草莓芝士蛋糕
相當出色，芝士味濃郁，質感柔軟，入口細緻香滑，甜度適中，餅底鬆脆。即使獨個兒吃一整件，也不覺膩。
煙三文魚三文治
份量十足，非常足料！三文治另外加了芝士和菜作餡料，煙三文不會很咸，包外層微脆，內裡煙韌，味道豐富。
Coconut Latte
入口散發叫著椰子香，椰子味沒什有蓋過咖啡的味道，咖啡味濃厚，口感幼滑清新。

This is hands down the best coffee in Hong Kong and top 5 coffees in the world. A flat white here has the perfect flavor and consistency–the baristas perfectly steam milk and the coffee is always perfectly brewed. I honestly with they’d expand to be a bigger chain.
The house roast blend is so good, one of my favorites in the neighborhood! Although small in size, they have a big menu and a cute interior. Recommended for coffee lovers

This place is a gem! The coffee menu is great; it has your standard coffee options plus some unique choices to make. They have a variety of beans to choose from for drip coffee including premium, single source beans. I had the premium Brazil drip coffee and it was fantastic! Went very well with their delicious homemade cheesecake! I’ll be back for sure. Oh and you can by bags of coffee beans too.
Beautiful blue and white coffee shop! Very special peanut butter latte and well made hand drip coffee. Enjoy them with their yummy strawberry cheesecake. Come here early for the cheesecake as it runs out quickly!

B先生平時飲開mocha，因為接受唔到齋啡的苦澀味🙈。既然今次來到咖啡專門店，梗係要挑戰下其他種類，經咖啡師既講解下就決定叫呢款啦。相比起Mocha，Mochaccino多了一層更濃既咖啡香，小了一份甜度，每啖都有微微既朱古力香，岩曬鍾意咖啡味重D既人😋。

雖然榛子醬本身係偏甜，但係佢無搶左咖啡豆的香味，反而中和左咖啡既苦澀味，所以飲落甜度岩岩好，好易入口。作為咖啡新手既C小姐都大讚好飲🤣。

📍$37 芝士菠菜酥
酥皮做得好酥脆之餘，芝士同菠菜個比例亦岩岩好😋。要特別讚一讚菠菜的味道並無被芝士蓋過，而且仲帶出到微微的芝士香。整體感覺是出色的酥皮批，芝士同酥皮呢個配搭雖然邪惡，但食落竟沒有半點肥膩感，配埋咖啡一齊食真係岩岩好🤤。

📍$22 朱古力酥
雖然呢個組合看似平凡，但食落都幾驚喜，因為當甜甜既朱古力粒係口裏面融化，再配埋鬆脆既酥皮批底，真係每啖都好幸福😊。另外，值得一讚既係店員處理食物手法，接到order後會即刻焗熱，再等埋剛剛沖好既咖啡先一齊上台，非常貼心👍🏻。

Nice bold new coffee flavors
After a meeting in Sheung Wan, I managed to pop in Bluebird Coffee 15 minutes before it closes, and that’s why I ordered a Flat White to go instead of dining in, though I would really love to dine in so that I can enjoy the coffee shop vibes and save the environment (I know…I forgot to bring my reusable coffee cup…).
There are three sizes for Flat White, “Short”, “Tall” and “Large”. This Tall Flat White is quite pricey (HKD$48) compared to other coffee shops. It was a bit disappointing that there was no latte art for my to-go coffee, whilst other hearty coffee shops do that even for take away. The coffee was just okay, not fruity nor chocolaty, just aromatic.

You couldn’t say you’ve been to this cafe without this savory blueberry cheesecake!🔵 The cheesecake itself was so rich & smooth; with a crunchy & slightly buttery shortbread cookie base.☺ It also topped off with a generous amount of blueberries!🤤🤤

What an art to appreciate❣😍 A mocha that was based on expresso and milk, and it has a slightly chocolate flavor to it.😋 Best way to warm yourself up during the windy days!

The mango frappe was kinda refreshing, slightly sour and sweet. But since this is a cream-based drink, the rich cream flavor was kind of overriding the mango flavor.😝 But still a delightful drink to enjoy with.😚😚

搶眼的鮮藍店面，內搭粉藍設計，食物和咖啡味道不錯，兩者的種類有大型連鎖咖啡店的影子，缺點是店內座位太少(大約10個)，一眼已盡覽整間店。
很久沒來這裡了，很期待藍鳥咖啡館。
不幸的是，我發現員工不感興趣、無聊地玩手機。價格像星巴克。不提供便宜的早餐套餐。很失望。開盤後不久就不同了。工作人員努力取悅每一位客人。提供了更便宜的選擇。

👉聽講佢地用既麵糰都係每日新鮮焗製，而另外絕對
值得一試既就係「火腿芝士牛角酥」，麵包質感非常
軟腍鬆脆。中間較為空心唔會死實，入口feel到新鮮
熱辣辣，牛油味依舊做到濃郁，輕盈感一流，抵讚！

👉老實講我唔係完全既咖啡控，我比較鍾意飲偏甜既
咖啡層次，所以Mocha絕對係我首要之選。呢到將
朱古力同咖啡兩隻味道平衡得好好，味道唔會太甜
太單調，口感細滑。另外拉花都唔錯，精緻巧究，
呢個價錢飲得過！

Coffee was unexpectedly good. Very silky and the coffee flavour is really good. I ordered a soy latte with one shot. Want to try their peanut butter latte but it is not available. The cheesecake turns out okay.
Not many seats available and not the best place for a long chat because the space is not that big and comfortable. Good for a quick coffee.

6:00關門，的確有啲早，我5:30到，所以只有30分鐘既時間，有啲趕🤪
Anyway, 點左開心果瑪德利蛋糕同Latte skim milk.
蛋糕第一次上，完全over baked, 硬到切唔開，當然叫佢換，幸好第二次就好多了。味道唔算甜，牛油味香，但唔係點食得出開心果味道，Hkd16/件，叫不過不失～
咖啡味道好特別，堅果味好重，另外可能加左少少海鹽調味，所以係唔同嘅味道，屬深度烘焙既咖啡。但好睇個人，因為口味比較重，我哋覺得一般般。Hkd38/8oz (Tall size)
但讚既係咖啡杯簡約得來幾靚，碟既配色都合佢店內既主題。所以中意重口味同深度烘焙既人應該幾中意呢間咖啡店~
正正在地鐵站出口開了一間寬敞的cafe叫Bluebird，襯週末早上就去了飲杯咖啡、食個早餐。
時間尚早，我是第一枱客人，座位都能任我選坐。樓高兩層，我還是喜歡樓下靠落地玻璃窗的。
戶外有兩枱，有狗狗繩扣鎖位，可帶寵物到場，扣好繩子亦比較安全，主人亦可放心享用食物/咖啡。
我們各點了一杯咖啡：
《Dark Mocha $42 Tall》
喜歡mocha的他點選了這杯可可味更重的Dark Mocha，甜度適中，他說滿意。
《First Light $42 Tall》
而我就點了這杯earl grey latte 作底的咖啡，再加入honeycomb crumble的甜，伯爵茶味道不出，相比起傳統咖啡，可能這杯會有點特別。
《Sandwich $88》
點到一入三文治share，十分大件，一開二剛好。有ham之餘，中間還舖上了厚厚的南北蓉，清甜軟糯，特別又好味。麵包外層脆口，包質煙韌，是我們喜歡的口味。
然後再點了幾款甜食：
《Matcha Loaf Cake $26》
焗熱了邊位很香，抹茶味濃。
《Classic/ Raisin Scone $26》
Scone要襯熱，否則會太乾。
《Chocolate Chip Muffin $26》
朱古力味十分香濃，感覺是triple choc，焗熱後頂層香口，入面鬆軟。
過了一個很chill上早，下次環帶狗狗來！

Good coffee, didn’t try the food. To be fair this place isn’t much different than most other coffee shops in HK. Service was good when I went and he knew what he was talking about. But nothing special
DARK MOCHA
位於上環的🌿兩層藍調精品咖啡店☕️🐦
呢間原本係西營盤嘅Blue Bird，最近係上環站隔離開設了新嘅分店。
以藍及玫瑰金作為主調，環境更加之寬闊，亦都多了打卡位。
好似門口嘅大原台同裡面嘅吊木窗口位🥰

甜品擺盤好美，心太軟唔會過甜，感覺冇咁膩，杯裡面係苦苦的咖啡，估計是想中和蛋糕的甜膩，外面脆脆的，不過個心可以再軟d。

Very good and yummy coffee.
座位很小，但沒人的時候環境舒適，音樂令人放鬆氣氛很好。熱卡布奇諾，口味偏堅果味，奶泡滑順綿密，正常發揮。
