Burger is excellent with any topping you want. But the price is little bit high. You should use English to order, but you can’t say”this, this and this” as in Subway
seats are limited, may be eat ans sit by the sea

Staff is great. It was quite busy though. I wish they have some kind of waiting system for seating as some people are inconsiderate and need to follow rules as they lack basic human decency.
burger is delicious but we found the chips were green inside, I think this is not good
It’s good. As advertised. It’s expensive as you expect. It’s not your everyday MacDonald replacement but once in a while, you need to be rewarded.

Always my favorite burger! The quality of food is the same in HK and in the US, and the staff are very nice and let us take our time to choose the toppings.
I always order the little cheeseburger with Mayo & BBQ sauce, grilled onions and grilled mushroom is a must for toppings. The fries is always a lot so a small fries is more than enough for 2 person.
Fast food restaurant, excellent.
Variety of food to choose from and a customizable milkshake for a reasonable price.
Pricing might be expensive but worth a shot, if you are a fan of burgers you are absolutely recommended.
There are also fries if you are interested, unlimited refill of ketchup avalible.

Wife said, “Hey, have you tried Five Guys already? Since you’re a burger freak…”
Me said, “Yeah, why not?”
Hong Kong is a food heaven, also a food junkyard if you’re not careful enough. Located in K11, one of the newest Five Guys in town, serving literally junk food out of the kitchen.
The burger itself being wrapped in a thin foil, in just mere minutes of time, the bun soaked up all the moisture like a wet diaper. And yet, the slogan said, “THE BEST BURGER YOU’VE EATEN IN YOUR LIFE”
I must say, whoever said that, must have had childhood trauma.
The fries, OMG, do you live under a well?
When a McDonald’s burger is better than you, then you know how junk you’re.

Five Guys is my all time favourite, I love their fries so much and also the peanuts. Unfortunately, they didn’t serve free peanuts recently, not known whether because of COVID.
Normal 5 guys quality
Quick service, their burgers are sooo juicy! You can choose as many toppings. The sodas are refillable and the milkshakes are amazing! ( I love the peanut butter, salted caramel and oreo pieces)

Excellent fries, bad burger. They served me an extremely soggy bun due to the moisture of the toppings, not the patty. Wrapping the burger with tinfoil trapped the steam to make it even more disgusting. The beef was dry and tasteless and the cheese was hardly melty, I couldn’t believe what I got was freshly cooked up. Basically what was supposed to be dry turned out moist and vice versa, incredibly in one package.
I frequently went to Five Guys in America and their burgers were much better than what I got in HK. Deserves 0 star but I gave it 2 for the good fries.
Angus beef burger MEAL at McDonalds cost only a few more bucks than a soft drink here, by the way. That burger can beat the soaking wet Five Guys bun hands down.

Totally overrated! Way too expensive! Hero Burger definitely better quality burger and fries. Honestly, I would even go as far as choosing the new McDonald’s Angus to Five Guys cheese and bacon burger. Fries have too much salt. The second star is for their shakes which my children enjoyed!

今天2022年5月18日，去灣仔參觀完會展地鐵站及灣仔碼頭海濱花園後，乘搭渡輪來到尖東海旁的K11 MUSEA商場裡面的Five Guys食美式快餐。

連鎖店嚟講算好食. 一定好食過McDonald. 份量大, 但偏貴.

價錢稍高但物有所值，burger幾大個，薯條夠脆，推薦花生醬奶昔，好香
