他們在咖啡的風味上應該很用心，咖啡口感豐富，整體平衡都不錯。個人熱愛的酸度帶出咖啡的果香，回甘有淡淡花香。
Had an Americano thought it was ok.
The interior is very small, making it a to-go shop. I did find it a little awkward ordering since there is not much room to wait for your order during busy hours.
You need to come and check this place if you’re visiting Hong Kong. They have great Coffee, Tea and Smoothies, you can sit there and enjoy the interesting view and things; or take coffee for to go. Service is excellent, and staff is very friendly, they recommended few landmarks for me to visit. AWESOME!
我感覺經營者是有心製造！我點了一柸PICCOLO LATTE ☕️在我生日那天、我從來沒想到咖啡不加糖都可以咁香醇濃郁、☕️咖啡就像陣陣漣漪由整個口腔慢慢溜走於食道中…下次一定要再去試試其他創新的產品。

Really enjoyed the coffee today and the staff were really helpful in answering questions about their coffee beans! Lovely as a stop over place as well as for coffee on the go.

Tried their Monmouth coffee. It is really really good. Very surprised that we could enjoy Monmouth in HK
Their blended flat white show those favourite characters fruity, caramel, light acidic and after taste finish with chocolate taste , well balanced one !! Highly recommend to drink till room temperature to get all the taste .

Small shop with a few seats. Good strong coffee. One of my two favourite places in HK to get a strong oat milk flat white.

Well made macchiato. Reasonable prices at HK$29. Note : only three seats.
Environment: A relaxing small shop with less than 5 seats. Seats by the window, got to enjoy the sunlight and the street view.
Coffee: ordered an oat flat white, have not had a strong coffee for a while, love it because it was stronger than the normal coffee I had in other cafes.
Staff: friendly and professional. Asked for recommendation and the staff would explain to you what is good for today. They talked quite a lot and it made the small shop quite noisy though.
Giving a 4 stars because I am looking for a cafe for an escape to read books. I always prefer a bigger place with more space for myself. The coffee is good and definitely worth coming back.

Small but cosy little joint. You can sit with an excellent latte and watch the world go by. Small discount if you bring your own cup. Nice background music and friendly staff.

Bought a pack of Costa Rica honey-processed coffee beans for $218. The moment I see the beans in a sealed plastic package under the regular bag I realise this is gonna be bad. The beans were stale because they were not breathing through the holes which is critical to the shelf life. The coffee is tasteless and there is no aroma whatsoever. What remains is just a solution filled with bitterness and sourness.
I believe the bag of beans has been on shelf for at least 3 months past the expiry date. The shopkeeper did not bother to keep track of the dates of the inventory. Don’t come here if you love coffee.
This cafe serves one of the best mochas in town 🙂

Story highlight的「試勻每一間西環cafe版圖」慢慢擴大（開心）～依幾個月到訪咗大概十間咖啡店，今日黎到係正街中段嘅型格小店，店鋪細小座位唔多，多數客人都係外賣拎走。咖啡店有唔少熟人，聽到唔少外賣客人買咖啡時同staff有傾有講。
Flat white頂層奶泡輕盈，牛奶同咖啡比例剛好，口感柔滑，今日採用嘅咖啡豆不帶微酸，口味正合我意～

Hidden gem in Sai Ying Pun.
There are a handful of coffee specialists scattered around the Sai Ying Pun neighbourhood. Stone Coffee is a tiny little place just off Centre Street. Opening hours are 8am to 6pm daily. There are only a few indoor seats so be ready for take-away if the indoor seats are occupied when you arrive.
Stone has a fairly typical coffee and non-coffee drink options. There are four single origin options as well for pour over orders. They sell a few lite bites as well if you fancy a dessert with your coffee. I recently tried their Espresso served with Fever Tree tonic and a rosemary stem which gave a nice aroma to what was a refreshing, good quality espresso tonic.

Not gonna access this café again
I went in to buy a bag of beans, but the young staff said they are already off work at 6pm but the time only 6:05pm or maybe 6:03pm.
Yes I’m agree to off work in time, but I’m not asking for foods or drinks, I just wanna buy bag of beans and pay by cash that’s it, not bothering you more than 10mins right?
