日式火鍋、台式火鍋滿街都有，反而東南亞風的火鍋就好像比較少見。
位於跑馬地的 – 九雲居 就提供了惹味的東南亞風湯底喔！
因為店位置比較入，提議大家搭總站是去跑馬地的電車～這樣就不用行半個馬場囉
店面和內裡裝修有新派感，我在門口經過時差點miss了
特色湯底有七款可以選擇，每一款也很吸引～還頗難選擇呢
幸好這裡也可以隻拼湯底，那就選最想吃的兩款
另外亦有一些特別的火鍋配料！
在等朋友時先點了飲品和餐前小吃 – 班蘭香茅茶 ($78) & 香辣椰子炒蜆 ($88)
加了班蘭的香茅茶入口很清香，在打邊爐時喝也能緩和飽肚感的喲
炒蜆吃落不算太辣，吸收了醬汁的椰子肉很惹味
不止是湯底，連這裡的醬料都有些較為特別的
像是桔仔，可以嘗試在豉油中加少許。除了清新的酸香，感覺還能令食慾增加呢
湯底選了 – 娘惹喇沙 & 泰式椰子雞湯 ($338)
左邊的喇沙湯底香料十足～ 可以看到有南薑、香茅、辣椒等，十分惹味
上桌後加的海鮮跟湯底很夾，而且湯內還有豆腐卜！充分吸收了湯來吃很滋味耶
右邊湯底的椰香味很突出，清甜的味道剛好與喇沙形成對比
老實說這兩個湯底已經夠濃味，即使不沾醬汁也可。建議先嚐一下湯才開始打邊爐喔
因為是喇沙嘛～很適合吃海鮮，所以點了 – 海中蝦 ($168) & 刀貝甲 ($128)
蝦頗大一隻~鮮味十足，肉質很結實。貝殼類海鮮吃得多，但這種的較少吃
原來刀貝甲入口鮮甜，口感鮮脆。另外彈牙的 蝦滑 ($88) 也有點
美國頂級牛小排 ($358) & 美國頂級板腱牛 ($328)
兩者的牛味均十分濃郁，油花的分佈亦均勻~吃落細嫩得來略帶嚼勁！
但原來除了這些部位的牛肉打邊爐不錯外，牛胸爽 ($88) 同樣可口~喜歡那脆爽的口感
既然來到，當然要抱著嘗新的心態特地選了較有特色的餃和丸
九雲泰豬肉餃 ($88) & 九雲巴東牛肉餃 ($88)
餃子皮的口感有點像魚皮餃的那種，內裡充滿了湯汁，十分惹味。
個人來說喜歡巴東牛肉餃多點，能吃到椰奶的味道！
紅咖喱鯪魚丸 ($98) & 馬拉盞蝦丸 ($98)
普通的吃得多，加了紅咖喱的辣與馬拉盞的香就讓它們的味道層次產生變化囉
但口感方面還是很彈牙的啊
這麼惹味的湯底，不忘點一份 響鈴 ($38) 來吸收湯汁！
稻庭烏冬 ($28) 也是不二之選囉～菜的話則點了 – 椰菜苗 ($48)

Love the soup base, homemade dumplings and meat balls.
On the pricey side, but food is great!
Yummy broth options inspired by different countries around Asia – Tom Yum and Laksa were my favourite. Lots of fresh ingredients. Fast and friendly service.

Quite good! Mixed of Thai and other Asian flavors. Good quantity but a bit more on the pricey side.
Went there on a weekday to try their lunch menu. Decent lunch sets that include a main dish, a side and a drink. We picked Nonya Laksa and Oxtail tomato Udon. The Laksa had a not-too-spicy soup stock flavoured with coconut milk, and topped with prawns and fishcake. The oxtail tomato udon was also delicious.
靑咖哩牛腩同豬手飯好正，服務亦非常好。

Don’t understand why reviews were so high for this place. I ordered a tom yum koong soup noodle with chicken wings lunch set for HKD$150. Based on menus posted online, I thought the lunch set was HKD$128 which is already quite expensive. There was no point arguing with the staff so I paid the absurd amount HKD$150.
The soup noodle had an overpowering coconut milk taste and didn’t have an authentic tom yum koong taste. The sub-par ingredients used didn’t help either. I was given a small piece of overcooked scallop which I thought was raw at first because of the translucent grey-ish color; I also received a piece of imitation crab, which at this price point isn’t acceptable. The only good piece of seafood was the two small pieces of shrimp. Although they were quite small in size, they had a nice fresh flavour.
The lemongrass chicken wings which I got as a side had good flavour but was extremely oily. I found out why that was when I bit into the chicken wing. There was a thick piece of skin that made the chicken wing look big, but in reality it was quite a small piece. I felt bloated just after eating the two chicken wings I was given from the excruciating amount of oil.
Overall, a $150 price tag does not justify this meal.

Food quality is good but service has dropped significantly since previous visits (service rating would be 1/5). We were the only table on a Thursday evening, and instead of taking care of the only customers, the two staff had no service orientation, handed the bill to us even before we finished eating and pretty much kicked us out at sharp 10pm while we were still finishing drinks. No apologies, no explanation, blatantly rude. Very disappointing from a neighborhood restaurant. Hope the service will improve!

Went for lunch on a weekend and it was very tasty and a good deal, however the pandas chicken we ordered as an appetiser was a bit undercooked
