The food is exceptional. I would a 100% say it is worth the money. I am not being biased as I once used to work there. They always have some sort of promotional event happening, steak night, happy hours and what not. Most importantly, against the common trend in Hong Kong the serving team are very kind and polite. A definite recommendation for people of all walks of life.

Amazing food fair service
Excellent steaks, very beefy and juicy. Fish and chips are great too, crispy skin and silky flesh. I love their minty mushy peas.
Their #haggis croquette balls are must-try too.😋😋😋 …
We went on Sunday for the “Sunday Roast” which comprises either of beef, or chicken.
We both opted for the beef which was flavorful and tender. The sides which included carrots, potatoes, cherry tomatoes, green beans and Yorkshire pudding rounded the meal off nicely. The beef was accompanied by 2 dipping sauces one which was worchestshire based and the other horseradish based.
The establishment’s decor is very warm, and welcoming.
We took a glance at other tables, and the other food we saw looked very presentable and tasty. I would definitely like to go back to try more.
Very good pasta, good service, would definitely consider revisiting.
Not as good as Hoxton
A very roomy and authentic eatery. Serves English causal food and generally all well served and seasoned. Well manned and well attended. Food items are well prepared and well presented and if going in the right time picking the right choices the CP values can be very high, like my meal includes an entrée (stuffed chicken wings), 2 mains (one whole lobster and one veggie burger) and a dessert(crumple) cost me less than $350!
first visit and positively surprised by the location, ambience and “mega-tasty” organic Beer…served by very friendly servers…

nice English food n coffee
Nice place. Food was good. Next to road but not too noisy. Friendly staff. I had the dinner set which was great tasting and well priced. The steak was cooked very blue when I requested rare (only reason it isn’t a 5*) but I still enjoy blue anyway, so still really enjoyed it. I would recommend this as somewhere to stop by in Kennedy Town.

pretty alright, came for the oysters only for a quick lunch, cant say much but the service was alright and the drinks were average
I waisted 1 hour of my life waiting for the smallest lunch portion ever… Looks like a tasting menu – which size is fine if you have several dishes in a row. In this case this small portion on average sized plate (just to put into scale; picture for reference) and a small soup was called “lunch”. Average coffee and 10% of “service charge” (not deserved! ) for just 210 HKD. Unique experience… but never again for me.

English style food, with a regular all you can eat oyster night. Roasts are quite good although not the same as in the UK. They also have their own larger which is pretty tasty. Shoreditch can get a bit warm and humid if the staff decide to open all of the side windows.

After moving into the neighborhood, we have been trying many places in Kennedy Town. And this place really stands out among many. Shoreditch has been around as long as I have been in HK and one of those places I always wanted to try but did not have a chance to. It is definitely pleasant resraurant with a full spectrum of menu all the way from brunch to steak. It seems like they also have a free flow option which you can add to your brunch or dinner with 188 hkd per person, which we might try next time. The vibe of the restaurant is old British pub and their menu is primarily British and Scottish. So yes they do have Soctched eggs.
I orderd a crab and tiger prawn egg benedict which was quite tasty. I really liked how they served with their homemase sourdough.
Price is also not cheap but reasonable. Around the ball park you would expect from the mid tier restaurant in HK.
Very relaxing atmosphere
Shoreditch is British food with a whole lot more. Great Steaks, oysters, bread, BURGERS, and Fish and Chips. They import their own beer on tap too. Love the Curry which I never tried before until now and loved it. A must try in Kennedy Town.

Overall very good. Service is a bit slow and it’s a bit pricey, but good quality is good. We tried the Cumberland sausage wheel, the burger, the mushroom pasta, the black pudding and the fish and chips. The only thing I didn’t like were the minty mushy peas.

Service was BAD, disgraceful attitude from staff. Food was average.
Food is amazing. Highly recommend the lamb rib and the lobster! Service is good and one of the waitress gave us a good laugh. When asked what is in the sauce on the side of the lobster, “sauce,” she answered. She did come back later and explained it better.

Steak Night
Every Monday it’s steak night at Shoreditch, all steaks are half price. It can get a bit busy, but it’s worth it. Very varied menu, with lots of original cocktails and drinks. Friendly service provided, in a vibrant, cosy environment.
週一吃牛排，週二吃牡蠣。一半的價格。
I was about to give it 5 stars after our experience the last 2 times. Shoreditch was on the best way of becoming my family’s new favourite restaurant in K Town. Back then, we truly enjoyed the steaks (on Monday’s steak nights) , pricing, and generous portion sizes…
However, today there were some letdowns:
– I arrived at 5.57pm and the waitress told me that it was too late for the happy hour beer (I still got it after a little discussion)
– steak night prices had gone up by 20% or so
– portion sizes have been reduced
– one of the three steaks was below average quality, one steak was overcooked, one was good
– minimum spend of 100 dollars per person on top of steak prices
– we waited for about 45-60 min for our mains, no apologies
In short, a good restaurant but they shouldn’t compromise on quality and service.
Was excited to go – was hoping that this could be a good British pub. It wasn’t. Only two beers on tap. The menu read well but the food was okay. My impossible burger was bland – could have done with more tasty either like a sweet onion chutney or some spice. The tomato salad was okay but the yoghurt didn’t add much – would have been better not being there or replaced by a creamy cheese like ricotta. Finally, they didn’t take AMEX – which for the price and location seems unreasonable.
