無唸到西營盤海味街附近轉角位會有一間Coffee Shop係度，偶然睇到網上介紹Bluebird Coffee所以就唸住去飲下咖啡，地方雖然細但環境舒適，店員好nice。

When I got to Bluebird, there were no seats so I stood outside to wait for my friend and then someone who looks like the owner came out to ask if wanted to sit outside since there is more space. Being deathly attractive to mosquitoes and with a thunderstorm warning on the horizon, I kindly declined and said I would just wait for my friend. She said no worries and that a table should free up in the next several minutes. And she was right! One of the tables left and she immediately bussed it for me. I ordered their flat white, my go-to, and I enjoyed the richness of the coffee. Overall, my experience here was good and would recommend it if you’re in the area.
Bluebird Coffee is one of my favourite coffee shops around. This is in my opinion probably the best cafe in Hong Kong. I’ve been to a lot of cafes!

Highly recommend “Dirty”, the mixture between hot and cold would give you and a charge on that
By the way, the cheesecake is awesome though. Specially the bottom was not blended with simple wafer biscuit.
Such a hidden gem in Sai Ying Pun! Nice coffee, cosy atmosphere and good-tasted pastries. The takeaway cups with floral pattern and interesting motto are impressive. Especially like the navy tone interior design which haven’t found in HK yet. Strongly recommend to try if u stop by the western district:)

Randomly passed by this hidden cafe in Sai Ying Pun and thought of giving it a try. The flat white and cheesecake is superb! Love the ambience and definitely would recommend coming on a Sunday to chill with your friends!
We tried the innovative peanut butter latte and nutella latte and both are really good!
Really good coffee
自家製的士多啤梨芝士蛋糕 ，外觀精緻，味道絕不簡單。淡黃色的牛油餅底，配上鮮草莓及淋上草莓果醬。
入口幼滑，芝士香味突出，從後帶出清新感，輕型不覺膩。酸酸甜甜的草莓果醬，及芝士蛋糕的餅底，亦令人眼前一亮，草莓果醬開胃，而餅底很鬆軟帶牛油香，層次分明。
芝士火腿牛角包，牛角包是自家製，有牛油香，外皮酥脆內鬆軟，配芝士火腿，味道上更感豐富。
棉花糖咖啡，用牛奶咖啡做底，再舖上滿滿的棉花糖熔入咖啡中，口感更creamy ，甜而不膩，很合適少女們飲用。
冰火咖啡，一層一層不同濃度的咖啡，濃郁突出，咖啡味酸帶重，有先酸後甘香感。

Bluebird offers a tea set (on week days?) with a choice of coffee and a piece of cake. I have picked a latte with oat milk and a strawberry cheesecake; a pretty good combination between nutty coffee and creamy cheesecake. Particularly impressed by the fresh strawberries and the sauce.
A pretty nice place for a coffee break.
Definitely my go-to coffee spot in the area! Love their choices of non-dairy milk and highly recommend their homemade cheesecake! 🙂

This cozy cafe in a side street of Western District of Hong Kong offers excellent coffee. Their homemade cheesecake is smooth and delicious. It is a friendly place with relaxing ambience for get together with friends, or just to enjoy some quiet time.

如果你去嘅話一定要試尼個pie勁好食 佢酥皮又夠脆 本身spinach 嘅批已經好少見 佢啲芝士份量岩岩好吾會好膩吾會淨系食到芝士味 佢仲批當然系焗左先比你放心佢系吾會有starbucks翻熱 熱得濟嘅問題👍🏼 .

Nice new shop with great coffee and cake
Stopped by for a flat white and a slice of blueberry cheese cake at tea time. The flat white was perfectly done for my taste, while the home made cheese cake was just the right level of richness. They might stretch your wallet a bit but well worth it!

因為未試過ice drip 所以試一試。聽店員講佢地嘅ice drip 先係用滴漏方式漏咗一日先，之後將咖啡凍多兩日，作為發酵，所以ice drip風味會更加特出。而ice drip係用咗尼加拉瓜產地的咖啡豆。ice drip喝落下不是濃郁，反而有淡淡的咖啡香，而咖啡的甘香慢慢流在口中。
士多啤梨芝士蛋糕
店員話係老闆獨門秘方，士多啤梨鮮甜，而芝士蛋糕鬆軟而不太膩，而餅底脆口。
咖啡款式很多，咖啡師熱心介紹適合客人口味之咖啡。
藍莓芝士蛋糕非常美味，口感軟滑，餅底尤其出色。
A chillaxing morning in bluebird cafe. Their cheesy spinach pastry is scrumptious with crispy external and melting cheese inside:) I ordered a special flavour latte which was in the taste of peanut, the salty peanut butter blended perfectly with tangy coffee. Worth a try and will definitely come here again!
