Twist & Buckle is a Spanish churros specialist located on Chatham Road in TST East. They are open from 12pm to 10.30pm. There are a few indoor wall seats but this is mostly a take-away place. They offer original churro with four types of dipping sauce as well as a range of glazed churros and churro sundaes.
Recently enjoyed their original churro which was heavily dusted with cinnamon along with salted caramel sauce. This was a good after lunch dessert, not easy to find good churros around TST, this was pretty good, worth stopping by to enjoy when in the mood.
話說車車幾中意食churros, 每次經過E間鋪頭都會忍唔住望一眼講一句”靜間食飽飯就嚟食甜品?”, 可惜每次都係食到勁飽, 突然有一日諗我食左甜品再食正餐未得囉! 於是就沖左入去食佢地嘅招牌打卡Rainbow Churros配雪糕!
Churros即叫即炸非常新鮮, 入口外脆內軟, 一d都唔覺得油膩, 出面鋪滿唔同顏色嘅砂糖, 邊食邊望住都好開心, 配搭牛奶雪糕一齊食, 一冷一熱嘅口感, 滋味又邪惡
由於第2日就係中秋節所以車車都買左一盒同屋企人開心share, 一盒入面有6條唔同口味嘅

每款Churros好有驚喜, 好睇又好食, 甜度適中, 入面仲附上3款醬分別係楓糖漿／黑朱古力醬／牛奶朱古力醬, 車車就最中意Hazel Lah, 朱古力醬配搭粒粒榛子, 好有咬口好好味, Crunchy Matcha外層鋪滿哂彩色嘅corn flakes, 食嚟脆卜卜口感豐富, 沾上楓糖漿味道更可口!

一直以來都成日聽人講西班牙呢一種人稱「鬼佬油炸鬼」嘅甜品，不過就一直未試過，尖沙咀呢間舖頭就係專賣Churros嘅專門店?
佢哋買嘅款式同種類好多，無論係最原本嘅Churros定係新地雪糕，甚至做散水餅嘅禮盒裝都有！真係超級豐富呀???

咬落去香脆可口，充滿糖霜嘅甜味，唔同口味都非常有特色，不過怕甜嘅朋友可能真係會覺得有少少甜?但係當小食試吓都真係幾唔錯！

Finally after six months I felt at home! Very nice location, excellent quality, friendly staff .. you can choose between sitting there or taking your churros and taking them away (the box is very nice) .. There are many variations of churros, after 10 minutes in front of the menu I finally chose! Churro with white chocolate and Oreo with ice cream.. there are no words! Very big portion and great price! If I would recommend it? Of course yes! Will I be back? Of course yes!

好吃的Churros在香港不好找，除了之前在Bayfare Social吃過Churros，覺得蠻好吃的以外，同事推薦可以試試這間店，結果真的很好吃呢‼️榮升成心目中Churros的第1️⃣名！
因為這次吃飽了，所以是外帶回家當宵夜吃，有用烤箱再烤熱來吃喔

因為是即場新鮮炸起，所以Churros外面酥脆內裡煙韌！開心果的味道不是很突出，而脆脆讓只沾有糖顆粒的Churros更有口感~

喜歡吃甜的不能錯過這口味！不同甜味混合在一起就是好吃❤️
Creme Brulee 焦糖布甸
這口味比較推薦馬上就吃(內用) ，因為淋上焦糖的Churros會變很軟，即使用烤箱再烤熱也不能恢復脆度喔~
難得遇到好吃的Churros，所以下次經過的話一定會試試其他口味?

It was warm and delicious. The workers were so nice and gave us 2 free mini churros!
Super yummy churros! It’s so hard to find good churros in HK, but was glad to stumble upon this gem! I had no idea where to start, but decided to go with one of the sundae specialty churros, which comes with toppings and soft serve ice cream. Super reasonably priced for a portion you get, and perfectly filling and satisfying too, especially if you have a bit of a sweet tooth. If you’re in the TST area and need a dessert fix after a meal, this place is a must-try!

除了傳統原味Churros蘸肉桂砂糖之外，亦可以追加多款醬料或升級糖衣，再配以奶昔或新地杯千變萬化，更有禮盒裝適合與親朋戚友分享或作為散水餅。
Glazed Churros ($38) 有Cookies & Cream、Crème Brûlée、Marshmallow、Pistachio Crunch、Purple Sweet Potato、Lemon Pie等共十一款口味，一如既往即點即炸外酥內軟， HAZEL LAH外層榛子醬遇熱後變得更加軟滑濃稠，份量充沛並佈滿香烤榛子碎簡單而滿足。
COOKIES AND CREAM ($68)
Churros外層裹上白朱古力醬再蘸上OREO碎，甜度偏高實在無可厚非，但對我而言仍屬合理範圍，與雪糕冷熱交融但冰感較重可更軟滑綿密，淋上朱古力醬形成脆皮，再配以OREO夾心餅及威化卷口感豐富。
美味的吉拿棒
香脆可口，微甜，恰到好處。
