They hardly let people wait for their taxi to arrive after ordering takeaway.
Staff unhelpfully claimed to charge more for 10% and let me rather stay outside if I would like to stay several mins more.

帶子煎到中間都重好嫩，但個面又夠香。都幾正🤤
個麵本身分量都唔算少 重會跟塊sour dough 比你 飽哂🤣
我自己重會用包送麵食🤣
一直都以為cafe嘅野食都唔太好食，點知誤打誤撞入咗去食lunch嘅NOC又唔錯😊

My go-to place for brunch and late afternoon snacks. Coffee is great. Food is, too. Check out the all-day vegetarian breakfast. It’s got fee wifi too. It can get busy at lunch time.

The coffee is good but mostly their staff is really really nice. We were having issues with my Apple Pay payment and they all apologised and made up for it immediately. Really nice guys

Nice cafe, good coffee but the barista’s are very sloppy and thr staffs very rude: can ruin not just your coffee but your mood and day too. Service is below par. None, none of the staffs are friendly or welcoming. Badly trained staffs in a good place.

English version:
I love taking photos for food and drinks, and sometes I could be so obssessed that I messed with my outfits. This happended again while I was creating a bitten scene for NOC’s Golden Sanso. The tasty meshed avocato dropped on my outfits. I was using the wet tissue I brought along to clean up the mess, and a staff member approached me with napkins and even asked if I would like some hot water for cleaning up.
It is astonishing that the NOC staff noticed this situation when I was sitting back towards the counter. Really appreciate their sincere service and caring about their customers’ experiences in NOC.
Back to the food and beverage, I ordered a cup of Flat While (R) – HKD25 and Golden Santo – HKD74. The bill came with extra 10% of service charge. I reckon this is fair enough. Store staff members are kind, but won’t bother you with unnecessary attention. They do keep an eye on customers while they need help.
I visited here around 10am(weekday) and my order came to the table quite fast. Thanks for eliminating the waiting time between my food and drink, so that I could picture them together.
Awesome experience here, and hope the coming customers can experience the same kindness and sincerity.

我很喜歡幫食物拍照，但有時候太投入就會不小心把衣服弄髒。今天在NOC拍炒蛋多士伴牛油果（就是酪梨啦）的時候，這慘劇又發生了。當時我正在用自己的濕紙巾收拾殘局，有位店員走近我拿著餐巾紙來給我，還問我要不要一些熱水。
因為我的位置是背對櫃檯的，還蠻驚訝店員會發現我在幹嘛，被這樣關心和服務真的感覺很溫馨，想幫香港的服務業平反一下。
回到用餐經驗，今天點的是Flat While (R) – 25港幣和炒蛋多士伴牛油果 – 74港幣。結帳金額包含額外10%的服務費，個人覺得蠻合理的，服務人員和善，也不會給予過多不必要的注意，讓人尷尬；而當你真的需要協助的時候，他們真的會注意到你。
進店的時間是平日早上10點多，點單後餐點蠻快就上桌了，很感謝飲料和三明治上餐的時間差距沒有很久，才能在它們最美麗的時候留下合照。
在NOC的消費經驗是很棒的，希望之後來的顧客也能同享這些美好的體驗。
