Music too loud, too much noodles in one serve
Great food, quite location, nice service
Only two choices of ramen in this ramen restaurant. Lack of variety in my opinion. The price is a bit overpriced which is around a hundred Hong Kong Dollar for a bowl of ramen (other decent ramen restaurants charge around eighty Hong Kong Dollar). The quality is not bad but they don’t have many seats there so you might need to wait for a long time on holidays.

Beautifully presented ramen. Really liked the broth as I was surprised by it being chicken, very different from the normal pork broth. It was very comfortable sitting inside too so would come back if I end up being nearby

午餐時間來到不多人不用排隊 點到A4和牛牛骨湯拉麵 和牛好食 不過湯及麵身卻一般 如果純講拉麵質素不值一來
When I saw a 4 ½ star soba place, I got pretty excited… for soba. But this is actually a ramen place. With that said, it’s decent ramen, for HK. The place is clean and the staff are polite. The soup is creamy and the noodles are nice and firm, but the pork is not very flavorful.

Don’t be fooled by the name , Zagin Soba is very good ramen store that serves amazing chicken broth based japanese noodles. A must visit for any ramen aficionado in HK. The broth is rich and sinful but oh so worth it

Small menu of very good chicken soup
The tsukemen at Zagin is hands down the best in town. The ‘al-dente’ texture and thickness of the ramen is unmatched. The broth is so finely balanced, not aiming to be over the top, but just right. Zagin is one of the top ramen shops available in Hong Kong, no question.
The food was immaculate. The chicken broth is frothed up and quite unique. The meat was fresh but lacked seasoning, but complemented the broth quite well. Only complaint is that the bowl is quite deep and impractical to eat from. Service was great and tea was refilled immediately.
This is my neighbourhood go-to ramen place.
First, the pros: the savoury and salty soup is perfectly balanced by the Q noodles, well cooked char siu n chicken fillet slice AND topped with the unique addition of fried strips of burdock root; which I’ve never encountered elsewhere. Service is efficient and prompt.
The cons: the price. It is steep, even taking into consideration the location and quality of the food.
So it is more of an occasional treat; and the reason why this isn’t 5 stars.

而炸牛蒡絲亦都係黎碗拉麵畫龍點睛嘅部份 真係超級脆而唔油膩
而平時嘅慢煮雞肉片就變咗雞肉粒🙈
就唔係當日我食黎碗拉麵嘅主角啦🤣🎃
雖然價錢貴D 但始終係我心目中香港暫時最好食嘅拉麵🍜Top 3

The service was immaculate. Helped me with my bag and refilled the cold tea quickly. I tried their signature dish with chicken broth. It was delicious but slightly salty for my taste. The pork was only so so. The tamago was excellent but you need to pay extra.
The place is clean and the food very good. The noodle and soup are piping hot. A bit expensive but it is worth trying. Service is fast and courteous. It is a noodle bar type restaurant.
This is our very favourite Soba Noodles place in Happy Valley… We are regular visitors!

Cosy Japanese ramen place in Happy Valley. The food is quite tasty and their menu is very very limited. The broth has good depth and noodles have been cooked perfectly each time I’ve been. Their fried chicken is savory and juicy, always order it. It’s a bit pricey but the quality is worth it for a splurge on ramen.
Amazeballs. One of my favourite ramen joints in Hong Kong. Broth b is good, chicken is good, and eggs are smokey, all a thumbs up. Can get packed, but for good reason. Recommended.
