Tried the smore’s Churros and rainbow sundae. Was made fairly quick and the staff were super friendly. ?
Churros are really nice and fresh. I think the sauce would be better of drizzled on the top instead of at the bottom of the sundae. The rainbow sugar didn’t was unflavoured, it’d be cool if they were different flavours.
Can’t wait to return and try the churro dog!

非常好味吉拿棒！雪糕都好味，造型漂亮不過價錢貴咗少少！
第一次吃#churros 是在2019年末時在#Barcelona。新鮮炸好的churros配上熱的黑朱古力。吃過一次之後，久久不能忘懷。
因為隔天就要坐早機回香港，所以即使想在當地再吃一次，也沒機會再吃。
本想在2020年再找一次去Barcelona，重溫這個小吃，然後就是COVID-19出現。於是只好在香港，不停去找churros，想找回那時能吃到的味道和感覺。
TWIST & BUCKLE, 應該是我吃過最近似於那時我在Barcelona吃到的味道和口感了。如果想找最近似西班牙的churros，真的該來這間無誤?
雪糕，如果不是超級嗜甜，我覺得倒是可以省略。下次再來，應該會點加上糖霜的試試。
?Cookies and Cream ($48)
Back to the time when I first tried the churros, I was in Barcelona, Dec 2019. The freshly made churros with the hot dark chocolate was being served and it was literally one of the best things I tried when I was in Barcelona.
I was so wanted to have it again. However, my flight back to HK was in a really early morning the other day, thus, didn’t have a chance to have it again before I came back.
I was planning to visit the city again, but then, COVID-19 happened.
I can then only try to have it in HK and hopefully can find the taste again. And for the restaurants I went to have the churros, I wouldn’t say they are not good but it’s just not the same thing I tasted in Barcelona until I came to TWIST & BUCKLE.
The churros was almost the same I had in Barcelona. The texture, the taste, the crispy level, it makes me nostalgic. I will come back for it.
As for the ice cream, I think it suits for the sweet tooth who loves sweet ice cream.

Churro 香脆加埋面頭焦糖咁的棉花糖好好食。雪糕都唔錯
A friend recommended Twist & Buckle to me, saying that they serve delicious churros, and she has been there a few times already during its soft opening stage. I guess it must be really good, so I decided to try it out after having dinner nearby.
The churros menu is really pretty and eye-catching! I was actually quite full after dinner, so I couldn’t try the Cookie Monster I wanted, and turned to Banoffee.
The wall opposite to the preparation counter was filled with lovely photos related to churros and ice cream. Hearty!
There are three different types of original sundates, which consist of an original churro with vanilla soft serve ice cream served with toppings of your choice. Toppings for Banoffee are caramelized bananas and banoffee sauce, as well as an oreo biscuit roll.
The dessert was super delicious through and through! Crunchy and freshly fried churro with the right amount of cinnamon powder. Creamy vanilla soft serve. Crispy oreo biscuit roll. The banoffee was of top notch too, a nice balance of caramel and banana taste! The best part of this dessert is that it’s not overly sweet as you think it might be. Very enjoyable indeed!!!
Definitely the best churros in town, even compatible to the great ones I had in Spain! How could you not love it? I am thinking when to visit again for the Cookie Monster 😛

一攞到手論賣相已經好打卡able? 肉桂味Churro上面灑滿砂糖 食落完全唔油膩 咬落非常脆口?配上牛奶雪糕同Oreo、朱古力蛋捲做點綴?呢個組合應該大部份人都唔會抗拒?可惜個oreo可能擺耐咗 淋咗啲?同埋唔知係咪黎得唔係時候 個Churro如果熱番少少會仲好味?

好中意佢地的透明廚房，清楚望到整個做法，特別吸睛。
《Lemon Pie $35》
檸檬奶皇配蛋白脆餅碎
Lemon Tart Fans一定會中意呢個口味！Churros質感鬆脆，加上微微燒過但凍凍地的檸檬蛋白霜，味道酸酸甜甜好好食，食完會好開胃。
《Coconuts $35》
焦糖牛奶醬配椰子絲及杏仁片
先將Churros沾滿焦糖牛奶醬，再撒上椰子絲及杏仁片，椰子同杏仁的香氣越食越明顯，但焦糖醬有少少膩，食到後段有啲普通。
整體而言係值得revisit，建議可以落多啲肉桂粉，同埋Churros可以再熱辣辣啲。

Churros即叫即製熱辣辣，炸得金黃，外脆內軟，唔會過於紮實或者過乾，入口毫無油益味。churros外層塗上焦糖牛奶醬、椰子絲、杏仁片，椰絲同杏仁香氣越嚼越突岀，甜膩感同油膩感都比想像中低~
▪️Churro dog $38
估唔到churro同hot dog呢個配搭 食落又唔奇怪喎。雖然餡料無咩特別，都係司華力腸、mustard同ketchup，不過以churro代替麵包，就為平凡嘅熱狗 增添左一絲香脆嘅口感，而且毫無油膩感！面頭更灑滿香脆幼薯條。
▪️Argentinian empanada – ham & cheese $38
阿根廷餡餅有三款口味，每款都係即叫即製！超熱辣辣！今次就揀左ham & cheese，搣開有長長嘅芝士拉絲~ 外皮非常酥脆香口，略嫌芝士同火腿 份量偏小 味道偏淡。
▪️Mango & passion fruit $28
芒果同熱情果味道同樣突岀，甜度唔會太高。絕對係消暑解膩良品~
整體嚟講，churros口感相當唔錯！唔會好似之前食過個啲咁紮實咁乾咁油，絕對可以為churros再戰！

Very nice churro place, you can either take them away or enjoy them on the spot, there are a few stools available, they are good for a short stay to have your churro. The prices are reasonable, the staff professional and friendly. The location is great too, especially since it is close to some exits of East TST MTR Station.

可能剛吃完晚飯 不想加太多醬料?所以選了原味！也好好測試一下基本功?果然不錯?
肉桂味是有的 也不太濃 不會太重口味?
同時也脆口的 並不會一大啖就是炸的麵團的感覺?

I tried the original version?which tasted good! And you can taste the cinnamon from the first bite of the churros ?This one is the popular Spanish churros snacks shop in Tsim Sha Tsui ?If you are one of the Churros fans, you must go for a try?
Quite good, the portion is quite big. I do not recommend having combo (Ice cream with churros) for take away, because of the coloring, it will create a big mess. Better to eat there.
The chocolate syrup they used is the one which freezes into crispy chocolate(脆皮）, not really chocolate sauce, which is i didn’t really like that.
They have free water. Not too bad! Recommended to try
