Good coffee, nicely done avocado smash.

Beautiful modern slick space with floor to ceiling windows providing great lighting. Latte was delicious and food is healthy and tasty.

Nice food and coffee there
Clean roastery with two toilets, outlets, free WiFi, and a huge community space with many tables. I love the greenery built into the benches. Note that the place would be crowded on the weekends. The peach tea is refreshing. The cold brew and ice come in a 12 oz cup. Offerings include matcha, chai, and cold brew. Alternative milks are soy and oat.
The best coffee in HK. This location has a slightly extended menu, but the same quality coffee

hipster café with two choices of coffee beans. no more alfresco tables like before. usually packed with people. service is just ok. closest to tram station – it’s in-between SYP and HKU Station MTR station.

在寸土寸金的香港，NOC給了來訪的客人奢侈的空間。
點了Latte White,很順，但是品味不到咖啡香氣，也許試cold brew可以更能感受到咖啡師的功力和現炒豆子的香味。
一份吐司一杯咖啡HKD99,在香港的物價是可以接受的，只是吃不飽。下次我想午茶時間來試試點心或是可頌。

There were some staff in the past that were unprofessional but I must admit the coffee and food are impeccable.
Super clean environment, perfect for students looking for a cosy cafe to study in. Only downsides are the prices being a little steep and the 2 hour stay limit. Highly recommended.

Great coffee, surprisingly good selection of food – much more than standard coffee shop fare – and super friendly staff who are also brilliant with kids.
Coffee is great. Decorated in a stark manner which is the opposite of most coffee specialists. Not a relaxing environment as a result. Clinical.
Smell good but taste so so
Coffee and food is nothing special. There is a time limit if you have a coffee inside. Starbucks would be a better choice with same amount of money.
Can’t really complain about avocado on toast 😅 it’s a good mix with the pomegranate and feta cheese I must say but HKD94 is definitely too pricey. …
There used to be a time when they were good.
Not anymore since they changed their menu recently. The avocado smash toast only got a VERY thin layer of smash, no more feta or pomegranate seeds; they used to be able to modify things (e.g. poach egg to scramble), not anymore. You can only choose to pay more to add on; they took away some of the highlights from the menu, likely because it takes more effort to make those. The dishes may look “fancier”, as a loyal customer, it is just gimmicky.
Of course the coffee was still good. But now that the standard of food here has been compromised, I can easily think of a dozen of other places with shorter queues and better food.
Salmon and advocado bread is awesome and coffee here is amazing. Great for early morning food and brunch with friends.

Was a bit disappointed by the fact that the sockets are only available at the high tables in the middle. Also I couldn’t connect my laptop because of the socket construction.
Avocado squash is not a good value for money.
西營盤有好多精品咖啡店,同大型咖啡店.今次嚟到NOC Roastery,吸睛系門口位置設置多部大型烘焙咖啡豆既機器.order左Cappuccino 同 Long black. 味道比較單一,層次感較淡.應該適合年輕人口味.
Coffee is great but the pancakes blew my mind. Definitely a bit pricey though. I really like the fact that they use relatively eco conscious packaging, especially because I’m in quarantine and can only order takeout
Update: had a tuna cob today and was really gross. Guess you have to be careful what you choose
Yummy food and nice coffee. The staffs are friendly and the environment is relaxing. I’ll definitely come again. 🙂

Love this place. Best coffee around and you can buy their beans which are always fresh. Decent food, staff are always bright and friendly and nice environment to work for a few hours.

咖啡豆有兩種選擇：一款是No.18（深培），另一款是No.34（中培），據了解如沒有特別說明，一般都會先給No.18⋯⋯
剛啱點了Oat milk latte($45+$5)就是用了深培的咖啡豆，咖啡味夠晒濃郁而不會苦澀，是眾多咖啡店之中，我認為是最好飲的，所以給了五顆星⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
由於下午五時多才去光顧，店子於六時關門，所以沒有太多時間享用☕️，下次要早些去試埋其他食物。
終於再去試All day breakfast（$148），有兩款：一款是有肉食，另一款是Vegetarian。平日加$25，可以優惠價買一杯咖啡☕️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
兩款全日早餐價錢一樣，個人喜歡後者，有烤南瓜、大啡菇及希臘乳酪，薯餅放了芝士及一粒粒薯仔肉，非常好味。車厘茄焗過，仍很juicy！食過咁多間coffee shop嘅all day breakfast，呢間算做得十分出色⋯⋯應該很快會再去幫襯

Terrible customer service!
We went in as a group of 3 and were told we could only sit in the bar table even though the seats for 4 on were empty with no bookings or people waiting in the line. The waitress was absolutely robotic and could only repeat that it was for 4 people when we asked why we could not take the seat- your shop was half empty. We asked for the manager and they had such a serious discussion when it was really supposed to be something so simple and dealt with in no time. It is unbelievable how unflexible the people were and this type of service absolutely lost its meaning of having staff in there- you may as well put a self service counter which would provide better customer experience. Of course we chose to leave and spent money next door in Feather and Bone where we were put in a sofa seat for 4 straight away, and told nicely that there was booking for 1.5 hours later which was fine for us as we’d have finished by then- Noc, this is why you have staff in your shop, to be flexible and provide your customers with the right service. Instead, your employee led to business loss and I would certainly never go in again.
Bad coffee and terrible service. We ordered take-away flat whites but the waitress demanded us not to sit by the table while waiting for coffee, even though there were plenty seats available. We paid exactly the same amount as dine in but were treated so unfairly. Definitely won’t go again.

It is a beautiful, bright space with a clean, minimalist design. The spaciousness is truly rare for Hong Kong. The Coffee is great, but that’s not surprising; it’s a must in this part of HK. What sets them apart is their food. I’ve got one of their famous peanut cookies and, without exaggeration, one of the best I’ve tasted in my life. I’ve also got breakfast, and despite the fact its simple dish, it’s a fresh, delicious, and decent portion.
Now the downside was, they allowed me to stay strictly only for 1.5h. They said it’s because of the COVID, but I think that’s bull**** I believe it’s because they have a line of guests. I’m not sure if that’s their all-time policy, but it’s pretty annoying. Be mindful of that…
