is yummy and worth a try.

這間店在地鐵站附近，我們點了下午茶意粉和pizza的套餐，份量少，屬於很light 的tea, 1700食完，1900仲可以食等落一碗飯的。意粉大概就三啖食完，薯條五條，凍粟米，意粉很好吃，喜歡味道清淡可選T4, 喜歡味道濃郁可選T5, pizza 麻麻地，凍野飲就係一般凍咖啡奶茶檸茶和凍茶，熱野就係咖啡奶茶檸茶和朱古力。
If one star was not the lowest rate, I would give no star for the foods without hesitation.

地方乾淨企理的文青小店。主打手工意粉和拉麵。午餐只需$69便有意粉，小碗沙津和飲料，吃得飽的，性價比佷高。今天意粉煮太淋了，有待改善。還會再光顧試試其他食物。

Saw this shop a while back and was reluctant at first to try it, but was pleasantly surprised when I did. This is definitely more of a pasta shop than a ramen one I think, their noodles are great and stand out when served with a simple sauce.
The scrumble egg was overcooked and the salad vegetables are not fresh at all. Green tea pancake was too hard and dry, the berries served aside haven’t even defrost, the cream was over whipped, and not to mention that the coffee was horrible. But it’s cheap for tea set.

意粉已經沒有以前的口感！
周末下午茶3點半開始，比其他餐廳晚很多。點了T1的蟹蕃茄忌廉意粉，蟹味很濃，意粉很Q彈很好吃。薯角炸得有點硬，但我喜歡。粟米冰冰的，是想做成沙律的感覺吧？ 凍奶茶點正常的話只有一點點甜，喜歡喝甜的可能要加糖漿。 重點的意粉很好吃，路過可以試試看。 但想要吃很飽就不推薦下午茶了。
