Solid breakfast and coffee spot. Gets hella busy on weekends.
Coffee is supposed to be good and the store design is largely Japanese inspired…but the rather dumb staff has no sense of urgency, drinks take for ever to arrive and they all behave as if this was a trendy luxury fashion brand outlet, plain ridiculous and annoying, too much fuss, very little efficiency and actual proper service

Very good coffee, super friendly staff, well done .. muesli with very fresh fruit was yum (I saw food being presented to other customers and looked as good as photos here)
I tried a famous coffee here called dirty. They add a double shot espresso on top of a full cream milk. It makes a mix favour and two texture. It’s very special feelings
My friend did tried a matcha latte and ice latte. Also nice and good
Good atomosphere and good coffee
Beans roasted in-house, quality OK la. Waited for a while after the hand poured coffee has been prepared, not a good feeling for serious coffee lovers. No chance to try the pasties as almost sold out.

Terrible experience- I’ve been a regular here only to get shocked by how bad they are now. The coffee tasted horrible (first time ever, so I thought there must have been a mistake) so I asked to remake, and the new one came in obviously bad shape as if the barista wanted to tell me he/she’s not happy. Plus the staff spilled my coffee a bit (to me it looked intentional) without any apologise. It used to be a good place but not sure what had happened?! All three people I talked to (one to bring my first coffee, cashier that I asked to remake, and another one to bring my second coffee) showed me horrible attitudes.
Great breakfasts all day long. Coffee is perfect. You will love this place! Please mind it might be quite busy, though a short waiting is worth it. Definitely recommend
A very nice coffee shop at sai Ying pun. They have a whole room separated for roasting coffee. I have ordered their chai latte and an avocado toast. The avocado is not ripe enough for my liking but the chai latte was a total delight. It comes in a nice presentation as well. It is a nice place to grab a quick bite and have a conversation.

Super nice, spacious and relaxed coffee place offering espresso based and filter coffee and many other drinks like matcha or similar.
For milk based drink you can choose oatmilk or soya milk. Plenty of sockets and fast wifi available. Friendly staff.

Best coffee in town. Nutty blend is very memorable and make you want to go try again. Eating in is a bit uncomfortable despite their delicious food selection as their seats are hard and need to share one big table with everyone else.

Over-priced for fairly mediocre food (barely any flavor and small portions). Also, they took a while to bring out my bf’s meal, which was two pieces of toast with raw spinach and 2 poached eggs. Nothing special or complicated.

Great coffee and food for brunch/lunch. Love the minimalist fitout with on site coffee roasting. Slightly on the expensive side in my opinion.

Finally here to try the food! Portion seems small but actually very filling. Coffee is consistently good.
It has a positive atmosphere as a communal work space. People respect the quietness. Recommended! And look forward to the other branch soon opening in Tin Hau.

Crowded the whole day during weekends
Yes, it is busy / crowded during the weekends. It will be great if NOC has a waiting list. Everyone came in at the same time and you have to fight for a seat (more than 10ppl scattered in the cafe looking for a seat). We’ve been standing around for 10mins and just because someone went to the waitress to ask for a seat, they got allocated a seat. When I told them I was here before them, the waitress replied they said the same too and added this is a cafe style. Really? So we left and will never want to come back again despite all the hype about it.
Nice food and coffee but a bit expensive. $350 for 2 persons at lunch.
Decent coffee. I ordered a cappuccino and it’s the same with a good cappuccino I’d get in New York. A lot of the customers are expats.
Noc coffee specialist has a handful of branches on Hong Kong Island. This is their flagship shop along Des Voeux Rd. in Sai Ying Pun, opening hours are 8am to 6pm daily.
Here you will find an open, bright and spacious seating area where you can enjoy a bite to eat and well made coffee drinks. They offer two blends (No. 18 and No. 34 – see photo for details) which can be chosen for all their black and white coffee drinks.
I like the Noc flat white coffees with No. 34 blend. Drinks are not too milky and the espresso comes through nicely. Banana bread is also pretty good, easy to enjoy with a cup of coffee. They offer a small selection of counter and cooked foods at this branch as well.
Overall, Noc is one of our best coffee shops in Hong Kong. Coffees are always pretty good. The advantage of going to their flagship coffee shop is the larger seating area, affording you more individual space, something that comes at a premium here in HK.

Ultra chic cafe! Looks like a lab paired with an Apple store and NOC came out as a baby. Cool audience, tasty snacks, brutally good coffee. Not surprised that the chain already has 6 stores all over Hong Kong.
