Love the dark roasted blend as a hot latte. unsure what blend of beans but it was really good I went back the next day for another cup. Tried all the three cup types. Lovely.

Plenty of seating and delicious coffee. I’ve never been disappointed in NOC and I’ve been there many many times.
Had a nice potato waffle dish here, and the mocha tasted just how I like it — nutty and complex rather than sweet. The place is always busy on weekends around midday/afternoon.
Poor seating design though. In one area there’s a long table, one side of which has a long bench with a seat back. People don’t usually visit cafes in large groups, so this area is generally occupied by some single people and some pairs all together. Here is a diagram (O is customer, X is empty space, _ is seat back):

To get to the empty space, you will have to either climb over the seat back, ask the two people on the end to get up and let you in, or ask them to move over so you can sit on the end. The people on the end may be there together with people sitting across from them, so the last option may not be reasonable.
In the 1.5 hours that we were there (sitting on the non-bench side), we saw several people awkwardly trying to figure out how to deal with this seat back. I’ve probably written way too much about this by now, but it had to be said because it’s a foolish design that didn’t take typical cafe visitor habits into account and doesn’t even look particularly nice.

Love this place! Great food & coffee, modern, atmospheric and trendy, young, coffee passionate people serving. I’d give them 5 stars if they could get the coffee out quicker. It usually comes after the food has arrived. I would have 2 coffee if I could have one while I wait and one with food.

A lovely large well designed cafe with Roastery. Super busy on weekends though and naturally a high end cafe. Definitely worth a treat room for wheelchair and the occasional stroller. Also has washrooms.

年初四，難得有間咖啡店坐得舒舒服服，飲得杯落。Mocha、Latte、Piccolo 各有所好，croissants 好香，brownies 係濃滑嘅，我鍾意❤️

Lovely space and great food! The coffee was very nice but the portion was a bit small for the price. Healthy food with great taste however it’s a little overpriced for me personally.
Good coffee, friendly staff, and he even recommended I toast my banana cake for a better result and he certainly wasn’t wrong. Comfortable place to chat and or stare out into the street.
Looks a bit spartan and stark from the outside, but actually is very comfortable and cosy, with excellent coffee and good food. I can highly recommend it.

我們去酒店不遠的地方吃早午餐。因為是烘焙咖啡館，所以咖啡味道不錯，早午餐菜單也讓人滿意。這是一家適合用電腦辦公的咖啡館。

Nice atmosphere and can’t fault the craftsmanship, but $50 for a large (not even As big as tall size in some rival coffee shops) is way too much. Won’t be going again until price is lower I’m afraid.

By far the most aesthetically pleasing coffee shop I have ever been to. Had a short stop-over in Hong Kong and have to say NOC is an essential stop for any coffee enthusiast in Hong Kong or travelling through. The prices are relatively high, but it is to be expected from a specialty coffee institution.
Coffee and atmosphere very good. I finished the medium latte in two gulps…So a bit expensive but I guess normal for that area.

Avocado on Sourdough was good, but considering It’s easily made, and just the cost of an avocado with two slices of bread, the price of HKD94 (USD12) is very steep, most places charge in the range of HKD60. Deduct one Star for pricey.

Love the vibe of the place. Coffee is really good and a large choice of healthy breakfast style of food. Can be very packed so try to avoid pick hour.

great coffee, nice interior, good food, not cheap
Four stars for coffee which is quite consistent but food is like three stars max. Avocado is frequently too hard and the food is quite bland. Prefer to just come for its coffee.
